Gorgeous Airbnb! Loved staying here. It was amazing waking up to the sea every day. It is a little close to the highway so the highway noise can be a little loud at night, and the ocean is beautiful but not super swimmable since there is so much sea grass. Just to adjust your expectations. But we loved it here.

The apartment is stunning! Location is perfect, beach and grocery store are close. Easy access to the apartment complex and the apartment itself. There was nothing lacking for our needs. Super convenient to have a washer and dryer as well and AC units that accommodated each individuals needs their room. The coffee (Cafe Rico) was just the way we like it and coffee maker. I would say the only drawback is it’s on the 4th floor. It’s my fault for not checking prior to booking: we had a 65 year old with us who did fine, it just took a little longer to get up the steps. I recommend parking in the assigned parking space but close to the road versus close to the parking stop/bumper. Reason: it left opportunity for someone to park behind us which was quickly resolved. Otherwise, we had a great stay and the design of the apartment is clean, classy and comfortable.

Accurate listing, clean and modern, everything that is needed is provided, clear instructions, and location was the perfect drive to the mall, restaurants, and downtown. We enjoyed our time in Ponce and the Airbnb was a big reason.

Spot on for the trip we did in Ponce, the neighborhood was quiet, there were no safety concerns. Place was just like the fotos very cute! Host was very responsive!!! Would definitely rent again and encourage others as well. Perfect for a couple
