The space is wonderful, well equipped and very comfortable. The neighborhood is also an attraction, very quiet. It's a great environment to work at. The location is very central, close to both the commercial center of the city and the leisure areas of the city. In addition, it is very close to the main universities. The host was very kind and flexible about our arrival and departure time as well as attentive. It made clear the recommendations before we even arrived, thus facilitating our entry and coexistence with the other residents.

The stay was wonderful. The location of the apartment is excellent. For us who were enjoying the festivities of São João, the location was very close to the party. The hostess is always very available, she gives us several directions, everything is very impeccable. The apartment only needs the internet to be even better!!! In addition, everything was very organized, the sheets and towels were very clean and fragrant. Excellent stay and cost benefit. I highly recommend it.

Great accommodation. It is a little far from the city center, but since the event I participated in was in the immediate vicinity, for me this was not a problem. The apartment is on the third floor(without elevator) in a residential condominium with several blocks, very familiar, quiet. The doormen were kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, tidy, with the bed and bath linen that smelled. Well-equipped kitchen (no microwave only), even had a popsicle in the freezer. 😋Marílian was very attentive and answered me without delay when I needed to talk to her. Anyway, I had a very satisfying stay. It was very worth it.

The apartment is super organized, everything is clean, the host provided a duvet and clean towels, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has all the utensils available. She even left a basket with a personal hygiene kit, which was great, as we had forgotten to bring shampoo and conditioner, I thought it was super kind and pleasant, no host I have ever stayed with has done this “treat”. We love everything, highly recommend it and hope to stay there again next year.
