The location is very central, 5 minutes from the airport and FAN Mallorca shopping center, 10 minutes from the center of Palma by car and walking 5 minutes from the beach of Ciudad Jardín, following the Paseo del Molinar and about 30 minutes from the cathedral taking a walk. Good access to the highway and various services. NO CHILDREN OR PETS ALLOWED.

From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.
