Sir Neil was very responsive to all my inquiries. The unit is complete with ammenities it feels like home during our stay. It’s also accessible to nearby establishments like Malls, Restaurant and the likes.

Ma’am Rose was very nice and accommodating, she allowed us to check in early. And the extension we requested was smooth and easy. The place looked as advertised - clean, spacious and good for family/groups. The location is very good also as it is near Tabaco center. We’ll definitely stay again if we ever come back around the area :) Thank you Ms. Rose and staff!

The host and his mom were very nice. We just wanted a place to sleep in on our way to Sorsogon. We arrived super late but we didn’t encounter any issues checking in. The mom even met us when we arrived. Laurenz made sure to check with us until we are settled.

The place was so great, accessible for public transportation and to local stores. It’s very clean, the host is proactive, responsive and accommodating. Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend!

We had a comfortable stay at the unit. It’s ideal for people looking for a nice, clean, and cozy room. The host is responsive and generous as well. Overall, a bang for the buck without compromising comfort and aesthetic. Definitely one of the few places thats is highly recommendable in Daet.

The unit is clean and very spacious. We stayed for a day because there was a typhoon. We are felt so safe while staying on their unit.

Great find! Nearby establishments for your essentials can be reached in around 5 mins. Church, fast food, restobars, convenience stores are very accessible. Neighboorhood is quiet, rooms are clean, whole unit is spacious. Areas of improvement: Not all listed amenities/services are available. No cooking oil, no blender, no toaster, no coffee (had to request first). We suggest if any of these are really not offered, then they should not be included in the listing. Nevertheless, we like that the hosts were super responsive and attentive. We requested for late check in which they accomodated and even offered us with late checkout which was very helpful after our tiring trip in the morning. Thank you Ate Malyn for the kind gesture! This place is now saved for future. Will definitely book again! ❤️

A cozy place to have a staycation away from your home. The host was very responsive to our inquiries and very accomodating to our request. They also gave recommendations when it comes to transpo and restaurants. The description of the place is exactly what it is. The ambience was very relaxing with all the amenities. The location of the place was very near to the city center and it is walking distance to some restaurants, mall and church. We highly recommend this place and surely we will book this place whenever we come back again in Naga City.

Space was large enough to accommodate 3-4 persons. The room was neatly presented with all its amenities and features ready and working. Location is in proximity of city center and malls. Having an own parking space is a huge plus when you need to move around with a car. The balcony provides a decent view of the city to unwind. Overall, the entire experience is great and will definitely book again.

It's what has been advertised. spacious and fully furnished. let's start the review. Outside premises is modern and well Guarded, jas CCTVs and motion detected as well. Has Enough parking space for all the 6 tenants/clientele all at the same time. Host was kind enough to allow me to park my Motorcycle inside the compound. Compound grounds are well kept. and well lighted as well. Inside the room. Love the well cushioned sofa. very comfortable, whilst watching Netflix. and the bed has the right bounce to it. not to Firm nor soft. slept like a baby. Has a Full Pledge Fridge and a deck out kitchenette. though the can opener needs to be change. but wasn't a hassle at all. was able to use a knife to open the can. the Loo was fine. and I think there on the case of renovating the place. it was the Loo that was left behind but again, everything was working as they should. Just had a snag earlier with the Host about check-in time, wasn't his fault. Just wasn't able to come early 4/5

We enjoyed our stay! The area itself is perfect for 2 people the host was very responsive and accommodating to our late check in. Tricycles are easy to get and close to restaurants and supermarket. Best part is I felt very secure with the gated doors and limited apartments. It was never noisy and the air-con works wonderful! Thanks for the stay we enjoyed it very much!

The place is very accessible to the nearby malls, resto and cafe. We had a comfortable stay here. Plus, Ms. Joanna is very accommodating and responsive to whatever requests we had during our stay. We give this ♾️/5 rating ☺️

My first time using AirBnB and it was awesome. Sir Melvin was super nice and the caretaker, Kuya Paul, was really friendly. They took good care of us. The place was peaceful and not far from SM Naga and the CBD terminal. We even walked to Robinsons Naga (walkable but a bit tiring!). There were plenty of places to grab a bite, like small milk tea shops and food stalls. Even though the listing said we'd share a bathroom, we actually got a whole one-bedroom unit with our own bathroom and kitchen. They even had a TV, though we didn't really use it that much. The Wi-Fi worked great, and the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. They had this cute welcome package for each guest, with a biscuit and tea included. It was a nice touch. We accidentally broke something, but Sir Melvin was cool about it and worked it out with us. He even gave us a ride in his car when we left. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I'd definitely love to stay here again in the future!

The place is really great and very clean in a great location. Timmy and Kim took great care of us while we were in the island. They were always available and were more than happy to provide everything we need and more. Great hospitality service! We really enjoyed our stay because they took great care of us. Very highly recommended.

Great place to stay when visiting Naga. Im a Bicolana and it just felt like home. Accessible to downtown areas and the host is very helpful too.

We stayed in Glenjoy's place for 7 days The place is walking distance from Naga City Town centre, Naga Central Bus Terminal and SM City Mall. Checkin was hassle free. I received response from Glenjoy within a few mins whenever I asked him something Property has all the items required for a comfortable stay. Glenjoy is a wonderful host. He accommodated our requests within a few mins. When I enquired about how to get a water container he supplied it immediately. Thank you Glenjoy for hosting us and making our stay comfortable.
