Great stay at François's. Beautiful house and services up to par. I recommend it.

Lucas is a attentive and fantastic host. He provided all the instructions promptly and included video and photo guidance. He was also flexible with our luggage, finding a suitable place for us to store our luggage ahead of our check-in time, so we did not need to carry it with us. The house is stunning and in a perfect location in a quiet area but also easy to get to town by taxi or tram. The house was very clean, beautifully furninshed and feels luxurious! We stayed during a heat wave, and made good use of the relaxing garden and good sized pool. The air conditioning worked well, but could have been a little stronger which may just have been because of how extra hot the weather was. I highly recommend staying at Lucas's house, as it truely was the ideal stay.

We had a great time at Sylvain's place. The house is very nice with a swimming pool and activities available (petanque court, table tennis, plancha). Ideal if you want to enjoy a peaceful house while being close to Bordeaux. Sylvain was responsive to our requests and did everything to facilitate our arrival.

Denis' accommodation is really great. We were very warmly greeted with the most delicious canelés. The pool was perfect for the hot days in Bordeaux. However, it must be said that the accommodation is a little further from the city center. Since we depend on public transport, this was not ideal for us. Otherwise, the accommodation is perfect and a fan was even provided. The sweet cat did its best 🥰 we would recommend the apartment, but would point out that you should plan a little more time to visit the city center. Thank you for the great time. 😊

Château Le Grave is a beautiful property and was a wonderful choice for our group holiday. We had a lovely stay and found the house very comfortable. The photos don’t quite do it justice—it’s even more charming in person. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made cooking for our group easy and enjoyable. There were a few small issues that affected the overall experience. There wasn’t quite enough toilet paper provided for the weekend, the pool area didn’t have lighting at night, and we encountered an electrical issue that we needed to resolve ourselves. I noticed similar mentions in past reviews, so it may be worth addressing these for future guests. Communication with the host could have been more positive. There was some confusion regarding the cleaning fee, which had already been included in the booking total, and we were asked to pay extra for a few broken glasses, which seemed inexpensive to replace. That said, the property itself is truly lovely and we had a great time.

We stayed here for our first family holiday with our 5 month old and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for it. As others have mentioned, the property and grounds are even more beautiful than the photos suggest. The property had everything we could need. It was comfortable and beautifully decorated, with high quality finishes and furnishings. It really felt like a home from home. The hosts were kind enough to provide baby equipment too so everything was very easy for the 3 of us. Portets is lovely, with a bakery, pharmacy & supermarket, which was ideal for us as we cooked all our meals at the house. We didn’t have a car but managed with just these facilities nearby, as we were very happy just spending time by the pool & in the house. We also walked to one of the vineyards for a tour which was great. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the loungers, including the cabana which offered some shade. We would recommend this property without hesitation and can’t wait to return!

To get closer to the airport, we spent a night at Pascal and Marie's. What to say... everything was perfect, we met Pascal who was very friendly. The accommodation was simply impeccable, very clean, with everything you could need during your stay, and the perfect pool to cool off. For our next visit to the area, we will stay at Pascal and Marie's.

I stayed here with in a group of 4, and I must say we very much enjoyed our time. Jules was very responsive to all queries, and his house was perfect for our time in Bordeaux. Jules also very accommodating to our requests - he is most definitely a super host! I would recommend Jules' house to anyone looking to stay in Bordeaux for a weekend.

