We had the best time at the apartment. Location is amazing, private, beach is right outside your doors, plenty of space. Activities within walking distance. Friendly staff and clean. Monica and Virgilio were there when we needed them. Would love to come back.

I had the opportunity to stay at the apartment and I can't be happier with the experience. From the first moment, the place exceeded my expectations, it is impeccable and very tastefully decorated. Every corner is designed to offer comfort and functionality. like a fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds, and perfect lighting. Best of all, the location. It is in an excellent, safe and quiet area, but at the same time close to everything. restaurants, shops and green areas. It is ideal for both a relaxing getaway and a longer stay. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well located accommodation experience. ✨✨

Evelyn's apartment is lovely, it is some of the best apartments in all of Aquamarine. The stunning view of the Marina is very quiet and romantic. Opposite the apartment there are 2 swimming pool, turquoise ocean and a restaurant on the shore. The area is very safe. 5 min drive you will find other lovely restaurants La Palapa, Aura and Dolce Italia. Also on the territory of Kapkans there is the largest stable in all Latin America Los Establos, and in a walking distance from the apartment there is a blue lake. You can rent bicycles, a golf cart, or a car to explore the Kapkana. We spent 3 lovely months here, the apartment is equipped with all the amenities and even more. Tight curtains allowed them to sleep soundly. Evelyn and Kelly were always in touch, they are very friendly and welcoming, they want to come back to them. Kelly and Evelyn were so kind to us, always asking if we needed anything or if we needed any help. They were very helpful. We really recommend Evelyn's apartment and will definitely come back again in the spring! Thanks Evelyn and Kelly for your hospitality! We had so much fun at Sotogrande! Apartment was very clean and felt super safe the whole time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

Everything in excellence, the place is wonderful, walking to the beach and pools, walking in the marina is fantastic. Very quiet place, highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful private villa during our family trip. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jennie was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering helpful recommendations and making sure we felt right at home. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together as a family, and the peaceful surroundings made it even more special. Amazing stay, super quiet and completely safe. Cynthia's condo is big and comfortable and has everything you need. I stayed as a single woman and walked the whole neighborhood with zero problems. 10 - 15 minutes walk to main beach and restaurants. Excellent location and easy check in. Cynthia is the best! It feels like your own private resort!!

Beautiful views of the ocean and beaches. The terrace overlooking the beach is closer than any resort. We walked down the stairs and our toes were in the sand. Located within a gated community. Plenty of space for a family of four. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. 3 restaurants literally right next door. Market within walking distance. Was able to book massages on the beach, right next door. The bedrooms stayed cold with the individual air conditioner. The air conditioner in the living room/dining room/kitchen does not keep it cool enough. Eventually left it off and just opened all the windows and doors, which would be cool enough sometimes and other times would be warm, just depending on the weather and breezes. The terrace was having issues draining after rain. Host tried to fix it, it needs to be fixed. Host was responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

This home is amazing, the pictures don’t do justice to the Garden area, the pool is amazing, me and my family had a grill night and it was awesome, definitely if I come back to the area this will be my first option.

This apartment is located, conveniently next to various restaurants, entertainment, and outdoor activities. The apartment is very spacious and has a beautiful view of the marina and surrounding pool area. I recommend this apartment as the host is very responsive.

Awesome place, Pat is a great host, good team, great Manager Greg. Driver was nice, picked us at the airport, even took us grocery shopping. Pat has a comprehensive hospitality package that was really helpful. Felt at home. Our group enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The Villa was outstanding. It was very spacious with great amenities and we loved that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. The swimming pool was great and properly maintained every morning. All the rave about Aladin was exactly as described, he was incredibly helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!.

The best place to stay if you’re in Marina Capa Cana, Punta Cana. It feels home completely. There is no amenity your mind can think of during your stay which is not there at Pablo’s place ( all in great working condition). Pablo was super responsive and was very flexible with the checkin checkout process. Checkin instructions were very clean clear and smooth. The view from balcony was great. Mostly if you’re looking for a Self time and private time this is the place. Beautiful Clean quiet place. There are convenience store around and you get everything there (except vegetables). There’s this Foodelise app from which you can order food. Recommendations: Dolce Italia is really good! Peach Martini is a must try. Pablo’s place is 15 min from airport. Safety: We didn’t went out much at night but however whatever we did, it was safe. The apartment is completely safe. There’s this camera at the entrance which makes you feel super safe. We even extended our stay! 5k Stars to Pablo (:

We had a wonderful stay. Two beautiful beaches both about a 15min walk (one at the Westin and the other at the golf club). You can use the chairs and towels which was awesome. Played golf and tennis at the resort and both were wonderful. The indoor/outdoor living was great. If you kept the doors open in evening you didn’t need AC in the main area. Overall would recommend.

I should only improve the jacuzzy that was not well, the water was escaping through the drain

We had a great time at playa turquesa N401. The condo was very spacious and fit our group of 8 perfectly. The pool and grounds were well maintained and we felt very safe. Julie and Caran were very helpful throughout the stay and offered great recommendation and assistance with bookings. We hope to return!
