Great location and amazing view from the dining table

It was on the 28th floor, and although it wasn't the room I saw in the photos when I booked, it was still a room with a satisfying view. The location of the accommodation was good, and the elevator wait I was worried about wasn't a big problem. If I come to Natrang again, I will book this accommodation again.

This is a good hotel room. Their communication is quick and the staff were very friendly. It's great for a short stay and the floor I was on was extremely quiet. I recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at Ahns place. It is in a great location and the unit provides everything you need. Would happily stay at this place again and highly recommend to potential visitors. A real home away from home.

Amazing place overlooking the beach. Very close to everything going on in Nha Trang. Nga is a great host who responds quickly and clearly to any needs or concerns you may have.

Conveniently located on the road is the beach, right at the center of Tran Phu beach. More beautiful than expected, very nice view to the beach, full of utensils, full of utensils, full kitchen as well. It's just a bit old, it doesn't matter much. Enthusiastic staff. The room is cleaned every day.

Comfortable room in a great location Would highly recommend

Saying we upgraded the full sea view, indeed, when the large room opens the curtains, you can see the sea, but the small room has no windows, suitable for family-style living, you can cook, there are pots, bowls, chopsticks, everything else needs to be prepared by yourself, the location is near Zhongyu Rock Corner, you can see this attraction when the curtains are open, it takes 5 minutes to walk, it is very close, overall I am quite satisfied

Great beach front location close to everything you need

Everything was well equipped, so it was as comfortable as my own home. It was a very satisfying accommodation.

Pros: _ Host was AWESOME in communication and accommodating our needs. There were a few bumps (see Cons) at the beginning but Ha smoothened things out very professionally! _ Location is prime! Direct access to the beach as well as the main avenue full of restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. Plus the awesome view of the entire beach front and main avenue. _ Motorbike renting is available through the security at the underground parking lot. _ Host was willing to extend our stay for half a day at a reasonable price. Cons: _ Room could’ve been a little cleaner and fresher with more thorough cleaning. _ (Out of host's control) This 46-floor building's two functional elevators was a tricky situation as it took, on average of, 10 minutes to go between the room and the ground.

Loved Huy’s apartment with a side view of the sea and quiet neighbourhood. It was located in a new building with a front desk, guards and parking garage( in case you get a scooter), but you can access the apartment by yourself which was great as we arrived pretty late. A little far from the busy center, but lots of restaurants, a convenience store and the beach were in walking distance. There is also a pool on the 4th floor, but that one is paid. Overall I think the price is more then worth the value for Nha Trang. I would recommend this apartment to other travellers!

Nice room, host was really responsive and even upgraded my suite because the one I had booked was unavailable. Great location with tons of restaurants nearby. Host allowed me a little later check out and everything went well. Would stay again

This is a great location in Nha Trang, with a great view. Quy was very easy to communicate with, I would recommend staying here as it is good value for money.

We stayed for one month. The ocean and mountain views from the apartment are amazing. We enjoy walking so the location which is in between the 2 main beaches was fine for us. A mini-mart, coffee shops and restaurants including one in the 5 star hotel in same building are very convienent. Scooter rentals for 6 USD per day are also onsite.

Great comfortable apartment! There are 2 shopping malls to the sea (you can go through one by grabbing a delicious ice cream). The floor is comfortable, the area is clean and relatively quiet - the windows does to a small street. The kitchen has everything you need and even more, it was easy to cook at home, and not just take delivery. Yes, there are small ants im the kitchen and walls there, but to be honest they are all over Nha Trang. You need to hide even dry food and there are a lot of cans with lids in the apartment. We stayed in resorts and other hotels for a few nights just to compare, but we were always happy to return to the apartments.
