The stay with the host was perfect!! Far above our expectations, the house is wonderful, exactly as shown in the photos, the beach is beautiful and very clean. The host, in turn, is a very kind and cordial person, from our arrival to our departure, he attended to us with great affection and was always very helpful. We know what real service is like when something unexpected comes up, and the small problem we had during our stay (a failure in a phase that caused the water pressure to shut off) was promptly resolved and taken care of. I highly recommend that you stay in this wonderful house!! We will definitely be back!

The apartment perfectly matches the ad. Wonderful view, excellent location with market and pharmacy nearby. Super well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and super spacious bathrooms. Julian and Dida super attentive. There is only an alert for those who rent and go with a very large car, pickup trucks can have a certain difficulty with the parking space of the apartment, since the access is by curved ramps. We loved hosting and would be back for sure.

Otimo Place! Stand in the sand, as the photos. Otima structure. Very good for families. Criancas loved and played a lot. Sleeping place separated from the party area, very good. Agradeco for attention and the wonderful moments we had!

Maria Eduarda's house is very nice, the place is amazing, styled in the sand! The garden of the house is very large and perfect for sunbathing, Yoga and outdoor activities. The view is amazing both at dawn and during the day! A paradise even for those who like tranquility and privacy! This time we stayed in April and May is very good because few people circulated there, because due to the wooden deck that exists, in high season the frequency of people must be great, and we always seek something more private and quiet! We hope to return another time! I highly recommend it!

In general, very nice experience in the city and the apartment stands out for its excellent location near the beach, the safe building and the meia prai very quiet (family) area.

It's worth every penny spent, besides being in my opinion the best beach in SC, which is Itapema, the apartment corresponds to each group, from small to the whole family, the building itself is very quiet, the neighbors I met were all nice people, the location is very good, around there are restaurants, pizzerias, snack bars, supermarket, pharmacy, conveniences, that is, you can leave the car in the garage and do everything on foot. I recommend it for those who want tranquility and calm and to have the feeling of the true foot in the sand.

Excellent, the view from the apartment is undoubtedly the main factor. It is a typical vacation home, it has the basic comfort that is expected of a beach apartment, without luxuries. It is clearly an older property that has not undergone renovations or improvements, but honestly, it does not affect at all the great stay it provides. Its location is the best on the beach, I found it very quiet and perfect for sleeping, even though there was the Atlantic movement. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is very cozy and contains all the necessary utensils and furniture to make a great stay possible! Another positive point is the location of the apartment, as it is close to everything and the view is sensational!! The condominium organization is very good! (A nice thing is that it has a great cafeteria and a mini market inside the building, which made it a lot easier for us). The hosts are attentive, helpful and respond immediately! My wife and I love the place and plan to return soon!
