a truly enchanting place in the heart of a medieval village with a castle within walking distance, the host Mr. Dionigi was really kind and welcoming at every stage of our stay, making us never miss anything and coming against our every need, it seemed like staying at home, highly recommended!

Spending a few days in this charming little house overlooking the sea was wonderful, for lovers of tranquility and greenery: equipped with everything, clean and beautifully furnished, surrounded by nature from which you can enjoy spectacular sunsets over the sea. There is ample outdoor space for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, barbecues, or simply relaxing while watching the sea. It would be a shame not to take advantage of it. Viola is an energetic, friendly and helpful host, she welcomed us warmly and was always available for suggestions or to meet our requests. One of the best experiences ever on Airbnb, I can only recommend it!

Beatrice and Andrea were very kind, welcoming and helpful people. The space they provide for guests is truly excellent: an outdoor veranda where you can enjoy a great aperitif and a tasteful indoor space to be experienced. In short, they make you feel at home. In addition, they are super helpful, giving advice on food, nightclubs, calas and villages to visit in the surroundings of Casa Oikia. Giulia and I are very pleased to have chosen this place for our visit to the Argentario!

The short stay went very well. The apartment is in the center, next to a supermarket and equipped with everything you need for a short vacation. Marisa welcomed us in person and check-in was simple. Great flexibility even for check-out. Thank you, Marissa, for your hospitality.

Everything was perfect!

Apartment of great charm and charm. Air conditioning is available, but practically useless: this is an ancient stone house, extremely cool. Well-stocked kitchen and the owner was very courteous in welcoming you. The double bedroom and boys' bedroom each have their own bathroom.

Would 100% recommend staying here! The place was exactly like described and even more charming in person. I was in contact with Giuliana’s son who is an amazing host! Super proactive and very present to solve the slightest issues. I absolutely loved my stay here, and will for sure be back!

We spent a week with our little daughter (2 years) in this fantastic house and enjoyed every minute. The surrounding attractions are fantastic, and the large garden invites you to relax and linger. Communication was excellent. Stephanie, our local contact person, welcomed us warmly, explained everything to us in detail and was always available to answer any questions. She also had great tips for grocery stores. Christine was also there with her family for a few days, and it was a pleasure to meet her. It was exciting to learn more about the history of the house. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this vacation home! Thanks for everything!

We had a very nice stay. The accommodation is located in a very beautiful part of Tuscany. We particularly enjoyed the combination of nature and culture. Beautiful beaches, good food, really friendly people, even a day trip to Rome was easily doable. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation very quickly, also because Raffaele was always a good contact person for smaller problems.

The accommodation was really very nice, nestled in the village. It is perfectly clean and very well-equipped. There was a small basket well provided for very pleasant breakfast. It is easy to park and walk to the apartment. The host was very responsive via message. I recommend it!

Booked Sabrina's studio during the winter, it was very well located with a beautiful view and had everything we needed. Very easy to communicate with, and I would totally recommend it.

I hate to write this review, because I would like to keep that amazing place to myself! It is the ultimate holiday destination with all you may need to relax, enjoy amazing views and experience the nature. Pictures don’t do justice to this amazing apartment with 5 terraces, beautiful interior and all comfort you may need. It’s a real place, filled with art, books, board games and with a fully equipped kitchen. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

It was an indescribably beautiful time. Absolutely quiet location and a beautiful view over Tuscany. Lucia and her children were very pleasant and nice hosts who were always on hand with advice and help. I can absolutely recommend the accommodation, it lacks nothing.

I had a really nice stay at this Airbnb! The accommodation was clean, well furnished and perfectly in line with the description. The location is ideal for exploring Viterbo, with easy access to the center. Leonella was an exceptional host: helpful, friendly and attentive to every detail to ensure a great experience. Communication was smooth and gave me useful tips on what to see and where to eat. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Viterbo and feel at home!

Close to Saturnia baths. Can easily walk there. Unfortunately the washer was not working which was the only downside.

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

It’s a fantastic location and everything you could imagine from dreams of Tuscany. The house was perfect and the birdlife and pool fabulous.

A modern and clean apartment in perfect location just at the entrance to the old city centre of Castiglione. Lorenza was very nice and helpful. Little things like Airbnb logo at the entrance helps so much to facilitate the check-in. We cannot wait to go back again next summer.

the house is very clean and very cozy with a magnificent hot tub for 2 on a panoramic window from which you can also see the famous MOAI Luciana statue was very kind and provided us with a lot of useful information to make the most of the area. The house is comfortable and equipped with everything even the chargers on the bedside table. Vitorchiano is already beautiful in itself. It is an excellent solution to visit Bomarzo, the village of fairy tales, Celleno and its Phantom village, all very interesting stops recommended by Luciana on the way to go to Civita di Bagnoregio, tips that we have treasured and that have made our stay even more interesting . highly recommended

Antonio is one of the best hosts we have met as he was always friendly and responsive to all our needs. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything. Neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and always enough space to park your vehicle. Would definitely choose Antionio's place again!

Beautiful views, close to the center and peaceful

Our stay was simply wonderful. The lovingly furnished apartment had everything we needed and more. The terrace offered a breathtaking view of the sea and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets. By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

It was really like being at home, both for us and for our dog who loved the large garden and the company of the very sweet Buddy. Luca and his family are really kind and caring and the location is really great for those looking for tranquility and practicality in reaching the most beautiful points of Lake Bolsena.
