Holiday rentals with beach access in Calvi

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Frédéric. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par Patrice, qui s'est montré à l'écoute et disponible pendant notre séjour, et nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour profiter pleinement de nos vacances. Bel appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût et extrêmement bien situé. Hors saison nous avons pu profiter pleinement de ce cadre paisible. La seule chose qui ait pu nous manquer concerne le nécessaire de cuisine (huile de cuisson, assaisonnement de base, etc). Mais Patrice s'est montré très réactif par rapport aux petits manquements. Nous recommandons ce logement et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

C est un excellent emplacement et l appartement est fraîchement rénové. La gare est juste en face, ce qui permet un accès rapide à l île rousse. Je remercie vivement Serena et Kevin qui assurent la conciergerie. Ils sont très réactifs et très agréables. Ils font tout pour que le séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Enfin pour terminer, le parking et la proximité du centre ville sont deux atouts non négligeable de ce logement.

Je recommande très vivement La Conciergerie de Julie pour ces informations, l’accueil , les recommandations et son amabilité. De plus cet appartement très bien situé à proximité des commerces , des restaurants et du port est d’un excellent confort et très bien équipé.

The apartment is in a perfect location, within walking distance to both the beach and the Calvi center. The host was always responsive and very helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Julia and Kevin's place was a great base and provided everything we needed for a fabulous week in Calvi. A modern, well equipment apartment in an ideal location. Calvi old town and citadel a short walk away with plenty of excellent restaurants up in the town and along the beach front. Supermarket just round the corner. Train station over the road. Julia was very responsive to the few questions we had. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay here with our family. Communication with the host was clear and responsive, and they were very helpful with local recommendations. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we really enjoyed our time there. Location is perfect for the beach but if staying with smaller children the city is a bit too far to walk

Fantastic stay. The view is absolutely incredible. So much better than it looks in the photos. We watched sunrise and sunset every day. Even when it rains, the house is amazing because of the view. Truly wonderful. Close to town about a 25min walk one way (we walked into the boulangerie each morning). I wished that they’d left small things like trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, etc but we went to the grocery story anyway so it was not an issue. Hosts were really communicative and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend, we enjoyed our stay.

Alles perfekt: riesige Terasse mit traumhaften Meer Blick inkl. Sonnenuntergang. Wohnung und Terasse geschmackvoll bis ins letzte Detail eingerichtet. Die Anfahrt nach Porto ist recht lang und sportlich über kurvenreiche Strassen. Ist man mal da, bietet auch die nähere Umgebung viel , v.a. Wandern und Boots Touren . Strand zum Baden 5 min zu Fuss (sehr steinig ) Melissa war immer gut erreichbar , alles sehr unkompliziert. Der schöne Schmuckladen ihrer Familie direkt unter der Unterkunft ein netter Treffpunkt. Top !!!

La villa de Livia et son époux, est une véritable merveille, esthétiquement et fonctionnellement. Les espaces bien pensés (chambres très bien isolées chacune disposant de sa salle de bain), bien équipés et décorés avec beaucoup de goût 😍. La jolie plage d'Algajola est à 5min à pied. Un supermarché et une grande boulangerie ont récemment ouvert près du logement (2min en voiture). Algajola est un très joli village pour séjourner, avec un accès facile à Calvi, L'île Rousse et aux petits villages plus pittoresques nichés dans les montagnes. Merci à Livia pour son accueil et son extrême gentillesse ❤️

This is a fantastic location for a small family (or a larger family who can perhaps pitch a tent). A beautiful beach (Plage D’Arone) is very close (2 km by car) with a UNESCO World Heritage site and epic hiking experience (Capo Rosso) on the doorstep as well. Christelle’s outdoor kitchen is well apportioned, and I would advise visitors to take advantage of that (rather then rely on the inconvenience of having to drive to closest villages). This is especially true in the off-season (when the restaurants at Plage D’Arone are closed). In that sense, the property is isolated.

