Such a fantastic place, big,clean, cozy and private. it had all we needed and more, very interesting use of colour too. we had a beautiful stay, wish we stayed more. we definitely recommend !

We loved our stay at villa white. the pool was amazing and the views from the balconies was great. the house had everything we needed and we felt at home.

We had a great 2 week in Riano. Roberto listened to our requests and was extremely responsive. The villa is perfect, the pool is even bigger than in the photos, very well located but traveling by car is recommended! Shops are nearby for shopping, even as some small restaurants. Hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy the charm of Italy.

Nice, spacious house, surprisingly private. The house is a bit off the road in a small neighborhood with other houses. Locals, including Adriana (who welcomed us), live in the other houses.

The home is a charming mix of old world decor and modern amenities. Laura was the consummate host—very responsive, friendly and professional. The house is in a neighborhood, so you will hear barking dogs from time to time. There are two grocery stores a short walk away. And we found it quite easy to get wherever we needed to go from there in our rental car (for which secure parking was also available). Our only complaint was that the beds were too firm for our old bodies (all in our 70’s).

Our stay at Loredana's villa was fantastic. Upon arrival we were surprised with a generous welcome basket, with delicacies and delicious wines. Loredana's mother was there to host us in a very warm way, she is really a treasure. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, with a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped. In addition to various beautiful seating areas in the house, you have access to three large bedrooms and 2 neat bathrooms. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained by her father. You also have several seating areas in the garden where you can relax. The pool is wonderful, everything is very clean. You can relax here in the beautiful surroundings. That was a fantastic stay! Every detailed is well thought of, and the place has unique character. We were a group of ten mature friends, in order to celebrate birthday. Our only regret is that we could not spend more time, as the villa provides so many things to enjoy: different sitting places inside, several outside, the pool, plenty of territory to walk around, and even a small lake! If you want a walk, Barbarano Romano village is great place to visit. Stefano met us on arrival, even though we were terribly late. Gigi and Felicia live nearby (but very separate), and they can help with anything. The place has 12 beds: 4 rooms with double beds and two rooms with 2 single beds each. Three bathrooms: one is ensuite, one more on the ground floor and one on the top floor. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you need to cook for 10 ppl for three days! The pool did not disappoint! Thank you Stefano, Felicia and Gigi! I wholeheartedly recommend the villa to the world.

We spent a long weekend at this place for a wedding-ceremony with our families The place is a lot more beutiful than you are led to believe by the pictures, but to be honest the thing that really did it for us was the constant care of Valerie. She was fast to answer questions and extras before our stay there, but during the stay she and the rest of the staff was just great. All of us fel very welcome and everytime we asked for something it was met with a smile. We could truly focus on our families and our wedding and everything else was just fast and easily taken care. If I could give more than 5 stars to the hospitality, Valerie and the staff I would. We are just ever thankful!

This place is magical! It’s even better than the pictures, it’s a little oasys of green and beauty. The house is like a cozy cottage surrounded by majestic oaks, lush green and with a gorgeous sunset! There’s lots to do in the surroundings, Vitorchiano, Villa Lante, the Moutan botanical garden and more. Federica is extremely kind and responsive, she always helped and was very flexible. We loved the place and hope to come back soon!

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

A beautiful stay, surrounded by nature. We had a lot of fun in the pool and really appreciated the nature and the surrounding villages. The house was a pleasant discovery to relax and enjoy some relaxation. Really kind and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location. Great pool. Gorgeous garden. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Easy home to spend time in. Host was thoughtful, kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee and salt etc. washing machine and dishwasher were efficient. Host was responsive. The area is very restful. Small shops nearby to purchase essentials. WiFi connectivity was excellent. Not too far from Rome. We had a great stay.

the house was very nice, the only thing is that obviously when we go in winter those comforts that you could use the summer, you do not have them, it is there... however they were really kind. They did not give us an exact time to leave the house. They met us. The house is very large and there is a lot of space, we were 15 people and it seemed like very few people inside the house although it is large, 😊 we had a very good time.

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!

We had a fantastic family stay at this villa! Mauricio was an excellent host, maintaining clear communication throughout our visit. His flexibility with our check-in was particularly appreciated; being able to settle in right after a 20-hour flight made a huge difference.

Impeccable experience, super equipped house was not missing anything, even the chamomile, ideal for those who want to spend a period of relaxation without any thought with an enchanting lake view, if you could assign more stars I would do it. Francesco as a Host was super helpful even more than he should. Highly recommended!

I spent a wonderful weekend with ten friends hosted by Ferdinando and Ludovica: the house is spacious, well maintained and with all the comforts (I would just add the TV in the living room), rooms up to par, large and well-kept garden, fantastic swimming pool, barbecue. All immersed in the tranquility of the Roman countryside but still five minutes from the town of Campagnano for every need. Friendly and discreet hosts. Highly recommended.

This villa was just perfect for us for a delightful late August week. The view from the pool never grew old, just breathtaking rolling Umbrian countryside. A lovely quiet location, with loads of great Agritourism eateries nearby, and the delightful town of Narni a short drive away. The local host was great at ensuring our stay was perfect, giving us some great local recommendations. Plenty of space, effective air conditioning and comfortable beds - always important for us.

We had a family holiday and all of us had a really magical time. We were very lucky to have had wonderful weather, and the views on a sunny day were breathtaking. We have two young kids and they slept very well indeed in the comfy beds. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we really enjoyed having easy access to the wine from the vineyard as it was delicious. Finally, Livia was an amazing host. She did everything she could to meet our needs, including helping us with some shopping on our first day as our flight came in a bit late. Thanks you so much for being so flexible! We will definitely be coming again

A really great place to stay, lovely villa with an incredible outside area, great pool and beds. View over the fields is beautiful and the local town has great restaurants and a lovely evening vibe. Supermarket 5 mins by car. We had a very good stay.

It was a pleasure to spend the time in the villa. The last 2min to reach the villa are a bit rough in regards to the street but once it's reached you'll have a great time also with a bigger group

We stayed 7 adults and 2 kids in this beautiful home in the middle of the most serene region. It was the perfect location to have a base for visiting Rome and other smaller villages within 30 minutes. We got unlucky with the weather, cold and rainy for the first few days, but this did not stop my kids from enjoying the pool for several days thanks to the awesome gigantic rubber swan that Renato and Annelies blew up for them. For the sports enthusiasts- there is a tennis club right down the road with soccer fields, archery, courts and padel. Perfect location for a restorative stay and gracious hosts.
