From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

The stay exceeded my expectations: the communication with the host was quick and very friendly, the location is unbeatable (close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood) and the house is spotless: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

The apartment is located in a very good area, nearby the beach and restaurants. Miguel is a very friendly person, he helped me to find the greatest local viewpoints.

Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

All in all, a wonderful place to stay. You have absolute peace of mind, as you live secluded on a mountain. There is another accommodation in the house itself, which was not occupied during our visit. Kitchen utensils available, but you have to get everything for spices/oil. The ad says 2 single beds + sofa bed, but it is 1 double bed + sofa bed. It's not really big, but it's totally clear. If you are looking for luxury, this is the wrong place. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to be. We were there for 5 nights, absolutely recommend it

A perfect home away from home! We had an amazing 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Tenerife. It was cosy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The location is ideal: in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with a very nice view of the bay — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Lea was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail. From helpful recommendations to small touches in the apartment, her hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto de la Cruz. Luisa is a lovely host who replies quickly and is very happy to give local recommendations. She even met us very late on our first night (1am!) to let us in and show us around the property. The house itself is large and beautiful and very well-equipped for a big group. We had everything we needed to cook for a week as a group of nine, and more than enough space. The heated pool really is amazing and was such a treat in early May. Highly recommend this house!

Javier was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. He‘s always quick to reply, caring, friendly and just such a positive person. His apartment features an unmatchable view, basically straight from heaven - you wake up and fall in love with what you see. I‘m also in love with the small details like binoculars to enjoy the view even more. Javier even messages us around the time of arrival, welcoming us, which I think is a really kind gesture and shows that he’s indeed a caring host! He was also quick to provide us some restaurant recommendations :) Parking is totally fine, you park on the street in front of the building - walking distance is between 2-5 minutes depending on how lucky you got while looking for a parking spot. Last but not least, we were also offered to check out late, which perfectly matched our plans :) We’ll 100% come back and stay here again, thank you so much Javier!

We had a great time with our girls at a perfect place! The appartement has everything you wish for and the surrounding is amazing, with the swimmingpool and the beautiful ocean view. Alberto is the nicest host we have had by far! We would recommend this place to everyone :-)

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Ocean. Ivan, our host, played a big role in this. Always friendly, always available, always helpful and accommodating without being intrusive. We were 8 adults in the very large house. From the terrace and pool (better to heat it up) you have a fantastic sea view. The rooms are very nicely furnished, the two upper bedrooms have their own bathrooms and sea views. The two rooms on the ground floor are windowless except for skylights and have a shared bathroom, which was completely unproblematic. Inside and outside there is a large dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. The grill and beer tap were used a lot by us. You can't hear anything from the nearby highway due to the location of the house. There is plenty to see, hike and enjoy in the area. We felt completely comfortable, will definitely come back and recommend the house AND the host!

Wow !.... It's the first word that all of us uttered when we stepped into the property. Amazing location, amazing view, amazing feel. I can write on n on, but definitely I would recommend this place if you're going to Lanzarote ever. Words will fall short of describing the feel, vibes and energy that we got from this property. Host is highly organised, they should be a template for all AirBnB properties !. Clear instructions, friendly and so responsive. 5 Stars are not enough :-)

A great apartment with a view of the wide sea - from both floors. We can highly recommend the apartment as a couple, even for longer. Chris has equipped the apartment very well with many practical details, such as a cooler, parasol, etc. for a beach day, as well as small, partly homemade (!) Food items for the first breakfast. Likewise, previous guests leave practical things there. In my opinion, the concept works very well. The apartment is clean, and if you want to help out again, you will find everything you need. The washing machine, including detergent and laundry rack, etc. are also in good condition. The furniture is okay, a lot of Ikea I think, I think a good choice for an Airbnb. The bed is large with a mattress topper that is a little softer. Chris lives next door, is relaxed and helpful. Just ask and she'll be happy to answer. We would book the apartment again!

Dear Andrés and Natasha, Thank you for making this dream house by the sea available to guests. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever had. It's a true gem, beautifully decorated and boasts high rooms with an exciting layout. It is right by the sea and easy to find. The various terraces and window fronts were amazing. For example, we were able to watch our children from the lower seating area in the sun lounger while playing on the beach. All rooms are very inspiring and the constant sound of the waves made us sleep very relaxed. The view from the living room and upper bedroom is unique and very romantic. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Under these circumstances, it wasn't a bad thing that the wifi went down a few times. We had a wonderful pastime, at the request of the administration arranged a romance for our arrival - flowers, wine, fruits, rose petals. The view is gorgeous on the ocean, the hot tub is cool, very cool after an active day. The location is chic, in a quiet place, but within walking distance to the city and cool cafes

This house is just wonderful, even better than in the photo! We were very pleased with the warm welcome from the hosts. Upon arrival, calm music was turned on, a bottle of wine was waiting on the table with a nice note - it was very pleasant. The house has a wonderful warm pool overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need. It felt like home! This is a fabulous quiet place, just what you need for a quiet rest and solitude. The location is very good for walking and admiring the picturesque nature and endless ocean. Near the house, there is a nice colorful cafe on a banana plantation, where you can eat delicious food and try local cuisine. There were no problems with parking the car, there were always free spaces in the parking lot. The hosts of the house are very attentive, friendly and always ready to help. I can say that this was the best accommodation we have ever rented! I want to come back here again and again! We are very grateful to Nikas and his wife for the pleasant time and help. 💙💛

Silvijas apartment was everything i hoped for and more! A great space inside and outside with the benefit that the terrace gets full sun from 11am right through to the end of the day where you can watch the sunset in the evening. I will visit again 😊
