Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

It’s great! Thank you so much Casita 61 for being a part of our wedding anniversary celebration with my families. We had so much fun and truly enjoyed our stay. Warm welcome with cake and balloons, water in the pool is warm, beach and clubhouse are both accessible. A nice place indeed and highly recommended for everyone. My stay was wonderful. The home was very nice. The host was wonderful and responsive. Anytime I had a question, she got back to me quickly. The instructions and directions she gave were clear and correct. The neighborhood felt safe. I have no complaints. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Emelita's place is good place if you want to stay for a short time or a long time. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and at first, this host didn't have all of the things we needed for a long stay. However, Emelita was quick to respond and she bought the things we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. She was very open to listen to and understand my American Custom. It seems that many if not most of the Filipinos drink instant coffee and for most Americans...instant is not acceptable. We needed a coffee pot and a few other things...since we planned on cooking most our meals. Thanks to a responsive and understanding host...Emelita's place is now equipped for travelers who wish to stay for longer periods. The only negative at this place..is that it is in a very lively community. For me...that was OK as I wanted to experience and learn about the culture. But if you are looking for something quieter and more peaceful, this may not be the best place. For us...it was perfect!

its our second time here and we loved it! Maricel's place is already our go to place everytime we come home from Singapore. Her place is very beautiful. She and her husband is very accommodating and very friendly. They always check on us if we are comfortable and if we need anything. Had a great time staying in this unit. It has lived up to its name - The Cozy Home; really cozy and homey indeed. It has all the amenities we asked for. The place was also peaceful and quiet, conducive for relaxing and family time.

Good for a night stay. Though the streets are not properly lighted especially coming back at dark hours. Generally the place is quite.

Beautiful and clean house! No need to contact the host during your stay kasi provided na lahat at sobrang easy to follow ng instructions. Had fun here with my family. Also yung check in na 2pm at check out ng 1pm ay sobrang sulit 👌🏻

Hi. We enjoyed our short time stay in this house We felt comfy and we spent well out time to rest Very quiet place and the whole house is very cozy , complete appliances that you can use.

Great place, nice neighbourhood, clean, spacious and comfortable. We had no problems and communication was quite good. The only negative we had was a small one, which was that they had advertised a ‘free washer’ but there was no washing machine. There is a laundry a block or two away, but they charge and don’t provide an immediate service.

We enjoyed Measy’s place. It was very clean, clutter free and well thought off. We are visiting from out of the country so we appreciated that there was a washer along with fresh towels for us to use. The beds were comfortable as well. Love that there is a cafe right by the entrance of the gated neighborhood. Above all, Measy was very responsive and helpful. Super close to Robinson’s mall. Definitely worth a second stay. Thanks for hosting us.

We are a frequent visitor of BK, we usually stay in the Lodge or in the open cottages but it’s our first time to stay at Julia’s place. We’ve had a wonderful time here, felt like home. Very private and perfect for family gatherings. my kid really enjoyed the spacious living room. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils. The bathroom has a hot shower. We will definitely come back and will consider booking Julia’s place again.

Aesthetically great, feels like home. Clean and the home furnish are of good quality. We enjoyed the heated pool and sauna. It really is a big factor that they have their own water source and dispenser. Spacious and I think an additional amenities like a billiard table would be fun to have in that kind of place. Hosts are very responsive and friendly too.

Angel is a great host! She was super helpful with all our questions and challenges. Very friendly and fast, even responded during the night. Definitely worth the price!

The place was nice. We are a family of 8 and there are a lot of rooms and beds. All of the rooms are airconditioned. The jacuzzi was great. Even if we went there when the clubhouse pool was closed (Wednesday), the jacuzzi is readily available and free. There are a lot of tables and chairs too outside. It feels very homey and comfortable. The house is nice. The beach was a good 5-7mins walk. It's not that far and the community is safe. The walking ground is flat and it is not tiring. The beach is nice, there are also free cabannas at the beach. It's peaceful. The check in and out are very flexible because the owner and caretaker is easy to talk to as long as there are no guests after ypur stay, you can extend with a fee. There's also ready drinking water and dispenser for consumption. Thank you again for accommodating us.

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! A good spot to relax in Laguna. A quiet and gated community. Easy access to shops and malls with GRAB.

Their villa is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. It’s clean and smells great. Everything we needed was provided. The caretakers and owners were also very kind and accommodating to all our requests. Highly recommended!

Everything was great at Roxy's stunning home away from home! Ac was cold! Amenities are good and working. You can cook, bbq, wash & hang clothes. They even have a computer you can use at their working station. They also havè a cool Videoke system hooked to YT🙂. There's ample space for a group to gather. Best is it has a smart security system installed! :-) We highly recommend this Home! It's got everything you need! We slept soundly here. We had a wonderful time ☺️
