Superb stay for my family. 👌The entire unit was clean and well maintained. Also, kudos to the host for being so helpful, understanding and accommodating even during late at night concerns. Will definitely book again in the near future. ❤️

Indeed a cozy place. Easy to locate and it's walkable to the centro. Also near to the bus terminal and SM Mall. To top it all, with freebies if you intend to do the cooking, you can use the basic condiments they provided.

Our overall stay at Ms Chinee’s place was pleasant! Squeaky clean bathroom, quality toiletries, fully equipped kitchen and the whole unit was thoughtfully laid out. Cleanliness stood out! And that’ what I appreciate the most! We would def. book again when heading to Bicol. Thank you so much for having us!

5 stars for its budget friendly place. I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom condo in Naga City from May 20 to 23, 2025. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a short stay. The location is excellent—very walkable to nearby restaurants, shops, and other key spots in the city. The condo itself is in a secure building with access to a pool and parking, which were definitely a plus. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making check-in and check-out smooth. For the rate, location, and amenities, this place is a great value. I’d definitely stay here again the next time we're in Naga.

Very nice unit, with everything thing you need including a washer/dryer and water heater in the shower. Good aircon, kitchen utilities and good wifi. 2 malls close by but you do have to take a detour to get to them but it isn't that long. The pool is very nice and free to use. Staff at the building are very friendly. owner is very easy to deal with.

Had a very comfortable stay at their place. Unit seems relatively new, very nice and clean. The host provided us with complete toiletries and verrry nice bath towels. Location is pretty convenient, with shops nearby and laundry service in the same building. The host is very accommodating and responsive. Had a minor issue upon check-in but we were responded to immediately. The only problem we had was a slight unpleasant smell from under the kitchen sink but overall a great wfh experience for us!

If you're planning to stay in Naga, forget about hotels. There's a home away from home right in the heart of the city which kids and adult alike will really love. This place has all the advantages of city living and more- very clean, fully equipped, variety of entertainment both inhouse and within the bldg, responsive and super nice host plus you can walk to Centro and back. Our repeat experience is worth every penny and we can't wait to go back. Dios mabalos ma'am malu!

Booked this because of the pool and board games. Kids loved the stay and lots of activities to choose from inside the unit. Room was super clean and smells good. I love that it has complete kitchen needs. For me it is a bit pricey compared to other rentals we stayed in the big cities like Manila and Cebu with same amenities and features. But we had great stay.

The place is centrally located. All the staff at the lobby was very helpful and always smiling. It's our first time to use Airbnb and it was great. Easy access to public transportation, walking distance to restaurant. It was truly a pleasure. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Good host and The caretakers are very helpful, We're a group of 7 so the place is quite Big and Spacious for us, Nice and Clean Pool, they got the Grill for BBQ just bring your own charcoal!.. Amenities are all there, if you're into a typical Filipino Excursion like us They've got the Entertainment for that! Big flat screen TV plus Videoke are provided... otherwise if you want a peace and quiet night the location is great...so overall our overnight stay's worth the money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The host is very responsive and friendly, however my sisterinlaw had a problem checking in but they solve it personally and went there. Very accomodating and friendly. The place itself is very beautiful and homey. Will surely get back here. 😍 thnk you so much mam & sir!

It was our first time to book an Airbnb in Deca, was almost a last minute reservation but the unit owner, Ma’am Diana is very easy to talk to and super accommodating. She even assisted us during the check-in and our check-out. Over-all, the stay was seamless. Would definitely rebook and recommend her place. Thank you, Ma’am Diana! :)
