Short trip but pleasant! The apartment was perfectly as described, very clean, well-equipped and a great location. Host was very responsive and thoughtful throughout the entire stay. I would highly recommend this property and would love to come back again!

The spot is ideal, the apartment is great, super clean, kitchen is great, good quality bedding. Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning... water tank in case of local outage... and parking in front of the apartment, private beach -100 m from the apartment. Early markets, supermarkets, stadium, restaurants, beaches, and the Ilet du Gosier accessible by swimming or with shuttles... everything is accessible. Everything was perfect, even the concierge is available and responsive to needs... I recommend without reservation. Thank you Jerome for your attention

Excellent stay! The check-in instructions were very detailed, which made the installation quick and easy. Listing was clean and as described. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of homemade planter prepared by Michel, a delicate attention that immediately put us in the mood. As a bonus, Michel was flexible on the departure time, which allowed us to fully enjoy our last day. A address we recommend without hesitating!

We were hosted very well and it made it easier for us to check in instead of 2pm, we were able to settle in at 11am, really very nice of him. If you really want peace and quiet, I would recommend it.

Why stay at Nicole's? First of all, for Nicole and her husband, who are attentive and discreet, they will be a useful resource to meet all your needs. There is also this accommodation, independent, perfectly equipped (Air conditioning, very good Wifi signal, orange subscription with Canal + as a bonus), perfect for a quiet stay, while being close to all amenities, a supermarket, the airport, opposite the tennis club of Les Abymes, close to the center of Les Abymes. Awesome place! I really enjoyed the beautiful park around the property — it’s a huge green oasis! It’s peaceful and yet close to beaches, supermarkets. restaurants etc. The house is fully equipped with all we needed. Julien was an amazing host — friendly and very helpful. Don’t hesitate any longer—this is the place you wanna rent in Guadeloupe!

an excellent welcome from the host, listening to any questions. we had the bad luck of having a power outage the temp of a weekend but the host did everything necessary with a generator to still have electricity. We were able to eat and keep the fridge on. In any case, I recommend any guest to take this place that was accurate to the photo and good value for money.

Hello Edmonde and Philippe, Thank you so much for letting us use their wonderful apartment. The apartment contains everything you need for a longer stay. The view over the Petit Anse to the sunset is fantastic. The private parking for the necessary rental car is perfect. The location on the slope is very quiet. Mosquitoes were not an issue at the time of our stay. Internet access is very fast, streaming and video telephony are no problem, so work should be possible without any problems.
