Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cappadocia

A beautiful and wonderful place I have enjoyed and highly recommend the experience

We preferred it as a place to stay for the henna organization in Kayseri. Everything was fine and comfortable. We were satisfied. A place we would consider choosing again.

We loved our stay here. The location, 15 mins from the ski resort and 10 mins from town was ideal. The house was warm and cosy, and having a garden meant our kids played in the snow when we got home from skiing which they loved. FYI: there was no dishwasher as listed, kitchen equipment was minimal (but local food is deeeeelicious) and the boiler switched off a few times but we were able to fix ourselves and it gives instant hot water. We're hoping to come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The place is very close to the mountain, perfect for skiing. The place is quiet. A few amenities were missing but Kubilay was very responsive.

The stay is beautiful with everything Indispensable , but I believe for the cost and location it would be good to have options to give breakfast

The house was very close to both the mountain and the center. It was a look in the pictures. It was a very clean and comfortable house. They immediately supported all our requests. The house was cozy. It offered a pleasant holiday. If we come back to Kayseri, this will be the place where we will go.

Hello, the house we stayed in was 3 floors, the 2nd and 3rd floors are rented. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Our apartment was very nice and clean. If you are meticulous, I think it was a good choice. I think it was a way to meet all the needs of a family. 2 balconies, 1 terrace + garden was quite useful. We were very satisfied with the house. Only Mr. Ali was a caring host, which is a little far from the center where you should have a car.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The house is spotless, beautifully new, and incredibly spacious — perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet. What made the experience truly special was the host’s warm hospitality. She made me feel like part of the family from the moment I arrived. As a thoughtful touch, she even gave me a homemade cake that was absolutely delicious! This place truly felt like a home, and I would love to come back again.

I have use Abnb across Europe and America and with no doubt this host goes above and beyond. They respond to your questions within minutes. They actually came one night and started a bonfire for us when we contacted them to ask where we could find wood…. I was not expecting them to show up within 10 min and do it for us. To say more the place is so much better than the photos. It is a beautiful private villa, with your private patio and also has a terrace which I don’t think is even in the pictures. The location is great within walking distance of the many restaurants and coffee shops. If you rent a car to visit all the kapadokya area, no worries you have your own parking spot. Our stay was very relaxed. We were warmly welcomed by Fatma and her partner. In the afternoon, we enjoyed the sun, the tranquility and the swimming pool in the garden. That makes the accommodation! The room in which we stayed with five people was also fine. It was clean. Here and there, the space needed some improvement. All in all, a nice stay.

When we arrived in Nevşehir, it was like happiness and a miracle for us. They called us a few times before we arrived and asked what time we would arrive. Interest is really expensive, this beautiful family is very generous, they welcomed us with freshly baked cake in their hands. We couldn't hide our astonishment. Then, when we entered the house, we were shocked to see a house cleaner than our own. I can't tell you how happy I am, as my priority is quality and cleanliness. Everything a couple might need in a home was ready in a very clean, bright and generous way. I couldn't bear to use some of the rooms of this beautiful house, which was furnished with pleasure, each corner of which smelled delicious, because there were two of us, so I quickly closed them so that they would not get dirty. One evening, our relatives invited us to dinner in their warm, clean, and friendly homes, thankfully. Five-star hotels in Antalya are of this quality. I would like to thank Mr. Metin, Ms. Serpil and Mr. Mithat very much, I will definitely recommend this place to my friends, it was a pleasure to meet you.

We were very pleased. The cleanliness was very good. The kitchenware was of good quality and worked smoothly. The interior was cool because this is a stone house. The village was quiet and peaceful. Mr. Ali was very interested. Thank you.
