Such a friendly host with lovely Spanish treats left for us, clean accommodation with everything needed for the stay The view is amazing and although you can hear the music till midnight the view and outdoor terrace make up for it such a great location to the beach for a swim or to restaurants and bars

Incredibly great place. Beautiful location, with sea view. Restaurants and shopping are also within walking distance. Parking was usually available in the street in front of the property. Great communication with Juan/or his partner and great introduction to Airbnb, with lots of recommendations. They were always very quick to respond to questions! Accommodation was clean and the kitchen also well equipped:) thanks for everything!

A beautiful apartment with sea view and accordingly the beach is also within walking distance. The apartment is super clean and as described.

Very nice apartment with an amazing view from the balcony. Perfect start in the day having a breakfast with ocean and promenade view. The flat was equipped as described and also the baby chair and baby bed had been provided for us. Rafel responded very fast to any of my messages. I can definitely recommend Rafel as host and the apartment to other travelers.

Our week-long stay in Catalina and Juan's apartment in Cala Millor in the first row to the beach was more than perfect. Communication for booking and arrival also worked smoothly. The warm and friendly welcome by the two immediately gave us the feeling of "Welcome". A sparkling clean apartment with a fully equipped kitchen awaited us. Our favorite place was of course the large terrace, which offered a wonderful sea view with sunrise and also showed the varied life on the beach and on the large promenade every day until late at night. Nevertheless, the apartment is quiet, you do not feel disturbed at all by the nearby restaurants and shops. Info: The Mediterranean restaurant "Perla del Mar" and the very special steakhouse "Amabola Brasas" not only have excellent cuisine, but are also very reasonably priced. Another plus: the included shaded parking space right by the apartment

We wanted to find something near the beach, I don't think you can be any closer. The apartment has a direct view of the sea from the balcony. The area is quiet, and you can hardly hear the surrounding hotels. It is not a direct party stronghold, the complex consists only of apartments. You are still very central and have everything you need in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Juan is very fast and he is always available and helpful. We were very satisfied with the apartment and we lacked nothing. We would recommend this to anyone.

the location and view were the biggest positives of this Airbnb. also, the host was extremely nice and responsive which made everything easy and made us feel at home. convient location to the Rafa Nadal tennis academy.

This was a great place for the two of us to stay for a long weekend break. The apartment had everything we needed, and the huge balcony allowed us to live outdoors when the weather allowed. That outside space is what elevates this apartment to the "special find" category. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the lift shaft can be heard in the apartment, but once the main evening traffic quietens down, this is less of a problem, and this won't stop us booking this place again for our next Mallorca holiday. Special thanks to Isaac who was the most responsive and helpful host I've ever stayed with.

Exactly what we were looking for. Relaxing & quiet little fishing village. Boho chic villa. Instantly felt comfortable and safe. Laurence is a lovely, welcoming host.

Very nice house in a prime location right on the beach! Super clean, everything very well maintained. The gardeners come three times a week, the cleaning lady once a week. Separate electricity billing very transparent and reasonable. Raquel was available at any time. The only drawback: Wi-Fi cannot be switched off separately. That means microwave radiation 24/7! Personally, it leads to headaches, dizziness, blood pressure crises, etc. According to the landlord, the Wi-Fi is indispensable for the function of the building services... Another problem: The pressure water pump for fresh water in the basement is so loud and shrill that you actually cannot sleep in any bedroom on the ground floor. You can't even hear the pool pump in the basement garage. Great! It was not possible to determine why a water pump must be so loud that no one can sleep! After 3 days of agony, it was found that the garden line has a leak, and therefore an incredible amount of expensive water is lost

It's a very clean accommodation. You can feel the host's thoughtful consideration. It's a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, so it's good to rest. Recommended for all types of travelers.

Staying with Richard in Cala Millor was wonderful! The apartment offers fantastic views of the sea - an absolute highlight for beautiful evenings in summer. The bathroom and bedroom were clean and offered plenty of storage space. The open living area was also more than generous. We really enjoyed our holiday in Mallorca and would go again.

The flat is confortable and has all you need. It’s clean, has good kitchen appliance and equipment. Denise and David left a welcome gift and extra towels. A very nice touch. They were also very helpful with recommandations. The area has lots of restaurants and close by supermarkets. In the weekends you could hear some noise from the parties around but nothing major. The flat location is good. Near the majority of calas of southern east Mallorca. But also close enough to amazing hikes (and beaches) in the north east. It’s for sure a place to go back!

Everything was great! The place is comfortable and very conveniently located. For us, 5 girls, it was EXTREMELY pleasant to surprise two bathrooms, since we did not see this in the description... There were no problems with the lines who would wash first.💞 Also, the presence of balconies in all rooms created a more comfortable temperature, since there are no air conditioners in the room (which would not really hurt). The only disadvantage is the presence of a huge number of mosquitoes, we are all bitten, but this is not surprising, because the river is extremely beautiful on the side. Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality

We were completely satisfied and would book the apartment again at any time. Very clean, bright and a great terrace overlooking the countryside. Also the bed is very comfortable. Small note, we slept without air conditioning with the window open, so depending on the time you can hear the passing cars.

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with a lovely swimming pool and is well located in relation to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but that is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

Our stay at Mirjam's was beyond expectations. Comfortable, perfectly equipped and with a splendid sea view. Exactly as shown in the description and photos. Mirjam was a great help with detailed information and useful advice. If we go back to Mallorca, we will certainly go back to Mirjam.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
