We loved watching the boats in the canal. The room was clean, and quiet. Gia was quick to respond to questions. We would stay again if we are in the area.

I can't say enough to recommend this to others if they get a chance to visit the hidden gem that is Elizabeth City. It's in the heart of the little city, and it's a private part of their entertainment enterprise. It was a Beer Garden night when I arrived, and my first beer was their treat to welcome me there. Still despite the karaoke going on downstairs, this little apartment was very quiet. And everything calmed down at a reasonable hour. The neighborhood itself is tucked away and it felt very peaceful the rest of the time. It was a perfect hang for a couple of nights on the Inner Banks. I can't wait to return.

The apartment was amazing! Checkin instructions were thorough and easy to follow, even included a picture to make it foolproof. The apartment was everything it said in the add. On entry, it was very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable and the washer and dryer were great. The location was amazing. In the downtown area, surrounded by restaurants. Overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Elizabeth City.

The studio apartment was just as described. It had everything we needed. We loved the downtown location, the proximity to restaurants and shops, and the ease of getting in and out of the building. We also appreciated the assigned parking space. We definitely recommend Donnie’s place!

Anne and Carlos were incredibly responsive and attentive hosts, especially with helping us store our bikes. Their place was charming and the kitchen was well stocked!

I love visiting all of the Outer Banks beaches in the Summer what I don’t like is the price to stay in OBX. I always stay in Elizabeth City and drive the 50 minutes down from EC. Donnie’s place was a perfect stay for that! It has all the essentials you need and it’s very quaint!

This was a super cute room that was clean and decorated well. There are many restaurants, places to shop, and things to do within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I are kayaking the ICW and needed a place near the water to wait out a storm. Gia’s place is PERFECTLY located! We landed right in front of the apartment and it was easy to pull the boat out with the little boat ramp. Also, it is just across the water from the famous restaurant at Coinjock marina that everyone had been telling us about. Gia have lots of great instructions on how to enter, though the local recommendations were over the top (I think this is encouraged by AirBnB, though). Her responses were immediate, which helped us quickly decide to book with her because she is so proactive. The apartment is just as described, and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We liked having the little balcony with a view of the water. That is a nice feature!! The building itself is in need of some maintenance, though that won’t affect your stay. It seems as if a bunch of improvement work is underway at the premises, meaning this place will be even more amazing soon!

This space was AMAZING! We found it easily because it had a beautifully branded passageway, and when we entered, it was like a perfect getaway for our group. The theming was perfect, and there's plenty of room for socializing as well as passtimes. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone. the hosts were so responsive, and the whole experience was good!

Such a beautiful and convenient downtown stay. The unit was decorated tastefully and was very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and more! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our girls trip.
