Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Callao

The apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean and cozy. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The super market across the treat is very convenient. My only issue is we had to rush out of our ubers because the front door to the building is on a main road, so there was always honking or angry drivers behind us when our drivers stopped to let us out. Id suggest using the address to one of the stores in the parking lot next door to avoid this.

Before booking this place I took the time to read previous reviews and be careful as I was traveling with my mother, grandma and son. The moment we arrived, it felt like home. Every detail looks like the pictures. The tall ceilings and spacious areas were great for my 2 year old. The master bedroom was located on a different floor which was beautiful and more than enough closet space. I did have an issue with the wi-fi but Bruno & Lindis were responsive and Bruno fixed it within minutes. There’s a cleaning lady available at your request. She didn’t enter the apartment until we were on the premises, she was very helpful, nice, inspired trust & comfort. The doorman was very helpful as well. Since this is a “downtown” area, there was constant police presence and people walking around. We even saw police officers standing on a red light with a sign “honking is unnecessary” caring for the traffic noise. We felt comfortable and safe that booked this place again for our next trip.

El lugar era igual a las fotos. La ubicación bastante bueno con un centro comercial prácticamente a unas cuantas cuadras. El lugar es tranquilo y seguro. Luis fue bastante flexible con nuestra situación y bastante comunicativo con instrucciones para todo lo que necesitemos. Lastimosamente en nuestra estancia estaban haciendo una construcción en la autopista por lo que era algo ruidoso en la noche y sobre todo en la mañana, pero no parecía que iban a tardar mucho. El alojamiento de Maricela me parece increíble de 10 puntos …. El lugar súper tranquilo y con acceso a varias cosas frente a la costa … con todas las comodidades que se necesitan para una estadía de duerme bien y la presión del agua maravillosa agua caliente siempre disponible … Maricela 10 puntos también siempre amable y muy cordial con todo … recomendadisimo siempre que vuelva me alojaré ahí

The place was fantastic! You get a sunbath every day and get to witness the sunset as much as you can. The olace was really clean and the staff at the building as well. Pool and gym were easy to find and use. Everything overall was a grwat stay and i highly recommended!

The building is located in Barranco close to Miraflores. We felt very safe here! When we arrived there was a front desk guy who looked at our airbnb reservation and checked our passports. The airbnb was nice and clean. Good location.

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

Great place to stay in Lima. I stayed five nights and it was great to be able to do my laundry and have everything clean and dry for the next portion of my trip. The building staff downstairs were very kind. The apartment is also very close to the center of Miraflores, so I always walked there and back. Definitely would stay here again.

Great spot in Barranco, situated between the main plaza of Barranco and Miraflores. Easy 15 minute walk to tons of restaurants around the plaza in Barranco, less than 10 minute walk to the coast. Great spot, would definitely stay again.

Antonio hosts a super nice apartment, very nicely furnished living room, spacious master bath, everything in top condition. The building has 24 hr portaria, and is located at a green plaza. I will be back soon.

Tuvimos una excelente estadía, muy corta pero estuvimos cómodos. El departamento es muy lindo, agradable y es tal cual las fotos. Mayra fue una gran anfitriona y tuvimos buena comunicación. Sin duda, regresaríamos!

Excelente lugar, cerca de todo pero a la vez bastante tranquilo

Я счастливо прожила здесь 5 чудесных недель. Спокойный, очень красивый и безопасный район. Рядом небольшой парк. Напротив дома маркет со всем необходимым. Также в пешей доступности кафе, рестораны, пекарни. До центра со всеми активностями и центрального парка Марафлорес 10 минут пешком. Сам дом - это творческое пространство художника, с аутентичной атмосферой и уникальными предметами искусства из доколумбовой эпохи и великолепными картинами мастера. Каждый уголок в доме - это шедевр! Все продумано с любовью и до мелочей. Мансандра мое любимое место. В этой креативной обстановке новые идеи и вдохновения для моей работы текли ручьем. Дом просторный, кровать большая и удобная, вайфай хороший. Благодарю от всей души Madeleine, она потрясающая хозяйка! Добрая и позитивная. Советую на все 100% и обязательно вернусь еще!!

Cómo se esperaba, este lugar fue tal y como la primera vez que lo rentamos todo impecable con un servicio top. La ubicación es espléndida para salir a caminar visitar algún restaurante una compra rápida o incluso acercarnos al mar. La atención de María es excelente, regresaremos pronto sin duda

Great host.Response in few minutes , very flexible and kind. Very pleased and comfortable with the house , has everything we needed as a family . Also stores and mini markets , restaurants , bakery and licor store are in the same block and street very well knows as the mini boulevard.100% recommended .

Estuve 3 meses y siempre estuvieron pendientes si necesitaba algo. Felipe es genial como encargado siempre predispuesto a ayudar. La zona es muy tranquila y segura, hay muchos parques cercas para conocer y restaurantes. Recomendado.!

The apartment is top-notch. The A/C is what made a huge difference as it is the only way to control mold/must in humid Lima. It is very well supplied with appliances and basic kitchen spices, coffee, sugar, etc. The view out all windows is beautiful. The location is convenient to all tourist places (some on foot and others via taxi). Lots of great restaurants nearby and a small market next door. All concierges were very polite and helpful. I will definitely book this place again.

Perfect for our short stay in lima. Great location!