Sehr schöne Stimmung im Haus. Phantastische Terrasse, ein besonders schöner Ort, zwei Bäder, alles sehr geschmackvoll. Die Küchenmöbel zeigen schon einige Gebrauchsspuren (hat uns aber nicht gestörtt), die Küchenausstattung (Töpfe, Kochutensilien) ist etwas sparsam, aber ausreichend. Die Spülmaschine spült nicht besonders sauber. Sehr nett war, dass ausreichend Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine vorhanden war. Julie hat bei Problemen schnell reagiert und sogar am Sonntag für einen Handwerker gesorgt, als es nach einem heftigen Gewitter Probleme mit der Elektrik gab. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very friendly and responsive host, without being intrusive. The property looks exactly like the photos, and the location is absolutely stunning. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal (it was Easter), it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. We’d love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with a beautiful setting and an amazing heated pool. Thank you, Laurence!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est très bien situé, proche de la plage, des commerces et de la vieille de Calvi à 20 mn à pied. Il est dans une résidence paisible et sécurisé, avec une place de parking bienvenue. Il est très fonctionnel, et joliment décoré. Je le recommande fortement.

Floriane est très disponible et très souriante, elle est à l’écoute à n’importe quel moment et les tarifs proposés sont top. Totalement séduit par le logement et la propriétaire, foncez tête baissée

Appartement très spacieux. Proche du port. Sur l’annonce c’est écrit à deux minutes de la plage, mais il faut prendre la voiture quand même. Parking accessible difficilement très serré. Nous avons eu beaucoup de cheveux et de poussières sur le sol à notre arrivé. Peut être revoir un petit peu le ménage. Malgré cela, très belle environnement et très belle appartement.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Mia‘s Unterkunft. Der Balkon hat eine traumhafte Aussicht und der Ort ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Es war sehr ruhig und man konnte gut zur Ruhe kommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Appartement ermöglicht dir, die perfekte Komposition der Berge, des Meeres und der Citadelle zu erleben und lässt dich in die Magie von Calvi eintauchen... Neben der perfekten Lage, nur ein kurzer Walk sowohl zur Innenstadt, als auch zum Strand, gehören alle erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten, die den Urlaub angenehm gestalten, viel Stauraum und Bewegungsfreiheit....die offene Raumgestaltung mit integrierbarem Terassenbereich gibt Raum zum Atmen... indirekte Hue Beleuchtung in allen Räumlichkeiten lässt am Abend das Innere mit dem Äußeren verschmelzen... ein Appartement, das mit viel Gedanken und Gefühl für den Ort gestaltet wurde...Danke für die tolle Zeit keyfacts: Supermarkt (600 m), Bäckerei (100 m), Taxistation Innenstadt (300 m), Bahnhof (300 m -> Calvi- L'îlle Rousse)

Excellent séjour chez Felicia et son mari! Un superbe accueil pour commencer avec de nombreux conseils sur les restaurants et les endroits à faire. Du vrai air bnb comme on aime. Logement hyper pratique. Piscine agréable l après midi quand on rentre de la journée. Literie confortable. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Climatisé tout était parfait. Centre ville de Calvi rejoignable à pied par la plage très pratique!

We, a couple and one child, stayed for one week in this apartment, which is part of a small cluster of apartments near the sea. Hélène met us on arrival and showed us in — she was very helpful and always responsive throughout our stay. The apartment is small but cozy and had everything we needed. The view of the Mediterranean from the apartment is amazing. Although it was too cold to swim in the pool in April, it looked very clean and well maintained. We swam and snorkeled (with wetsuits) at the small beach just a stone’s throw from the apartment and enjoyed hiking on the beautiful coastal trail nearby. Calvi’s charming old town is only a five-minute walk away, with its delicious restaurants, cafés, and shops. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying here. Enjoy Corsica!
