Holiday rentals with beach access in Canal 4

It is already the second time I stay in this apartment and it is extremely useful for our stay in Santos, with everything very close, facing the beach, furniture, utensils, bedding, table and bath and finally, whole apartment complete and with everything new. In this region of Santos it is common for buildings to have fewer parking spaces than apartments, so arrive and leave the car now in a parking lot that you will only need to leave. Hosts respond quickly if needed and ready to assist. Friendly and helpful building staff.

Excellent place to stay here in Santos, a few steps to the beach, markets and restaurants. Easy access and very polite and responsive building staff. The Kitnet is super comfortable, and has everything you need for a quiet stay, the Hostess was super friendly and caring. Excellent, highly recommend.

Apartment exactly as described and as it appears on the photos. The size of the apartment is small but very well distributed, renovated and easily serves 3 to 4 people. Clean, organized environments with a beautiful beach view. The host responds to messages quickly and gives all the necessary guidelines for a great stay. I recommend it.

This is a very special place. Peculiar place for architecture lovers. This is an Artacho Jurado pearl in front of the most beautiful beach garden on Earth (in the Guinness book as the largest beach front garden one). For me and my daughter it was an experience that we wanted to leave. Worthy of every moment. Highly recommend for its design, large spaces and location. Now, if you are noise sensitive and/or light sensitive on sleeping hours, you might struggle to have a good resting night. The street noise is intense night and day. The two floor to ceiling windows’ facades are only protected by sunscreen shades, with no blackout curtains. We were VERY pleased to spend our days there, and equally pleased to move into a quieter place to sleep the following days :)

You cross the street and are already at the beach. Lots of markets and restaurants within walking distance. Great location!

This was our second time staying at Eduardo's apartment. He and Paula are very kind. Location is great, the staff of the building are attentive and polite. Despite being Carnival, there was a quiet location. Apto is excellent, equipped, with a great infrastructure. we'll come back more often.

The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

Location is great, mto good beach. Check in was super easy and flexible. It's really pet friendly, the dogs loved the yard.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

The whole stay was amazing. Léo always quick to answer our questions, check-in and super quiet checkout. The house is great, it has a great structure and super complete, we don't miss anything. Near the market, bakery and beautiful and quiet beaches (thing of 7 minutes walking very quietly).

This place is a hidden gem and I hope it never changes. Prepare for a walk from your car but once you arrive you’ll never want to leave. Prepare for rustic and on the verge of falling apart but you don’t care with the surroundings, it feels like you are sleeping on the ocean and walking through a magical secret pathways

Apartment very well located, sensational view, all very new and preserved. By entering the apto you already feel something very good and think: the stay will be top. And it really was. Da.Suelly and Mrs Vanessa always present and proactive. I will definitely come back more often. As a suggestion if possible: increase the size of the bed. Thank you very much.
