Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat

Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

Five minutes walk from shopping areas and historic sites, this is an ideal base for exploring Cambridge. Whole apartment in historic centre by river/park/colleges. City centre 400m. Private parking! Part of big 1888 stylish townhouse, one of the best historic apartments in city centre, very expensive street, stylish decor. Kitchen, laundry, fast wifi, views to park/river, high ceilings, bay windows 2 main rooms. Super-central, opposite Magdalene College, Supermarket/food shops nearby. Quiet, safe area. We normally live here but rent when away. Use of garden space with seating.

Ideal for business or leisure travellers. Peaceful & well-furnished, walking distance to the station (London 50 min) and the historic City centre. Fully stocked kitchen, shower room with basin and WC, dining table / workstation upstairs in the large bedroom / sitting room area (5x4m). Fast Wifi. Private access through side gate to street. There is a small courtyard garden between our house and the property. You're welcome to use our garden to sit out if you would like.
