Madison and Laura were incredibly responsive—every question was answered almost instantly, making the whole process effortless. The cabin itself is even more beautiful than the photos: spotless rooms, stunning lake views, and thoughtful touches everywhere. We kept discovering extra amenities that weren’t even listed on the website, which made our stay feel above and beyond. From the peaceful surroundings to all the little conveniences, this was hands-down one of our best trips. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay. All the amenities one could want: hot tub, full kitchen, grill, patio table, walking distance to town. Everything was in working order! Only 2 things to note: close to main road though gets quiet at night; and in the redwoods so darker than expected inside but fine with lights on and window shades open.

We loved our stay at Chad‘s place. I have been to the Russian River area many times and this was one of the most comfortable Airbnb’s I stayed in. The deck has everything and on a comfortable evening serves as the main living space. Inside is great too! We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and played games in the living room. The downstairs unit is perfectly equipped and there’s even a washer/dryer! Chad was a great host and the house was clean and had everything we needed to feel welcome and comfortable. We will be back!!!

Surrounded by redwoods, with a view of the river, which is a 5 minute walk away. Chad's place is the spot to stay, especially if you're floating on the Russian River. It's close to everything, yet in a forest. You'll enjoy the stay.

Heaven on Earth!!! This home nestled among the beautiful Redwood forest could not be more perfect. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare a gourmet dinner. The master bedroom is beautiful and the king bed is possibly the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Genevieve has thought of everything...each side of the bed has an iphone/apple watch charger and bed heater which made the already amazing bed even more cozy. We loved the heated toilet seat...might have to get one for our house now! The hot tub and infared sauna were perfect after a day exploring wine country. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area. Thank you for sharing your magical home with us. We will certainly be back!

The house was perfect getaway for a relaxing spring break with my two tween kids and dog. It's definitely a place you want to cozy up in and read a book when it rains. It was decorated beautifully. The master bedroom was great, best night sleep and the little hidden loft was great for my kids. Did not miss having a TV, loved the record player and it offered us time to disconnect and play a lot of board games. However, wifi was strong when the kids did want to play/watch things on their tablets. Scenery around the house is stunning and it's close by the Sea Ranch Lodge if we wanted to go out for breakfast or dinner. Not too far from Stewarts Point General Store as well which was a cute spot. My kids loved the place so much they asked if we could move there!

The place was amazing!! My family and I have stayed at 2 properties by Russian River Getaways and both are simply magical! This is the perfect place to have a relaxing retreat. The patio was built right along a babbling brook which is the perfect sound track to a nature filled weekend. Opening the windows at night to hear it allowed us to have amazing sleep each night. I especially enjoyed the trail around the brook and spring. You can go further up into the mountain than you'd expect on the property. There's a hammock and lots of chairs and tables at scenic parts along the trail. There's even an outdoor cot perfectly placed for a mid day nap next to the stream. Obviously, the hot tub led to a perfect ending each evening on such an enjoyable vacation of hiking and wine tasting. If you love the outdoors, wine and a peaceful atmosphere than this is the perfect area for a getaway and you can't go wrong with this lovely rustic retreat being your homebase!

This cottage was exactly what I was looking for for a quick, quiet getaway. I sat for hours on the deck just looking at the hill and the river, drinking coffee, and listening to the birds (Merlin ID'd 12 bird species by sound in just 5 minutes!). The town of Duncan Mills is only a few minutes away and is an absolute gem. I can't believe I've never spent time there before. The cabin is cozy, clean, and perfect. A great stay!

I had a great stay at this little wine country cabin! It was a peaceful retreat, with a nice view overlooking a vineyard. The cabin itself was clean and comfortable. Really close to tiny downtown Geyserville (which has some excellent restaurants and also the cafe Fermata is great for breakfast--they even have a wine counter in the back!) and Healdsburg is only 10 minutes away. Also super appreciated the bottle of bubbly Jill left me because I told her it was my birthday--thanks again, Jill!

