The apartment is lovely, with all the comforts. For moments of relaxation, the terrace is enchanting, perfect for aperitif/dinner but also for resting or sunbathing on the sunbed. Sabrina is welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

A very well-kept structure with attention to detail! In addition to complete cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for traveling by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be very suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

We had a wonderful time in Lucas' house. His warm mother Virginia and Luca himself are excellent hosts – friendly, attentive and always helpful. (And of course Dora🥰, the dog, not to forget) Everything was very clean and well maintained, you immediately felt comfortable. The garden with the lemon and olive trees is an absolute dream - ideal for relaxing and enjoying. It is also particularly nice that you can do a lot of things due to the location between mountains and sea. There are numerous attractions in the area that can be reached quickly, or you can just chill by the sea.🏖 We can recommend this house at any time and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this unforgettable stay. We enjoyed 4 magical days in Gloria's beautiful home. The gardens are exceptional and there are so many lovely spaces to enjoy the view! Would highly recommend to any future travellers. We met both Francesco and Gloria and they couldn't have been more helpful!

The house is very cozy and functional and has everything you need, even for the little ones (absolutely not trivial as a plus). Communication with Daniela was always effective and she responded quickly to any of our requests. We hope to be back!

Me, my husband and our baby stayed for a week and it felt like home! Everything was organized and facilities made our life easy. Especially that I have a baby, it was very convenient to cook, wash, sleep and feel like home. The location is perfect: lots of things to do, quiet, safe, clean and walkable.

Communicative host, very friendly and helpful. New apartment, tidy and very clean. The only thing missing is the bedside lights in the bedrooms. Slightly decentralized area but in a quiet area and in any case within walking distance. Everything else is fine, satisfied.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Andrea’s apartment in Pietrasanta. Before we even checked- in, Andrea was extremely responsive and proactive in his communication. The apartment was immaculate and provided a modern feel while maintaining its rustic charm. We greatly appreciate the clear instructions Andrea provided, and that he took time out of his day to meet us at the parking spot, which was less than a 5 minute walk to the apartment. Highly recommend the apartment if you’re looking to be in a great walkable location to the Pietrasanta centre.

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

Very nice balcony. Some of the windows have window screens, so you can open them without worrying about mosquitoes. The WiFi could be improved, it didn’t work at times during our stay.

Antonella's and Luigi's house is in a nice residental area with a beautiful garden which guests can use. Parking was easy in front of the house. Antonella and Luigi are very welcoming and great hosts. Comunication was easy and fast. The appartement offers everything one needs and I liked it very much. There are several free beaches easily reachable by foot or car (free parking). Carrara is a good location for sightseeing as the highway is close as well as the train station. I highly recommend their place and would love to come back one day.

Just a very special place. It’s actually even better than the photos. Lots of walking up steep hills but it’s a really special town and full of friendly people. Highly recommend the house

The appartement was a very peaceful and cosy place for a stop during our bikepacking trip, where we could rest and enjoy cooking our own dinner, while having a supermarket 5min away by feet ! They also have a great garage to store the bikes for the night 🚲😊

This historic apartment inside Palazzo Pfanner is a unique stay with a splendid view into the magnificent palazzo gardens! I highly recommend staying for a once in a lifetime experience. Dario and his family own and manage the property and are very welcoming hosts. Depending on whether you intend to cook, we found the kitchen small and not very well equipped. Also, the bathroom is functional but rather dated. Overall a great stay for a unique experience!
