Annette nous a très bien accueillis dans son logement. Il est très agréable, dans un environnement paisible, rénové avec goût. Nous avons pu découvrir la région avec nos deux chiens pendant plusieurs jours et nous avons été conquis, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Super accueil, logement impeccable, et les équipements sont parfait. Le cadre est très beau et privée. Merci pour ce week-end !

Charlotte et Jérôme sont très accueillants et disponibles, tout est pensé pour qu'on s'y sente bien, la location est très fonctionnelle ! Arrivée et départ autonomes pratique. Le cadre est très agréable, pas de vis à vis ni de nuisance sonore. La maison est parfaitement propre, la literie confortable. Très bon séjour, je recommande !

Incroyable, que dire de plus? Un vrai coin de paradis, calme, paisible, dans un environnement magnifique. Je ne peux que vous recommander de passer un séjour chez Any.

Une très belle maison decoree avec beaucoup de goût, dans un superbe cadre. Nous avons pu apprécier le confort de la maison lors de quelques journées pluvieuses mais également du magnifique jardin et de la terrasse par temps ensoleillé. De nombreuses visites sont accessibles à proximité. Les hôtes sont acceuilants et réactifs.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le cadre est très joli, paisible, au coeur de la nature. Le logement est très bien équipé, le sauna et la piscine sont très appreviable. Attention, âmes sensibles aux insectes s'abstenir.

Amandine est une personne accueillante et souriante qui propose un logement très propre et très agréable Le jacuzzi était parfait, je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Pré des Noix. Dès notre arrivée, Alexandrine nous a donné toutes les instructions et s'est rendue parfaitement disponible pendant le séjour. La petite maison bien équipée est ravissante et paisible, c'est un vrai lieu de repos à 2 pas de la vallée de la Vézère et de ses incontournables spots touristiques. Tout était parfait et nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se représente

Apart from getting very lost trying to find it we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is really beautiful and perfect for our party of 9 (including a baby & toddler). The pool was really fun and we enjoyed the ping pong table. The house was very well equipped and we found lots to do within 30-40 min drive. Lovely restaurant in Coly (10 min drive) opposite the church and great supermarket in Terrasson (15 min drive). Lots of local markets, Sarlat was especially good. Would definitely recommend this beautiful house and we hope to be back one day!

It’s difficult to describe how special this place is! Situated on a beautiful property, the apartment is accessed through a gate into a courtyard and feels very private. (The place does share the courtyard with two other rental units, which were empty when we were there but it might have felt less private had they been occupied.) A converted barn, the apartment is cozy and unique with beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure. Hosts are wonderful - warm and welcoming, and available and helpful without being intrusive. They even offered to bake us a savory pie on arrival and happily donated some butter to make our daughter’s birthday cake as the nearby shops were closed. We would love to come back one day and be able to swim and spend more time outdoors - as it was, our daughter loved exploring the yard and woods, filled with delightful surprises. A gem!

Amazing place for three generations to stay while attending a local wedding. Pool was great and the setting is fantastic. When we had a small issue, they went above and beyond to get it fixed very quickly. We will dream of the place forever!

We stayed here in June 2025. The villa was absolutely fantastic. The location is ideal for a short drive to local towns like Sarlat, but is nestled away over looking the dordogne river! Didier was extremely helpful and proactive with communication. I could not have chosen a better place to stay.

Our stay was perfect from the moment we received such a warm welcome from Sophie and Daniel. The house is beautiful and very luxurious with everything you could think of needing and more all of the highest quality. We were travelling with our 6 month old granddaughter and everything she needed was there, even some toys placed in the cot - adorable and so kind! Daniel brought us a delicious breakfast of pastries and fruit juice on our first morning which was so thoughtful. The garden is stunning with the pool being an absolute highlight and very welcome in 38 degree heat. The location is peaceful yet close to amenities and the town of Montabaun is only a short drive away. We made use of the bikes to explore the roads around the house. Outdoor living was very easy with a variety of places to sit, cook, eat and relax. We really can’t fault our stay and only wished we had booked 2 weeks instead of 1! When everything just comes together beautifully…you can simply relax and enjoy. Our warm and friendly Airbnb hosts thought of every important detail from the well-appointed kitchen with an espresso maker to the fine French linens to the super comfortable king-sized bed. Nestled into the vineyards of the Cognac region, this setting is also so beautiful. We enjoyed sitting under the old maple tree to take in the views. Wish we could stay longer and thank you to our generous hosts!

