We had a wonderful time at the house - everything was very clean and as described. The size is perfect for 4 people. The pool is exceptionally clean and very refreshing! Cati is a great and charming host. We would love to come back!

We were 2 couples and had an amazing time and would glady stay again. It was great to sit outside at night and watch the stars. During the day we enjoyed the pool, the area also offers very nice restaurants 10/15minutes away.

Probably the best garden I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been all over the world! Totally amazing Bonzai and cactus garden then beautiful olive orchard - totally inspiring. Great pool and every amenities you could want. We loved it and would come again! Juan was helpful and informative. Quiet and an easy walkable distance from town, buses and the all important beach all in all 100%!

We were a group of friends who had a an amazing stay at the villa. The rooms were beautiful and there are a lot of bathrooms which was very convenient. The highlight is the stunning pool and garden. It’s a peaceful place but you’re also quickly in Palma with the car or taxi. All in all a great stay and would definitely recommend!

I'm going to miss the crickets and birds. What a fantastic house! Walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets at the same time complete tranquility and privacy. Not a standard home but a finca restored with love and taste. The pool is gigantic and was cleaned every day, completely unobtrusive. Beautiful accommodation, where we felt very comfortable from the first moment. You can linger for hours both inside and outside - everything is lovingly designed and invites you to relax. We were particularly pleased with the small gift on arrival: water, bread, fruit, cheese and eggs - a very warm gesture! We would have liked to stay longer and would like to come back.

This was a beautiful residence. Will definitely be returning. The view is incredible and it has everything you need for a peaceful retreat.

We stayed in Stephan's place for 10days end of Feb and beginning of March. Although the weather was not the best with sunshine on and off, this house is a gem--beautiful and warm! We stayed with our infant daughter who just started to crawl and she enjoyed exploring every inch of the house. It is a perfect place for staying with a little one. The host provided highchair and crib and was super responsive. We would come again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Antonio’s place! The house is beautiful and the backyard is incredibly cozy — we spent a lot of relaxing time there. Antonio was also very welcoming and helpful, patiently answering all our questions during the stay. The nearby parking just a few steps away was super convenient. We’d love to come back again in the future!

An absolute dream right by the sea! The house was just perfect – with a breathtaking view directly of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from the terrace. Three bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen also have sea views. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – everything was super clean, high-quality and thoughtfully furnished. The cave in the cellar, which leads to a direct access to the sea, is also unique. From there, we went out to sea a few times by canoe or stand-up paddle (which Roman provided free of charge!). I would especially like to highlight Roman as a host: extremely helpful, warm and with great tips for restaurants and excursions that really enriched our stay. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would come back any time.

We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and all the facilities you need are there. Upon arrival, there were a lot of groceries put down so you didn't have to go to the store right away. The house is decorated with great attention to detail, and in every corner you will find special accessories, furniture or art. It was great to discover all that! The host is very friendly and helpful and responds immediately. We will definately come back!

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. The host was very proactive, sending lots of information about the house, neighbourhood and Mallorca overall. We really recommend this place. Thank you!

We stayed 3 days. Absolutely the best view I’ve ever had on vacation. The photos are beautiful but they don’t even come close to showing how amazing the view is of the water, boats, town, mountains and even Sóller in the distance. I spent much of the trip just sitting on the decks and looking at everything, snacking and sketching. Loved everything from the “guest” cat on the deck to watching a photoshoot on a yacht in the bay in front of the house. We rented only the first floor but was spacious enough for four of us with one extra bedroom used to store our luggage. We walked into town each day which is a few minutes down a road (no sidewalk) and the view is amazing along the road. Walk wasn’t too strenuous for those of us who aren’t in great shape but might be a bit much for the elderly. We ate in town once and at the small restaurant just below the house. Both meals were great. I can’t stress enough how great Can Biri is and how informative, friendly and helpful the hosts were.

Los Guardias is a very tranquil villa set in some very nice grounds and ideal for us as a family group of 4 couples. We found the villa to be well equipped with the kitchen having everything we needed. The pool is excellent with enough shaded areas for everyone to sit. It’s only 10 minutes to Santanyi which has some excellent restaurants, a great market on Wed and Sat and plenty of supermarkets. Plenty of activities at Cala D’or and a nice small beach at Cala Santanyi.

Our stay at Micaela’s Finca was incredible, we really enjoyed our time there. The pool and garden area is really beautiful, exactly as shown on the pictures . As tennis enthusiasts we loved to play on our own tennis court, which is well maintained (new net etc.). Thanks to the ping pong table and the barbecue we had some unforgettable evenings ;) Micaela is a great host who was always available when we needed something. And special thanks to Mario who took great care of the garden and gave us some helpful tips! The finca is located between Palma and Inca, which is great because you can explore the capital but also the gorgeous west coast of Mallorca. We’re already looking forward to our next stay at the finca. Muchas gracias! ☺️

With a group of 10 friends, we spent 3 nights in this beautiful villa in Randa, which has recently been renovated with great taste. Each bedroom has a very comfortable private bathroom, a detail that is not to be missed when traveling in a group! The living area, consisting of a spacious kitchen, a dining room and a living room, is equipped with everything you need, including brand new appliances that have allowed us to easily organize lunches and dinners at home. The real gem of this villa is its garden: an oasis of peace with a beautiful swimming pool, comfortable loungers to relax, a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and a large table perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Very kind hosts and always available for any of our needs. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable place with an enchanting view.

Had a fantastic few days stay with girlfriends. Thank you Katy, Elena and Irene for allowing us to stay at your family home. The property is gorgeous, lovely garden and pool. Car or Taxi required for trips into Palma, got our head around Uber but the most friendly drivers were the Palma Taxis ones. Would definitely visit again as such a beautiful house with all you need for a few days R and R 😊

Beautiful villa 10min walk from a small town with everything you need. 15mins drive from Santanyí if you want a bigger town. The villa has lots of fun amenities to take advantage of and everything was clean and perfectly set out for us including a welcome basket with wine when we checked in! Anabel was also super responsive and helpful with whatever we needed.

Toni’s place was so lovely, it was close to restaurants, the beach , and public transportation! We also enjoyed our time sitting outside around the pool area! Toni very quick to respond to any questions we had! We really enjoyed our stay there!

Sure—here’s a smoother version with a natural flow: One of our favorite stays anywhere. This place was perfect for our family to unplug and soak in the beauty of Deia. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and warm—quick to answer any questions we had. The walk down to the sea was stunning—rocky terrain but manageable and well worth it. Great access to hiking, with beautiful animals nearby and peaceful surroundings. Just a quick drive into Deia, and not far from Soller and Port de Soller either. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough!

An idyllic stay in a beautiful village house, nestled in the heart of an authentic and charming village. Fornalutx is just amazing! We were lucky enough to be there during the flowering of the orange trees — a mesmerizing fragrance throughout the village. The house is beautiful, the host welcoming and caring. We highly recommend! Very good restaurants nearby and stunning views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. A real little piece of heaven.
