Had another amazing week with the family this year! This makes two years staying here and we will be back for a third. Unbeatable location, views, and house.

Best Beach House we ever had—and the Oregon Pacific Coast is unbeatable in how the green mtns. full of Douglas Firs touch the white-capped sea with gorgeous Capes (like Perpetua) & intriguing Coves! FOUR FULL Bathrooms (& a 1/2 bath) made getting ready for day trips a breeze (plenty of that on this coast!) Dee’s open floor plan offered us super-comfy multiple couches where we could constantly hear & view the ocean’s beauty (talk about sunsets!) and her big dining room table, and extra seating complimented a fantastic cooks kitchen with more dishes that you’d ever need as well as everything to make amazing meals which can be served on the big kitchen island. Super-comfy beds and a few very large bedrooms! (Like 2 masters practically!) SO SO CLEAN in every aspect! We played ping pong and board games and appreciated the generous supplies she leaves AND her friendly helpful hosting! Dee maintains this home with love & perfection! Close to groceries & yummy food! Tillamook Creamery = fav!

What a wonderful place! We had a great time here and would definitely stay here again! The house has everything you might need and if needed I would have felt comfortable messaging Eric and asking questions. The location was awesome and the hot tub was such a great time!

Beautiful oasis! We have a two year old and four year old and truly enjoyed this special place. If you have littles be warned that there is a cliff drop off from the deck to the beach which wasn’t totally clear from the listing/ pics. Also there’s no pack and play or plastic cups/ plates etc for kids so bring your own and plan accordingly. Overall incredible experience and memories for a lifetime.

Our second stay here. We love everything about it … on the beach … close to the main avenue. Hopefully we can come again this fall.

Beautiful home with amazing views. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The host responding quickly to all requests and was incredibly accommodating. We loved our stay and would come back the next time we are in the area.

We had a wonderful family vacation! Katie's place has been beautifully renovated and decorated. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with spices, etc. We lacked for nothing. It was a joy to use the fireplace and fire pit several nights. There's an outside shower with hot water that made a huge difference regarding sandy children and adults. Katie has toys, books and games that were greatly appreciated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were attractive and comfortable. The open concept was roomy and comfirtable. We all agree that a return trip is in our future! The location is private and convenient to shopping, Cannon Beach and Astoria. We enjoyed the beach and exploring the area. There's not one thing that I would change! Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home!

This home was the perfect location for our extended Memorial Day visit. The ocean views provided a tranquil oasis. We enjoyed the hot tub, the ability to walk directly to the beach, and the quick and easy access to the historic train ride just steps away. Our favorite part of the home was the beautiful sunroom in the back where we spent hours just taking in the views, chatting, and relaxing. In addition to the enjoyable train ride to Garibaldi during one of the days of our visit, we drove North to Cannon Beach to see Haystack Rock and the many gorgeous coastal vistas accessible just by pulling off the side of the road. On the way back, we stopped off at a winery in Manzanita and enjoyed the sunset and local wine offerings. On another day, we took the boardwalk trail to the old cedar tree, which was a super easy and tranquil hike, and then headed down to the gorgeous Cape Mears lighthouse. With Rockaway Beach bring right in the middle, it was the perfect location.

Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, heated pool. Perfect getaway for our family. We usually stay at the Worldmark just because of the outdoor pool, but will definitely start staying here. It’s only a 5 min drive and you have the peace and quiet, a pool Pickleball court, and then a five minute drive to downtown if you want the town. This is the second time we've stayed in Chris's home. This unit is completely stocked with everything you would need for cooking and comfortable bedding. We saw whales right in front of the unit. Once again, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely be back again.

We enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the view!! Definitely a great little place for a short stay. The only thing we felt was missing was a loveseat with a side table where the deck chairs were inside, so you could sit comfortably inside while enjoying the view. Comfy bed with beautiful views!

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

Beautiful home with lots of room for a party of 7. My two teenage kids love the lower level that was like an apartment on its own. They had a blast!! Very comfortable bed with very clean white linen. Amazing view on the two decks. Beautiful kitchen that had all the basic. My only suggestion is to add a strainer over the kitchen sink drain to catch small food particles and avoid clogging the drain. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Lincoln beach. Thank you!!

12/10 for Brandon & Rain OR Shine! It has quickly become our go-to home away from home on the Oregon coast. The location is terrific and we can always count on Brandon to be the host with the most. We can’t wait to book again!

This house was very cozy! We absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed for cooking. Great location, close to the beach. Hot tub is great. My husband loved the pillows specifically. Host was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole stay. I would definitely book again for any future trips to Lincoln city.

Stayed here for my anniversary and it did not disappoint. The views were absolutely stunning and it was so peaceful. The house was very clean and has really good amenities. Spencer the host was very nice and responsive. 10/10 would recommend.

Really loved the place, it's the perfect spot for friends and family. I've been coming to Cannon Beach for the past 30 years and this was my favorite experience, we will definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay! The house was charming, clean, and comfortable. It's RIGHT on the beach with huge windows overlooking the ocean. The hot tub was well-maintained and secluded. We didn't use it but there's a big wood-burning fireplace that would be amazing and cozy in the winter. The house was perfect for me and my boyfriend and Kristina was an amazing and friendly host! She made sure we had absolutely everything we needed, was flexible about our check-in and check-out time and she's even going through the trouble of mailing me my glasses after I forgot them there. I will definitely be booking again, I can't wait to go back in the summer where we can enjoy their outdoor space even more <3

One of the few modern places to stay in the area. Everything is super clean, tastefully designed, lots of nice amenities. Just a short walk to the beach in a very quiet area. Great place!

If you are looking for beautiful, peaceful, private ocean front location--this is it! The setting is absolutely beautiful! We had walks on the beach and beautiful sunsets everyday. We stayed here with family-- 7 of us and there was plenty of space for all. Very convenient to Cannon beach, Manzanita beach, and Garibaldi Beach as well as hikes, look outs and points of interest. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed, the washer and dryer were a plus (love coming home with clean clothes in the suitcase) and the host was very responsive to texts and calls. They also welcomed us with a bottle of Oregon wine which was such a great gesture! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

Clean and a fun place to stay for two adult couples. Plenty big with nice clean beds and a common area with a game room.

The ocean view from the home is just incredible! Nice easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked to make some great meals. Victoria was a great host and responded quickly to all of our questions. The bed was comfy and so relaxing to sleep with the sound of the waves. I appreciated all the baby friendly items like the pack n play, high chair, and books.