My partner and I both work in healthcare and we were looking for something peaceful and “off the grid” but with all the amenities of being on the grid 😂. We are so happy to have found Mira’s place. If you just want to hole up somewhere and enjoy the view, this is perfect for that. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit and our puppy loved walking around the neighborhood. But if you’re also looking to chill by the beach or river, this is amazing for that too. A 2 minute walk brings you to a cafe or wine tasting on the river, where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There is also a dock to launch your kayaks. And close by are also beautiful beaches and places to picnic by the riverside. This is an amazing place to get away from it all and we hope to come back soon.

The feeling of a treehouse, with the amenities of an actual home, infused with laid back, Northern California vibes. Also an architectural marvel with construction directly over the small stream. Time spent on the deck with the trees overhead and the stream below seems to slow down. Add in a lovely collection of prints, paintings, and sculptures, and very kind hosts, and you have a wonderful AirBnb. Very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here.

This place is a hidden gem. I stayed here for 3 nights, and I could have stayed for a week! The cabin is cozy and secluded, while still walkable to the beach or a restaurant. It felt like such a special cabin full of history, and the local recommendations in the cabin were worth their weight in gold. This cabin made me fall in love with the Russian River area, I’d be back in a heartbeat!

It was an adorable cabin with spectacular views! Lindsay was very quick to respond both before arriving and during our stay. Their place had everything that we needed. I loved their custom stickers of their home. The dog looked just like ours. Every day through out the day was a new picturesque view. The hot tub and fire pit made our cabin in the woods dreams come true.

This place is magical. There’s a creek in the backyard and surrounded by trees. You feel so far away from everything, but there’s a grocery not too far. The coffee shop right down the street is also very good. 10/10 would come back

We felt as if we had entered an enchanted world, taking us back in time (built in the 1880s) yet with all the modern amenities. Perched in a dense redwood forest, it felt like a tree house. I awoke gazing up through lacy branches of the redwood outside my windows. Our goal for this road trip was to immerse ourselves in nature, so this was a perfect fit for us! The owner was quick to respond to any questions and needs. We were thankful for their attentiveness.

Beautiful place! Very clean. Great location right on the river. Well apportioned kitchen. Very high tech toilet with seat warmer stood out, too.

We had an absolutely wonderful three night stay at this cozy and beautifully styled cabin. The location is perfect, nestled in the woods with beautiful surroundings we immediately felt relaxed. The owners have truly thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and memorable, and they were super responsive to anything we needed. Our favorite thing was the fire and the hammock, where we spent long mornings just laying together and watching the trees sway above us. The wood burning stove made for the most romantic nights, and the jacuzzi was such a relaxing treat after our adventures. The interior is stunning with thoughtful touches and design choices that made it feel both modern but still cozy and welcoming. We’re already planning our next trip here and definitely for a longer stay. We couldn’t find a single thing to critique. It was just perfect. Highly recommend this gem!

What a cute place, it was quite, beautiful and private! Nice spacious deck, it had everything you needed for cooking and bathing and the bed was really cozy and comfortable!! I'll be back! I highly recommend!

I don’t have a lot of experience with Airbnb, this is only the second time I’ve ever had to use this service and I’m so thankful that I found this gem! It was so nice to have a private area and not have to worry about our kids being too loud for people. We’re very thankful that Austin lent us this beautiful space and of course for his amazing neighbor Carl as well!

We loved our cottage stay so much. Perfectly charming, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed coffee from the coffee shop on property each morning - the baristas were excellent. (Lots of delicious picnic foods, wines, and sundries if you want them as you head out for the day as well!) I hope we can stay again! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay; the house is gorgeous and well appointed (very well stocked kitchen with high quality items, beautiful furniture and carefully thought out personal touches, comfortable beds and well stocked linens, etc). This place is clearly not just an Airbnb but rather a well loved second home, and we felt lucky to get to stay there. The house is quite an experience, on the side of a hill surrounded by redwoods; you almost feel like you’re in a treehouse. I highly recommend booking this place!
