Chalé Uvaia is located on a large plot of land near Serra da Bocaina in Lavras MG. Just 230 km from BH and 440 km from São Paulo. A typical Minas Gerais chalet, recently built in a rustic style, with lightness and extreme comfort. If you want rest and well-being close to nature, but without giving up the comforts of the city, our chalet is ideal for that. We are still located in the rural area of the city, but only 5 km from the center (10 minutes), with a supermarket just 1.5 km away.

The house is simple and cozy, perfect for those looking for tranquility and rest to spend a few days or if you are just passing through, the house has a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, a double mattress and two single mattresses, a living room and an integrated kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop, electric oven and microwave. In the outdoor we have a hot tub with hydro ideal for relaxing, a balcony with table and chairs and a small barbecue that will not let you down.

We are located just 5 minutes from Fernão Dias Highway (BR-381) and our environment is totally private and structured for vacation rentals. Ideal, whether for those passing through the city, or who want to stay longer to rest. We call it “Casinha da Roça,” but we're actually in the city, next to the beautiful Praça do Rosário. Pets are very welcome. We have self-check-in to facilitate guest access. This memorable place is anything but ordinary.

Cabana Belvedere is a hilltop retreat with plenty of green space around. Located within Sítio Bella Vista, a beautiful property at the top of Ufla. Our neighbors are UFLA and two rural properties. We have two accesses, one inside UFLA, whose route has 800 meters of dirt road. And another all paved, along the contour road of Lavras (MG 335T). Located just 10 minutes from the center.
