I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient to us since we planned to visit Starcity, with nearby stores. The aesthetic of the place is top notch and great for birthday photos (just like I did). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again! (Thank you Host for the free Nespresso capsules! Hihi)

My husband and I had amazing stay at Danilo's place. He is also very responsive. Every detail inside the unit was perfect from the stylish furnishings moroccan inspired and the balcony view was absolutely stunning a perfect spot to relax. Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! I am so happy to find Joy’s unit in SM Grass tower 2, though short notice Joy was able to accommodate me swiftly and got everything covered for our overnight stay. The unit was clean and fresh! We got everything we need as family of 5 and Joy was so kind to help me with my son’s favorite pillow that we left in the unit. She was able to arrange for us to get it back rightaway. stayed in this place with an infant. if ever we'll be at the area, it would be an easy decision to book this place again :) easily one of the most convenient and satisfying space we had booked - clean, essential amenities are ready to be used and you can also entertain yourself in the area if you are looking for a staycation. the staff are approachable, friendly and easy to talk to for concerns. grateful we had a seamless, stress-free stay :)

Our stay was great. Their living room/sala was airconditioned so even if you cook, there’s no need for a fan. We just had a little problem upon checking in, the guests before us overstayed but we weren’t informed, maybe that was also the reason why some things were left at the bathroom. Thankfully, they offered a free extension before checking out. Would love to book the house again😊

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

Vince was very accommodating, he was fast respond to us at all hours, service was great, it felt more like I was staying at a cousins apartment as opposed to a hotel. Air conditioners worked great apartment was beautiful. My kids really loved the space and the convenience of the washer and dryer was absolutely phenomenal. It came in handy. Extremely happy with my stay, I will be staying again for sure in the near future. There is a 24 hour 711 right downstairs, which was great. There was a nice little coffee stand outside of the building. The building staff was phenomenal and friendly always greeted us with smiles. Great location, walking distance to everything.

Stayed here for 7 days. The host is very accommodating and responsive to me. The place is really worth its price. On my last day, I had to check out late since I still had a duty and the host willingly let me stay there till 7pm without extra pay. Thank you so much. I really felt at home during my stay.

Comfortable, and the host is approachable.

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

Ms. Lisa was very accommodating. I highly appreciate how clearly she communicated with us. Since we booked the unit the same day, we had to wait for a bit because it still had to be cleaned due to a previous booking. Even so, she offered to extend our stay, and the place was spotless when we came in. I also like how complete the kitchen is. Aside from the usual cookware, there was also some seasoning readily available. Lastly, the unit looked exactly like the photos. The bed was comfy, there were a lot of things to do, and it was easy to access. I highly recommend this place, and I want to commend Ms. Lisa for being a great host.
