Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Casale del Boscaccio (The Woodcutter's Farmhouse) The Owl

The house is from the early 1700s and is located in the Apuan Alps park. It is suitable for 2/3 people surrounded by the greenery of nature. It has an excellent sunny location where from the private terrace you can see the town of Pruno with its ancient villages and the mountains of the Apuan Alps park It is an ideal place for those who want to take walks in the woods, get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and mountains.

I offer a quiet solution in a central location with respect to the main attractions of Garfagnana, Lucchesia and Versilia. Starting point for excursions and a base for relaxation, it is about 1 km from the train station. Quiet and with a wonderful view. The Guest House is on a private property with parking and a large garden. A crib and other accessories for children and infants are available upon request. Located in a small village with amenities and shops.

The home of the Codirosso: timeless soul in Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

For those who want to get away from everyday life and live surrounded by greenery with all the comforts of a modern home. Possibility of excursions to the natural wonders of the area (Orecchiella Park, Lake Gramolazzo, etc.). Perfect for a couple's stay to cuddle in front of the fireplace.

Accommodation on the second floor of a villa offers 360-degree views of the area. Located in a quiet location. Easily reachable by train as the accommodation is close to Villetta San Romano train station. On foot for those who travel along Via Vandelli. Ideal for groups or families who want to participate in local events such as concerts at the Fortress of Mont'Alfonso or nearby such as Lucca Comics & Games.

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.

Casa Piari - The house on the lake of memories

Quiet, recently renovated vacation home, in the upper part of the charming ancient village of Vagli Sotto. Mindful of the time that was once the Piari house, it pays homage to the village of Piari that rests under the lake but that re-emerges in the memory of those who lived there.

The Jane's House in Piazza al Serchio

The appartment is a bilocal with bathroom (shower/hydromassage), kitchen and a comfortable bedroom fitted with double-size bed and two single beds. The appartment is surraunded by a beautiful garden with a gazebo, a wood oven and a barbecue. Disabled people are wellcome.
