Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Captain Cook

We had a great time at Mollies place. The house is very comfortable. We loved the pool and outdoor area. The location is great, close to restaurants and shops. There is a great hike close by to the Captain Cook monument, golf, beaches, it’s all near by. Mollie was very helpful and gave us great advice.

Lee’s home is perfect in every way imaginable. Our family of four had a spectacular vacation. We are already planning our next stay.

We had a wonderful 7 day stay. Our 3 boys (16, 13, and 10) spent hours on the diving board and in the pool. Sandra’s place had everything we needed for beach trips, including beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. I was so happy to have a washing machine to wash out the sandy towels and suits after our beach trips. It was a 5-10 minute trip for Costco,-target and Walmart and a 30-40 minute trip to Hāpuna Beach (don’t miss the Malsada stand on the highway on your way). We would come back to the house to cook supper, swim more in the pool, and watch the sunset from the beautiful yard. We also got a lot of use out of the basketball net in the driveway, and volleyball net in the side yard. Sandra was extremely helpful with all aspects of our stay, including local recommendations. Would definitely stay again if on the Big Island!

We really enjoyed the time we spent at this home! The views from the decks are amazing! The pool and hot tub are great and we especially enjoyed the AC and large TVs when we came in at night.

Genuinely fantastic. The location up on the mountan was lush, cool, and beautiful. It was everything we wanted. The house was large, open and comfortable. We loved listening to the coqui frogs at night. Really, I cannot overstate how absolutely lovely and peaceful the property is. There is a fantastic coffee plantation just around the corner, and we also enjoyed hiking the forest reserve trail nearby. Food, shopping, etc... is not actually far away either. The house is the perfect sweet spot. Coming back to the coolness of the mountain after the warmth of the coast every day was amazing.

Amazing location!!! This is tucked into the hills, about 20 minutes from Kona. If you’re like us and appreciate the quiet rather than being in a more touristy area, then this is a great option. The back patio was our favorite, spent hours in the swinging chairs! The host was super friendly and let me check in early which I really appreciated. Side note: depending on time of year, it does rain A LOT in this neighborhood. Wasn’t an issue for us, but for those looking for a lot of sunshine just be sure you’re planning for the right time of year. Also, not an issue for us because we know with humid temperatures it’s part of it, but the shower has some mold around the drain and some spots of mold on the shower curtain. It’s hot and humid, so not unusual especially considering the location. But for others, this might be important to you, so just FYI

Wonderful house and location for our vacation. So relaxing to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean. Dave was very helpful and responsive, in addition, they had a property manager that was equally responsive. Beautiful setting.

Tim's place was incredible. We were looking for a place to relax, re-connect and re-charge and Tim's place over delivered on all three. Inside the home was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Outside we were able to enjoy walking the orchard, hanging out on the lanai, and watching the sunsets from the hot tub. Tim was very quick to respond to our requests for beach or dining recommendations. We will definitely be back on our next trip to The Big Island !!!

The condo was clean and more than enough for us. Hosts communication was on point. She handled my every request. I definitely recrecommend this place.

We stayed at Royal Sea Cliff in unit 109, and it was absolutely amazing. The property was right on the ocean, and the condo was very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we could ever want. It has a huge lanai which we enjoyed using for our morning coffee and our glass of wine at sunset. There were also pool toys for the kids, and plenty of beach gear for us which was very useful. The grounds are lovely, and the building is well maintained and cleaned. We had an issue with one of the bathroom doors that had gotten off the track, and Kona Coast was very attentive, and sent a handyman out the next day to fix it. The unit is definitely a little pricier, but it was well worth the money spent, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only recommendation I would give is to update their cable tv to maybe provide Netflix or at least to have a working tv guide. When we wanted to watch a show at night, we had to manually flip through each channel to find a show, because the digital guide said "no information" for each channel. But this was an insignificant detail compared to everything else that was awesome with the unit. We would love to stay here again if we're ever on the Big Island again!

We loved this place. Beautiful surroundings, condo was very clean, less than a block from seashore park that had good snorkeling and lots of extras to go to the beach. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware. We didn’t go to the pool there but it looked nice and private. It doesn’t say it in the listing but it has a great master bedroom with bathroom and a king size bed. It has a set of twin beds in the other bedroom and a fold up mattress to accommodate 5 people. I would recommend and stay here again.

good location right next to a good shopping complex with reasonable pricing

Robert was wonderful and helpful in booking and stayed in contact throughout our stay, ensuring my family and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. I had a few questions regarding a few of the baby items listed and he was quick to get back to me and the check-in process was an absolute dream. The villa is located in a beautiful area and inside a gated community, literally minutes from stores and a short walk to the beach club. The beach club is awesome, expect to see a gorgeous infinity pool, a gym, hot tub overlooking the beach, and a gate that leads you right into Anaeho’omalu Bay. The villa itself is extremely family friendly, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of toddler utensils and plates, even two highchairs and a pack-n-play. The beach equipment is fully stocked and kept tidy. I could not recommend staying here enough!

the place was fantastic, clean, quiet, right on the course. The original listing said it had a bunk bed but it was a sofa bed. when I had any questions they were always quick to answer

This is our second time staying in Waikoloa Village but the first at this unit. Clean and comfortable with everything you need to settle right in. We would stay here again!

Our stay was awesome! We had everything we needed and more. Beach equipment to use, enough space and the location was quite and nice. We stayed in Unit P32 and our stay was all we wished for. All information was provided beforehand and there was good communication before and during the stay. Mahalo!

Manta Soul was a beautiful place to stay with lots of thoughtful amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and eating breakfast in the garden outside the communal kitchen. The property is very close to lots of beaches and other fun things to do in the South Kona area.

Can’t say enough nice things about this stay! We like to cook a lot when we travel, and this kitchen was so well stocked that we literally had everything we needed. The views are gorgeous, with views down to the ocean in the morning and a blanket of fog that rolls in during the evening which makes the forest feel so cozy. The amount of beach items included was also so helpful! Cannot recommend it enough!

Very unique experience. You are actually right in a jungle. With that you have some animals, insects, and noise. We had a small mishap with the ceiling when we first arrived but the hosts quickly took care of it and upgraded our rooms. The jungle rooms are a bit louder at night with the frogs and smaller compared to the other sites in the facility. Overall cool place and great hosts

We loved our stay at Caroline and Scott’s cabin—it felt like we were staying in a botanical garden! The property is absolutely beautiful. We especially enjoyed the expansive front porch, the wood-burning stove, and the hot tub surrounded by nature. We’re already talking about another trip to the Big Island and staying with Caroline and Scott again. They were incredibly friendly hosts, and their rentals (both the cabin and the cottage) are conveniently located near everything the Kona Coast has to offer. We think their vacation rental is a great value!

Caroline's place was just what we were looking for! Felt very welcomed by our host and her friendly farm animals! Beautiful garden and homestead. Great energy as you can feel the love and many years of work Caroline has put into her spread. Good people! Safe place. I would definitely come to this place when on this part of the island.