Sarah's cottage in the middle of the vineyard was a great place to stay. It is peaceful and the scenery was beautiful, while being convenient to many areas in the Bordeaux region. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Sarah and her apprentice, Samuel, were very friendly and accommodating. The wine tasting and tour were really interesting. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptionally clean accommodation! Quiet, functional and well-equipped. The bedding is comfortable. Beautiful terrace overlooking a green setting where you can, with a little luck, see a squirrel playing in the trees. 20 minutes from Bordeaux, it is appreciable to visit this beautiful city. We will go back without hesitation. See you soon…

It was a wonderful weekend with Jean-Charles and Elodie! The Airbnb is like a beautiful moment suspended in a small paradise... inside a beautiful building renovated by Jean-Charles with a sense of respect for the history of the place and a way between tradition and modernity, in the middle of nature. We had a great time!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful cottage. It was spacious and the quality of the bedding was a standout. Our family really enjoyed the Scandinavian experience with the sauna and the spa - a must visit for the winter! And special thanks to Stephanie for the warm welcome and being helpful before and during our stay.

It is a nice apartment, we enjoy the staying, it is half an hour to go to the city center by car.

Emma is a warm, caring person who is concerned about the well-being of the people she welcomes. I'd recommend it without a second thought. The heated pool is a must. We had a great time. Emma was very understanding because we had a baby and did her best so that we could arrive before the time indicated.

Great place very well located for visiting Bordeaux! We loved the house, its lovely decor and its functionality for our little family reunion. It is very well placed to go into town with the tram or to walk in the Bordeaux park. I would 100% recommend it and would definitely stay again.

This is a spectacular home in gorgeous Bordeaux. The home is better than the photos! Every corner is filled with beautiful pieces of furniture and design with great attention to detail. It’s really close to the centre of Bordeaux; three tram stops away and the tram station is about 5 mins walk. The house is wonderful to be in and you’ll definitely want to save some time away from sightseeing to enjoy this beautiful home.

Lovely home, super clean, a 5 min car ride to the city center. We had a very nice stay at Zoe’s place, highly recommend it to other visitors to Bordeaux.

Celine's house is a small gem, very nicely furnished, quietly located, and equipped with everything you need, including a good bed, several air conditioners, a fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony where you can have a nice breakfast or drink a glass of wine in the evening. Another parasol up there, then it would be absolutely perfect :-). Public transport is a few minutes' walk away and then you are quickly in the middle of Bordeaux. The secure parking space is a fine thing. In short: The house is a 1A base to explore Bordeaux, we would definitely move in again :-)

We had such a wonderful stay at Florian’s beautiful home!! The house is so peaceful with a lovely garden full of furniture for resting or eating. The house is very clean and well laid out with everything you could need. In terms of location, it is a 10-15 uber which was around €10-15 straight to the heart of the city, or you can catch a nearby train/ tram that’s a 10 minute walk. There is also 2 food shops within a 10 minute walk from the house and plenty of take away options should you wish to stay home. We did walk back from the town centre and it took around a hour and was a lovely easy flat walk. This house is perfect for those who like to leave the city and come back to a peaceful surroundings. We loved spending the days wine tasting and touring then coming back, sitting in the garden and playing board games. Thank you Florian for a lovely stay, I hope we can come back soon!

Our stay here was wonderful. The house is roomy, nicely decorated and quite new. There is a very large laundry with washing machine and drying racks (no dryer), a large kitchen and meals area, two large bedrooms and a large outdoor area. The air conditioning is efficient and there is another air conditioning unit in the loft bedroom. The bedrooms have shutters to keep out the light and the beds and pillows are comfy. The TV is a smart TV and there are wineries everywhere in the area. As others have mentioned, there isn’t a toilet in the upstairs bathroom. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and steep and this may pose a problem if you need a toilet in the middle of the night. Also, as the apartment is a little remote and has numerous windows at ground level, one may feel exposed. The windows are double glazed and the lock is strong but we closed the driveway gate to feel more secure. It was quiet and peaceful and we loved our stay.

I can’t say enough about Marie and Gilles, the owners who live next door, who were kind and incredibly helpful during our one-month stay. They are the best! The house is beautiful and comfortable. The gardens are lovely, with trees, flowers and lawn, and beyond the property are rolling hills of vines. The kitchen is well-equipped, the wi-fi is great, and everything was perfectly clean. This is a jewel, and I highly recommend!
