Villa holiday rentals in Caluire-et-Cuire

We spent a week with 4 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. Top amenities, beautifully quiet and rural location, great pool. Jaques was always available and super quick to respond to questions. Small villages to explore, Lyon as a day trip, ... very beautiful! Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Caroline's place. This corresponded in every way to our expectations: the pool and air conditioning were greatly appreciated in these periods of high heat. Caroline was very responsive and accommodating to us.

Beautiful house in a good location, quiet and peaceful environment. Karen welcomed us very warmly, she also prepared the pool for us that we enjoyed despite the weather.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious, nicely decorated, the bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, there are several bathrooms, everything was clean and functional. The garden is very well maintained. The house is located in a quiet subdivision, about fifteen minutes walk from the metro line to the center of Lyon (about 15/20 minutes). If you come by car, there is ample space to park 2 cars in the property. We also enjoyed the market in Oullins on Saturdays as well as the few food shops within walking distance or more easily by car. Communication with the hosts was smooth and very respectful. In short, it was perfect, and we hope to come back!:)

Such a wonderful house in a great location. Robin is an excellent host, very communicative and always helpful. This is their family home, not a minimalist second home used only for AirBnB purposes, but that makes it all the better. A property lovingly renovated into a peaceful and comfortable home. The photos don’t do it justice. Plenty of space for 7 adults and we all loved it. There is a small village 10 minutes walk away with a boulangerie and mini market with a fabulous farmers market on Sundays and Fridays throughout the summer. The public transport into Lyon is a bus and metro ride away and simple to navigate and cheap. We had great weather even at the end of September which meant the pool got a lot of use. 4 bedrooms were doubles and comfortable, the 5th has two singles in a bunk. Their cat stays while you are there and he is very friendly. Fully recommend staying there. (4 of 5 stars on cleaning because although it is very clean, some travellers prefer empty houses, but not us)

Our stay went wonderfully. The reception went as planned, with some flexibility as to the time of arrival. Vincent is very responsive to answering any questions about the accommodation or the arrival conditions. The accommodation was as described in the listing, very nice and clean. Large spaces and total trust from the owners. The indoor and outdoor spaces were very pleasant. Each room has its own bathroom, everything you need to eat indoors and outdoors and the heated pool always at the right temperature to enhance your afternoons and evenings The departure went very well in the company of Vincent, very friendly. Quiet neighborhood with shops nearby to make your stay even better

We stayed for a week and had such a wonderful holiday! The house is gorgeous, comfortable, homely and well equipped. Despite the house being beautiful and full of modern cons, you also aren’t worried about kids being in there and damaging things as it’s free from clutter whilst also providing everything you need. The pool is stunning and the outdoor sun loungers are the perfect place to spend the day. There’s plenty of space for the kids to run about and loads of toys and pool games by the pool and in the house for them to play with. We were there during a very hot week but the shutters and air con meant that it stayed lovely and cool inside. Despite being in quite a built up area, we never heard or saw our neighbours and felt as though we were the only people for miles. Stephen was incredibly responsive and helpful from pre booking all the way through. Instructions were clear and he got back to our questions very quickly. Great host, beautiful house, we’d love to go back!

The house was beautiful! We were three families with young children and this house was perfect. Large rooms, comfortable beds and a really well-equipped kitchen. The summer living room was also very pleasant and that's where we spent most of our evenings. The exterior was very impressive, a large swimming pool and a huge garden with a trampoline. In fact, the view from the garden of Lyon and the Alps in the background was one of the absolute highlights and the photos don't do this property justice! The bus stop is right next to the house, which makes it easy to get around the city. The city itself is also great - not very big but everything you could ask for. Arielle was great - incredibly responsive and really accommodating to requests! Thank you - we had the best week and a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to go back!

The house and place are absolutely perfect for a family holiday with participants of many different ages, because there is the opportunity for both relaxation, fun and play in the garden and to go into the city or make other excursions. The house is both cozy and has historical character, and it's a special experience to stay in because it feels homey and very different at once. It was a very professional service throughout.

We are delighted with our stay: very nice and very well-equipped house, with a magnificent view, beautiful sunsets and a beautiful brand new pool. The house matches the photos and description given, and our stay really met our expectations. We also very much appreciated the location, both very close to the center of Lyon but in a quiet and green setting, very relaxing and exotic for the holidays, with beautiful walks to do in the area. The welcome from Marion's parents upon our arrival was very friendly and warm, as was the contacts with Marion and Renaud, especially when we left. Thank you for the very kind attention upon our arrival and for your help and availability much appreciated during the stay and even after our departure (thank you again for very kindly reporting and sending us a forgotten item). I would highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.

What an amazing house! We stayed there with 9 people and we had plenty of space. Everything is present, from a perfectly equipped kitchen to games and a ping-pong table. A nice seating area in the garden, very sheltered and private. The contact with the owner went perfectly, access well arranged via a key box. We were allowed to check in earlier, which was also very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this house!

We had a great time with the family in the small peaceful haven of Raphael and Elisabeth. The house is very nice to stay in, the terrace and pool really give a holiday taste! We highly recommend this listing.

We had a great time at Jean-Pierre's place. The house is located in Boisse, about thirty minutes from Lyon, an advantageous location. Separated into two separate listings, (the host resides in a space of the house) we had a separate entrance. The space reserved for us was composed of two bedrooms (two single beds / one double bed), a large living room, a bathroom, a beautiful kitchen area and especially a terrace with direct access to the pool. This one is to be shared with the host, but it absolutely did not bother us and Jean-Pierre let us use it according to our desires, including late at night (midnight). He was also very warm, attentive to our requests and always available in case of questions! The exchanges with Jean-Pierre were very fluid and pleasant! I highly recommend this Airbnb, it will give you the opportunity to discover the Lyon region in a soothing setting with a pool!

Alexandre and Aline are welcoming, available and attentive to our requests. The place is really peaceful and fits well with a family. There is the pool, a ping pong table, small cages for soccer, room to play in the garden. The terrace is very beautiful, without vis-à-vis, a BBQ, ... It is possible to park two cars in the property and one outside, which is very convenient. i highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful week at Laurence's house! The view is stunning and with temperatures above 30 degrees, soaking up is by your own pool. We were 6 people and dogs and the house offered plenty of space and comfort for this. In addition, there was a rattle with nice tips and Laurence helped us the 1st evening for a nice restaurant. Furthermore, the contact with Laurence both before and during the holiday went very smoothly. She responds quickly and thinks along so very hospitable!

If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful, haven then look no further. We had a great week here, the majority of time spent enjoying the wonderful pool, terrace and ping pong. The house is well kept and stays cool despite the heat. Easy to walk to local restaurants and jeu de boules too. Thank you for a lovely stay.
