Weekend in Saint-Malo for my wife's birthday. When we arrived, François was present, very warm welcome with gifts and small attentions for my partner for her birthday. She thanks you once again :) House faithful to the description and photos, very quiet neighborhood, relaxing next to the sea. We had a pleasant stay, we will gladly come back to the region and to François' :)

Conveniently located This accommodation is worth a visit with the many possible activities (jacuzzi, sauna, ping pong table...) I recommend it!

We were very well received by Fabien who is very nice and responsive. The house is great as is the garden and the environment. The place is quite suitable for children, especially since Fabien had kindly provided baby equipment (in addition to other touches for the young and old!). We had a great time with the family for the Christmas holidays. The house was perfectly true to the description, as well as the promised view, no disappointment! moreover the house had been decorated for Christmas! the house is large and very warm and really conducive to family gatherings! in addition the hosts are very responsive and friendly , we had a small power outage at 10pm which was fixed very quickly with Sebastien's assistance. The game room and hot tub are really a plus , as well as the large fireplace that allows long cocooning evenings in the living room . We'll definitely be back!

Yann's villa is really a peaceful place, with all the comforts and really very pleasant. Finally, it has only one flaw, it is that we are so comfortable that we do not want to leave!!! I recommend it.

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

We had a relaxing and rejuvenating Valentine's weekend thanks to this accommodation and its excellent spa, especially after a day at Mont Saint Michel. Thanks for the tips on good restaurant addresses I recommend it.

great cabin for a weekend in well-being and in connection with nature... no neighbors, no opposite, just a very beautiful view and nature at 360 degrees! the Nordic bath was great.

A short one-night stay but so much enough to get out of the everyday and really enjoy! I thank Samuel for his advice and responsiveness to respond to me! RAS in terms of the accommodation, clean, cute, and very atypical! I would recommend it without a second thought!

if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. evening meals and breakfasts prepared by Stéphane are great. Discretion of the owners, easy access to the jacuzzi. Visit the little cat in the morning and evening to look for a little hug.
