Holiday rentals with beach access in Caloocan City

will surely recommend this place to my friends. will come back again on our future trips.

Our group had a great stay here. It’s perfect for a small group of friends. The host put card games and a bluetooth speaker with mics for karaoke. Wifi connection was also good. We enjoyed watching movies during our stay. Aircon was working fine too, its enough to cool the whole room especially with the fan. Our whole group liked the shower area. Water pressure was good and heater was working well. There are nearby stores and restaurants and MOA is walking distance. Parking is quite expensive tho. But overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The host was also accomodating and responsive.

Had a good stay, Accessible to everyone, grocery downstairs, surrounded by fast food chains, taxi drivers know the condominium. for slight improvements maybe, add slippers and extra blanket since the available blanket doesn't fit dual.

Doubt at first because the images are very cozy, aesthetic and very nice then no reviews at all. The host is very responsive. The location is easy to find and walkable. Pictures posted are accurate ❤️ My bf and I are satisfied. You can call the unit your home 🥹 There are also board and card game 💛 Can cook as well. Thank you very much Ms. Monica.

We had an amazing stay at Antonette's place! The unit was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect. Antonette was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to do staycation and relax with family and friends.

Mam Leeza is so responsive. Everything we requested, she's to fast to reply. There was some missing items that doesn't matches on her unit but overall we have a great stay here. We will return here again in the future dates.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described and very comfortable. There was a small hiccup with the shower, but the owner was incredibly responsive and took care of it right away. We also made a minor mistake with the checkout process, but the owner was so understanding and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Overall, the place was fantastic, and the owner made sure we had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Just had some slight delay during check in because the contact # may not have service at the time but my kids were assisted by the caretaker and they were given clear instructions about the amenities and where to find necessities. Nice view indeed, you have a glimpse of the city at night and nice view of the pool. Accessible to convenience store etc. Not indicated but I may have forgotten to ask, but I was expecting complete utensils like spoon and ladles though again, convenience store is just a few steps away. Place is cozy and comfortable. Overall our stay is great and will consider going back to the place.

We've booked the place so we don't need to travel far during the LANY concert yesterday (October 12,2024) at the Philippine Arena. The place is clean and the host is accommodating. Thank you ma'am Kath! Until our next stay.

Personally, I loved it cos I’m the type of person who loves going to the beach and the room will give you the beach/island vibe! Came from Boracay, straight from the airport this is where we stayed. Everything was great. I assumed it’s a new unit which I love cos you really can feel that “ah so nice everything’s new” I can tell by the smell of it hehe cos I’ve been to a different airbnb’s. I actually added this to my favorite airbnb list! Spacious, interior talaga is so nice!We’re very particular when it comes to BED AND COMFORTERS! Duhbest! Worth every penny! You guys should try it and see for yourself! ❤️

The place was super clean, with fast internet and complete appliances. The host is also approachable and responsive to the inquiries when checking in. There's also a sari sari store nearby. I highly suggest that androidtv should have netflix for more movies. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the place. Hoping for another staycation at Michelle's Place. Thank you!

I booked this for a friend who had no place to stay in during the recent typhoon. The host was very understanding about it and have been nice even if the booking was for someone else. She is indeed responsive. The place is spic and span! loved it.

I had the best and memorable stay to this bnb unit and felt like home! The host is very accommodating along with the caretaker who helped me with all of my request and questions. The place is neat, clean and smells really good, also the interior is exceptionally gorgeous! I have no regrets choosing this place and we are very comfortable and relaxed. I have to say the pool is also very nice and I suggest you do it during sunset because it is indeed beautiful. I will definitely stay here given the chance on our next vacation! Thank you Ms Irish and Rona for giving us the experience beyond on what we really paid for.

The residence was good . Everything is well equipped But you should take your own bath supplies . There are two rooms and one bathroom One of room has double bed, the other room has sing bed with balcony (The balcony door is broken . Can not open) There is a convenient store which is 24hours . It was very good for us. Overall Good to stay for 2 or 3people

We had a wonderful stay at Ms Zheynne’s place. She was very accommodating and responsive to our requests and made sure that we had a wonderful stay. The place was very nice and comfortable to stay at. We’d love to come back again next time ☺️

Host Michael/Leni particularly Leni had been proactively responsive to queries. Leni displayed pleasantry upon arriving at the place up to checking out. The place is huge for the 8 of us. AC is spot-on maintained a cool ambiant in the unit. Although we opted to do food deliveries, the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances for cooking etc.. The soundproofing done has enusured us to enjoy karaoke and movie marathon with no complaints from neighbooring units. Just a little lapse on t&b flush but still a great place to stay. Thank you for the accommodation. 👍
