“Fantastic stay! The apartment is in an amazing location—just 2 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from several supermarkets, which made everything super convenient. The balcony has a lovely view, and the space itself is clean, modern, and very comfortable. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you’d need if you like to cook. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the furniture and appliances (TV, washer, fridge, etc.) were all new and in great condition. We loved staying at Engin’s place - the apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and the location right at the beach was just perfect! Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace, great restaurant and pool at the building complex. The supermarket and busier streets for shopping/food/night life were at walking distances. I definitely recommend staying in this part of Fethiye rather than the hotels in the city center or near crowded boulevards. We’ll definitely come back here ☺️ Teşekkür ederiz!

Safa's apartment was an amazing choice. Located in a very nice central Fethiye but also in a reaidential private area. Lots of restaurants, shops, banks and a huge shipping mall 10 min walking distance from the house. Safa was an extremely kind and helpful host. I got great recommendations for any local place and also advised a lot with the public transport. Always asked if I needed anything, very thoughtful. He also waited for me until late evening and picked me up I'm person from the Fethiye bus station. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable and peaceful. I've had a great night sleep. Everything was within a walking distance. I highly recommend to stay at Safa's.

The appartment is a short walk to local shopping mall and bus station, you can get anywhere from there. you can as well take a long walk to the seashore (around 20 minutes). the apt itself is superclean, quite spacious and looked after. the hosts are supernice people, they are always there for you but only if needed , which is the best! thanks for our wonderful stay! highly recommended!

Just returned after staying for a month, we were met by Mustafas son who was very helpful, Mustafa and his son were always on hand if we needed anything, will definitely stay again Yvonne

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Debo decir que el departamento tiene una vista espectacular pero hay que subir muchas escaleras y no es recomendable para personas con dificultades para movilizarse. por suerte me ayudó un señor a subir el equipaje y el taxista para bajarlo. Enes responde rápido los mensajes ideal para personas jóvenes o buen estado físico. por lo demás está muy bien ubicado en una zona muy comercial. Lo mejor de todo es la vista al puerto lo encontré muy limpio.

Квартира супер! Есть всё на кухне из девайсов и приборов. Не смогли только воспользоваться бассейном т.к. в начале мая он еще не нагрелся. Возможно вернёмся осенью когда он уже точно будет тёплым)

Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi her şeyde bizi bilgilendirdi. Çok güzel bir yerdi tam aile yeri,her şey temiz ve düzenliydi. Mutlaka tercih edilmesi gereken bir yer tekrar geldiğimizde yine burayı tutmayı düşünüyoruz gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilecek bir yer.

It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic month-long stay at this beautiful place. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, featuring a lovely jacuzzi upstairs. All rooms are air-conditioned, which adds to the comfort. The location is excellent: just a 6-7 minute walk to the big park and about 15 minutes to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient. The only thing we missed was a microwave, as we’re used to having one. However, Furkan was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance. Highly recommend!

öncelikle herkese iyi tatiller diliyorum. bu daireyi kiralamadan önce mülkiyet sahibi Ömer beye üst kattaki daimi kiracısının çıkıp çıkmadığını sorun lütfen. çünkü üst katta kiracı oturmakta ve gelen günlük misafirlere karşı çok saygısız ve karaktersiz biri. muhtemelen Ömer beyle arasında olan bir sürtüşmeden ötürü Ömer Bey'in ticaret yapmasını istemiyor. çünkü biz eve girinceye kadar evde ses ve gürültü namına bir şey yoktu taki Ömer bey gelip bize evin anahtarını verinceye kadar. 10 saatlik yol yorgunuydum biraz dinlenmek istedim lakin üstte oturan karaktersiz taşlama makinesi ile fayans kesmeye başladı. kendisini uyarmamıza rağmen, banane umrumda bile değil gelmeden önce sorsaydınız. gibi cümlelerle katşılaştık. durumu Ömer beye ilettik sağolsun ilgilendi. polisler gelip uyarıda bulundu fakat bu seferde fayanslardan çıkan tozu havuza püskürttü. ertesi gün karakter yoksununun sabahın 5'inde ev temizliği tuttu. Ömer bey para kazanmak istiyorsa kiracıyı çıkartması gereklidir. bilginize

Nous sommes tout simplement très satisfait de notre séjour dans la villa, tout était très propre, très confortable et bien équipé, l’équipe de la réception au top : accueil chaleureux, recommandation d’activité, extrêmement réactif a nos différentes demandes. We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful and always replied quickly to any questions we had, which made everything super easy and stress-free. He helped with us out with car rental, airport transfer, new gas for the kitchen, etc. The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.