Stunning! Yes the house is amazing and the space is well furnished and the material noble (wood and stone)… but for us it was the stunning views of the entire valleys and the bright stars in the jacuzzi at night which made this place unforgettable.

Wow! Just wow!!! A totally amazing place, so peaceful, surrounded by vineyards and quiet French lanes. We holidayed as two families, with teenagers (11-15 ages) loads to do at Maison Bellair, games for the garden, and inside. The pool was just perfect for chilling off after local cycle rides. The house is beautiful throughout, loads of extra details which made our stay easy and stress free. The beds were super comfy and the bedrooms stayed cool, even without AC. The outdoor kitchen and dining area was just perfect for our families to cook and eat together. Cécile was an amazing host, very quick to respond but left us to enjoy our holiday. The near by town has a great selection of Supermarkets, and shops. We went by train to explore Bordeaux from Sainte-Foy-la-Grande, which was easy. We also parked in the train station of Bergerac for free to wonder about the old town there. We loved Castle Duras, with its night market and castle luminations it was truly magical Thank you Cécile

Nous avons séjourné chez Laurence pour une soirée. La communication avec Laurence était très fluide et agréable avant notre arrivée. La propriété est très belle et la suite était impeccable. Nos hôtes étaient également très sympathiques sur place. Nous recommandons chaudement et n’hésiterons pas à les recontacter pour une visite plus longue dans cette belle région Merci à tous les deux.

Super petite, parenthèse chez Agnes et son mari. Le logement est parfait. L’environnement est très calme et l’accès aux activités extérieures et aux beaux villages de la Dordogne est parfait. Je recommande.

We had a friendly welcome from Deborah, Simon, and their dog. The Coquet Cottage was beautifully decorated with lovely touches like linen bedding and a nice kitchen area. The grounds were beautiful, our dog loved spending time outside. The outdoor tub was very welcome on a hot day. The hosts recommended the local lake and some dog walking routes. A beautiful part of France, only wish we could have stayed longer!

Charmante petite maison très joliment décorée, au calme en pleine nature au bord d'une voie verte (nombreux sites touristiques accessibles en vélo par des routes/chemins très peu fréquentés). Diane est très soucieuse de votre bien être. Très bel endroit pour se ressourcer et profiter de ce coin de Périgord à l'écart des bruits et de la foule.

Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad in dit huis. Het ontbreekt je aan niets, mooi meubilair en heel smaakvol ingericht met aandacht voor leuke details. Ook buiten ruim voldoende en comfortabel meubilair en verlichting voor als het donker wordt. Het zwembad is werkelijk fantastisch, wij hebben er dan ook van ‘s ochtends vroeg tot ‘‘s avonds laat gebruik van gemaakt. De omgeving is heel rustig en idyllisch. Limogne-en-Quercy op fietsafstand met een goede supermarkt, bakker en bio- winkel. De communicatie met Joffrey en Elsa is prima, vriendelijk en je krijgt snel reactie op vragen.

Séjour en famille idéal dans un cadre ravissant. La maison est charmante et tout confort, Julie et son époux sont des hôtes attentionnés, le hameau de Pechboutier sort tout droit d’un rêve. A 15 mn à peine de beaucoup de points d’intérêt préhistoriques (Les Eyzies, Font-de-Gaume, Combarelles…) pour le plus grand plaisir des petits et des grands :)

Beautiful house, with an absolutely therific garden and a proper pool. The value is extremely good for the price!
