When I went, San Lorenzo (the coastal community where this apartment is located) was very secluded and I rarely saw other people, which added to the privacy of your very own apartment overlooking the sea. Going down the stairs to the rocky beach was great for a daily swim, until the last day when the weather turned and brought a refreshing breeze and lower temperatures. I appreciate that the host was proactive in bringing me some fresh fruit, as well as checking in one of the days when there was rain in Campeche (to the north). You need a pass from the host to enter the gate into San Lorenzo, which he can arrange to give you beforehand. The road past the gate getting to the apartment is scenic and has some rough patches, but I did it just fine on bicycle. It was great to have drinking water provided during my stay, as well as ventilators to circulate the air (there is AC in the bedroom). For the most part it was a quiet, tranquil stay and helped me rest my bones over the weekend.

Couldn't imagine staying anywhere else while in the city. Close to everything and really gets you into the heart of the cities history.

We booked Casa Mango for peace and quiet, rest and relaxation. We were not disappointed. the ocean was of course beautiful, the area was nice and quiet. Plan ahead, Campeche city is 20 minutes away. We were prepared to cook our own meals so it was not a problem. The house is clean and nicely furnished.

Casa Soco is great. Spacious and very comfortable rooms. It's an ideal place to relax.

Good and comfortable

The place is wonderful, a little secluded, but it's just what I was looking for, the restaurant is very rich, the pool gets shade in the afternoons and it's really nice. The penthouse has everything to stay for luxury holidays, we take advantage of the kitchen for breakfasts. The hospitality and kindness of the hosts and in general in all of Campeche is the best. In Champotón you can get practically everything. Traveling a few hours of you have access to very good places to visit, such as Campeche, Edzna, Uxmal, Isla Arena, even getting to Merida does not get heavy. Despite being alone and something away, the place feels very safe. Only 2 issues were in the area, but not with hosting. 1. The beach has lots of stones and shells, no shoes for the sea is somewhat dangerous. They recommended me to go to Playa Bonita heading to Campeche and it's much better. 2. The road has many bumps, the first day I fell into several and 2 tires were damaged, but I was able to change them in Campeche.

It was a really confortable and easy stay at michelle's place. The room is fairly big and there are all the facilities that you may need. I highly recommend it to future travelers

Actually, because of the previous recommendations, I was prepared for the noise at night, but the truth is that we had no problems with that. We could sleep without any problem. The apartment is very nice and spacious, ideal for what we needed. Some details are already mentioned in the description, so you choose knowing that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, and as something to take into account, the water comes out hot. At night or early morning it is fine, but in the afternoon the thermal sensation is a bit strong.
