Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

Exceptionally beautiful apartment furnished with a lot of love and taste in a beautiful, well-kept complex! The beautiful, well-kept pool is the icing on the cake that makes the complex perfect. We really enjoyed the four-course dinner under the stars, but there are also so many good restaurants in the area that you can't try them all. Chiara and Stefano are the perfect hosts, you can learn a lot of interesting things from them! They also attach great importance to sustainability, the facility is self-sufficient and only organic wines are produced in the associated winery.

Ginevra is a very careful host, always looking to take care of you whatever happens, you will feel very supported !

Let me start by saying this is not a 5 star hotel and that's a good thing. We were looking for a more authentic experience in Tuscany and this place fit the bill. It's an incredible spacious Villa that's well decorated and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the views capture the Tuscan countryside. The property is very quite yet just a short drive to the quaint town of Cetona. Shops, restaurants, grocery store pretty much everything you need. My son and I even found an Italian barber and got haircuts. If you're looking for a country stay this place is perfect. Hosts are nice and responsive.

A stunning property in the Tuscan hills, with the small village of Ribolla nearby with local amenities. Friendly welcoming hosts, set on a winery. Facilities second to none, absolutely gorgeous swimming pool and view across the value. Will definitely be returning. Take your iPad if you need to watch any tv! Bellissimo!

Alessandro is a very nice and thoughtful host. The place and the view is great. It has everything you need for your trip (probably best for couples or on your own). Having a car is almost non negotiable but that also makes it very calm and quiet. Groceries and some great ice cream are close by. Can only recommend!

I was looking for a place of peace and quiet for me and my family, living in the city at an affordable cost. Casa Corrado 2 was a wonderful choice with a touch of luck that it was free during our stay. Then their kindness and cordiality, along with the little swallows and cats, Gino, Nerino, and Nerone, and the constant presence of Graziano convinced us that we will have to return as soon as possible. A truly fabulous presence, Graziano's dear parents and Maria as a sister. A car is obviously essential for shopping and going to the beach or visiting characteristic places. I loved everything about my two days here - Manciano is a great place to be based and Luisella’s place was great. It’s well equipped and feels quirky and characterful. Very close to the piazza (which has a great restaurant/wine bar) and the roof terrace was lovely at any time of day, with beautiful views, and often a welcome breeze! Wish I’d had longer here.

This place is definitely a piece of Tuscany Italy. it will always hold a special place in my wife's and my heart with how beautiful and amazing the house was and the town it is located in. it seemed very well located, close to hot springs, multiple other cities, beautiful country side with horse back riding, world class winery's, ect. She is a great host and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anybody looking for a one of a kind experience in Italy.

Our stay in Pitigliano was incredible! Check-in was super easy, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful—guiding us with parking, luggage, and making sure we felt right at home. They even recommended the BEST restaurant in town! After two weeks in Italy, I can confidently say this charming city had the best service, most welcoming staff, and hands down the most delicious food—those sausages were unforgettable! There was a bit of noise in the master bedroom since the wall connects to the restaurant next door, but thankfully the apartment had a second bedroom where we could place our light-sleeping toddler, and it worked out perfectly. Pitigliano is such a unique gem, and our stay made it even more memorable. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Antonio’s Place. Tbh. the pictures of the interior look better than in real life, but the balcony with the view and the location itself is simply one of a kind that you instantly forget everything else. If you want to experience the beauty of Tuscany, this is the right apartment.

We loved staying in this beautiful home in Montalcino. It was even more beautiful and unique than the pictures! My family of five loved staying here- lots of space for everyone and it was fun to be right in the 500 year old town. We especially love having coffee and wine on the balcony.

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic week's stay. Apartment as described and with all comforts. Great location for access to all services (beach and restaurants); car use not necessary thanks to the pedestrian tunnels that allow you to get everywhere. Except for the communication being a little disappointing (this can also be communicated through the translator), it was really the best accommodation. I want to give a perfect score to everything from the location to the host. Our honeymoon was perfect because of the fantastic scenery and the warm and considerate kind diva. It's too far, but if I get the chance, I definitely want to come back. We express our respect, gratitude, and admiration to Diva for giving us the best experience. You are truly the best, Diva!

Wonderful place, friendly people, beautiful views. We were a family of 4. Here you can rest, relax, think and stop for a moment. You will feel like you are in paradise. Here you will find something for yourself and your child. Very large, clean swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, umbrellas. Beautiful orchard. You can play football, table tennis. You can have a barbecue in the orchard, and in the morning when you get up you can drink coffee on the terrace with a beautiful view. The apartment is sensational. Very clean in all rooms. The city is 5 minutes away by car. In the city, there is a variety of shops. You'll find everything you want. From here you can get to many other interesting places. We had a wonderful stay at La Bandita! Debora is an amazing host who takes care of every detail. We were welcomed with thoughtful gifts – wine, pasta, homemade jams – a true taste of Tuscany. The house is beautifully equipped: spices, oils, kitchen tools, ice cubes, even toothbrushes and soaps in the bathroom. Extra towels, cozy blankets, and everything we could possibly need were provided. The location is peaceful and picturesque, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Tuscan countryside. Breakfasts on the terrace with the panoramic view were unforgettable. Communication with Debora was excellent – she was kind, responsive, and made us feel at home. We truly felt taken care of and appreciated every moment spent there. La Bandita is a magical place, full of warmth and charm. We’d love to return one day – it felt like a home away from home, and we can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable Tuscan getaway. We'd love to come back!

A pleasant and peaceful stay. Special and evocative house, comfortable bed and large and nice terrace. We were accompanied by many cats in the country who made our stay even more pleasant. Caleb was very helpful, especially at early check-in.

Really enjoyed staying here. The housing itself is amazing. Spacious and comfortable beds. Only issue was the WiFi was not great. Parking could be an issue when busy. Would stay here again! She was extremely responsive and made check in easy. Some advice for the area - Be wary of using navigating when driving through Porto Santo Stefano. It is terrible and will get you stuck. We got stuck in an alleyway where a local had to come out and help us.

We were consciously looking for a quiet home to relax for a few days - and found it at Teresa's! The very tasteful and lovingly furnished cottage is very quiet and has a wonderful terrace with great views of the sea towards the mainland. Two wonderful olive trees provide shade. Everything is very functionally furnished, without exaggerated luxury! The exchange and interaction with the landlady is extremely familiar. For a vacation for two - or even alone - we highly recommend the shell house!
