Holiday rentals with a sauna in Canal de l'Ourcq

This is it! We stayed with our family of 7 for our 4 day visit to Paris. This Montmartre area is gorgeous and walkable and full of delicious cheese and Boulangeries and bistros. The Metro is close by and we visited all the major attractions, but enjoyed coming back to the peaceful Montmartre area and spent a day walking to Sacre Couer Basilica, the Wall of Love, and Moulin Rouge. Thibault’s place is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The area is safe and peaceful. The sauna is incredible and we used it every evening after a long day of exploring. There are plenty of beds for a family of 7 (or even 8) and a gorgeous big kitchen. We baked pizza one evening. I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing hosts, super helpful with any request or query. The accommodation was amazing, just like the photos and great location too! Can’t fault them and would definitely go back!

We had a great stay in Marie’s apartment! The flat is very well located to walk to the Louvre, the banks of the Seine, Le Marais and Monmatre. There are also many excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood, as well as a fanastic bakery a couple of doors away. The apartment itself is very spacious and the air conditioning was much appreciated and worked well. Despite being on a busy road, it was peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!

Fantastic property and host with everything as advertised. Really looked after us and plenty of advice and recommendations. Close to metro/trains for Paris access (download Navigo pass to keep track on tickets). Uber from Gare du Nord around £25.

It was really great, the accommodation was clean, there was everything we needed to spend a good relaxing evening, I recommend it.

When we arrived, we were blown away! We don't expect it to be so big and so beautiful, a direct entrance to the room with the sauna and spa and the suite on the 1st magnificent. Very clean, very nice decoration, spacious. Favorite for the bathtub😁. Clear explanations for the use of the spa and sauna. Thank you .

at the top, listened to us, we came for a night. her responsiveness to our messages even for commercial gestures, she always tries to please us and with a bottle of champagne, its price should be 30% more expensive than what she displays, for me, she does it more so that everyone can enjoy it than for profit.

Good public transport to the airport and into Paris. A good location to relax.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

So, so good! Ana was extremely responsive and kind. Was a bit lost coming into the country but her instructions were my saving grace. Can’t wait to stay another time. The ambiance, visit, decoration. Incredible

Pleasant night in this little cocoon.

A nice little apartment which was great for our night stay allowing us to explore Paris. Close to the train station. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip.

Very pleasant stay with facilities excellent quality (the jacuzzi and infrared sauna are really great). Don't hesitate to discover it and have a great relaxing time.

I spent three weeks in Laurence's apartment for professional reasons. It is very quiet, well decorated, pleasant, functional and very well-equipped. Located close to the banks of the Marne and Old Saint-Maur, it enjoys a beautiful environment. It also allows easy and quick access to central Paris. Laurence was a very responsive and thoughtful host.

Charles was a great host, very accommodating and super helpful. His place was fantastic and a really unique stay in Paris. Will definitely stay there again.

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

We stayed here with 10 girls for 2 nights and we had a great time. The cottage has an idyllic garden with a nice relaxation area with jacuzzi and spa. The kitchen has everything you need with a refrigerator large enough for all the champagne. The beds lie very well. What is also nice is that there are also towels, bathrobes, bedding and kitchen utensils, so you don't have to bring this with you. You should definitely stay here.

We had a lovely stay at Kenneth's house whose description matched point by point. Kenneth was, moreover, very flexible on our arrival and departure, I thank him again. Nice sweet touches delighted the little ones but also the big ones ☺️ Everything is well thought out to feel at home there! In short, we will repeat the experience at an upcoming Grand Prix Young Golfers in the area ⛳️👌🏼

We had a great time at Florian's cottage! The welcome was warm, Florian is very friendly, attentive and very responsive. The place is quiet, clean, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing. Special mention for the hot tub: it was really great, with lots of options, super well maintained — a real plus for the stay! Everything was as advertised, or even better.
