A beautiful discovery and, above all, a beautiful encounter! You feel at home at Cherie's. A welcoming, funny, and sweet lady in her way of welcoming people. She even lent us two bikes, which allowed us to discover the city. Rafaelle and I are leaving for the rest of our trip. We keep this charming house and its host in our hearts! Had an amazing stay despite the weather! Woke up to a beautiful morning and they wanted us to enjoy it so told us no rush to leave stay as late as we wanted! Very friendly, easy to talk too! Would recommend very highly! Will be back for sure!

This place was super cozy! Amazing bathroom and the view of the lake was absolutely stunning

We spent a spectacular 3 nights at Shoal Bay in the Raven cottage. Mark and Cynthia have built an incredible homestead. We had 2 kids who happily roamed the property all day, exploring the beach, creeks and gardens. They were very sad to leave. The cottage was very comfortable. Great beds, incredible views. Well stocked kitchen. We did Discovery West to get us to and from Shoal Bay who were also wonderful. We feel very privileged to have experienced what we did. Thank you Mark and Cynthia!

Michelle has created a custom retreat with plenty to enjoy. You are surrounded by elevated pieces all while feeling comfortably one with the space. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, and the tub was so nice I used it twice during our short stay. Our girls felt the magic of their sleeping quarters, using the desk, cozy reading nook and the canvas tie backs for the bed area with joy. We were well greeted and given a lovely rundown of the ins and out of the beautiful space. A special experience was had by all. Perfect for our family of four. This was our last stop on a multi-legged tour of the eastern side of the island. A haven between hikes, markets, and secondhand bookstores, I am so glad I booked last. True RnR.

What a hidden treasure! The scenery was unreal, and so peaceful! We had an absolutely amazing and memorable family vacation. This house has everything you could need, from paper towels to measuring cups, and they even had a little dog food and bags. The fully fenced side yard was amazing to have for our dogs. With the beach just steps away, it was magical! Lots of wildlife spotted also, seal lions, eagles…just wow. We will definitely be back. Also, Erika was so quick to respond and very accomodating. Loved everything!

This place was such a cute little place to stay. We had planned on camping but the forecast called for rain so we were able to book and arrive the same day which was so helpful. It was very easy to find and had a great location right across the street from the lake.

From amazing communication to more amenities than advertised we were beyond happy with this stay. The house has everything you could need to play in the adjacent ocean or cook or BBQ. We were able to see so many things right from the deck, yard or beach : seals, little deer, bunnies, shells, starfish, clams, crabs, heron and many more. It’s walking distance to a little local pub but call first as tables and even food was limited. Lots of near by hikes through moss filled forests with huge old trees and we even saw a family of bears. Highly recommend this peaceful vacation spot.

Avi’s place was perfect for our one-week stay. It had everything we needed, and every part of our experience—from arrival to departure—was truly enjoyable. Avi also made us feel especially comfortable during checkout. You can really tell that he genuinely cares about his guests. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vancouver.

The place was nice and clean, the back yard was beautiful and it was awesome that we have a garage to use! The host is responsive and I love that the place was good for little ones! Would recommend

We chose this place because it was pet friendly and were happy to pay a bit more for that. Didnt end up taking the dogs but cuteness and location still made it totally worth it! Will look for availability for next visit for sure

If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Calgary, this is it. The house was very clean and comfortable with a cute back yard and a nice view out the front window. It’s in a great location being only steps away from walking trails along the river and just a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping etc. Linda was a great host! Would definitely love to stay here again!

We had an amazing weekend getaway at this charming Airbnb! Booking both bungalows was perfect for our group, providing ample space and comfort. The hot tub was a highlight—relaxing under the stars was pure bliss. Evenings around the fire pit, sharing stories and laughter, made our stay truly memorable. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a cozy retreat!

We enjoyed our stay at Joscelyn and Jason's home. We were a group of 6 with a baby and a dog. Their home is very comfortable with a great deck and yard. We will return on our next visit to Telkwa.

Host was very responsive, always messaged back in a timely manner. Instructions were clear and concise which made entering, staying, and leaving the property a breeze. The scenery around the property is absolutely breathtaking! Would highly recommend. P.S. the hot tub with the mountain view made for some great memories while staying here :).
