Waterfront holiday rentals in Çalış Beach

We stayed for 2 nights, but we would have liked to extend it even further if it wasn't our travel plan. The view was very nice. The house was spotless and tidy. Absolutely everything you might need has been considered. The host is very attentive and polite. In a quiet, calm, and peaceful neighborhood. I will definitely choose this place if I come back to Fethiye

Close to the sea, the location is excellent, there are many restaurants and coffee shops downstairs, there is a Carrefour supermarket, which is convenient.The host is very welcoming and introduces the itinerary of island hopping boats!

We really liked everything! Lovely modern apartment with oven, washing machine, dishwasher and pool. Everything you need for living and even a little more is available. I would like to note that there is much thought out in the apartment for convenience. Everything was very clean at check-in, which is rare in Turkey. There was even water in the fridge! There were problems with the bed linen, but all questions were resolved very quickly and kindly, despite the fact that we arrived late. The host and his assistant are quick to respond and always go to meet you. Thank you for your service! The only thing I want to warn you about is that roosters live next to the apartment and they crow all night and morning, and on the 2nd floor from 6 in the morning the neighbor's dog on the side of the bedroom barks, if you can't sleep with the windows and air conditioning closed, then they will wake you up! Another upstairs neighbor dumps garbage periodically on the bottom floor of the pool. We stepped on glass shards once. This may be the case, but we didn't swear, we cleaned it up.

The apartment I stayed in is located in the most beautiful area of Fethiye, I had a very pleasant time, I felt like I was in a secret paradise with its front garden and backyard, the host Mr. Mustafa and his wife Ms. Keziban made me have a good time with their hospitality, friendly welcome and instant response to all my problems and questions, I would like to thank them for their hospitality. Especially the camellia in the front garden and the sound of the river flowing from the edge create a complete meditation environment with the combination of night lighting and flower smells, and the person feels like he/she has come to heaven. The apartment I stayed in had all kinds of amenities, especially the hot water never ran out, the interior of the apartment was very clean, decent and beautifully decorated, the apartment has a huge terrace and I had the opportunity to watch the unique nature and sunset of Yanık from this terrace, you can cook anything you can think of in the kitchen of the apartment

Great home, we loved the location with its design. Ms. Büşra is also very understanding and I would definitely recommend her.

Beautiful villa. Location stunning

Everything was great - small issue finding villa as we had english name for villa and signage was in Turkish. Otherwise any issues we had were quickly resolved and we enjoyed a very relaxing 10 days. An easy stroll into Kalkan and very close to all the beach clubs.

A wonderful place, very beautiful views. Lots of restaurants close by, Migros and Macro shops, Johnny's Cafe Bar around the corner. Great apartment, as described and photographed, everything is working. A luxurious second floor with a large balcony with a good view, very comfortable living room, kitchen, balcony on the ground floor overlooking the pool and the surrounding area. Great pool a few steps from the room, have a nice time on the pool. A responsive host, met me, saw me off, showed me everything, recommended shops and restaurants. Need a car or taxi. You can walk to the beach in Kalkan, 10-15 minutes, back will be hard uphill due to the drop of heights, there is nowhere to leave a car by the beach. Beautiful beaches of Kaputas 10 minutes drive, Patara 25 minutes drive. Entrance to Patara is 15 euros per person, gives the right to visit 10 times within 10 days.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! Thank you for having us.

We had an amazing stay at Erhan’s apartment, the views were incredible from the balcony. We were able to use Patara Prince Resorts amenities including pools, tennis courts, restaurants, spa and had direct access to the sea which was wonderful. The apartment is a short 15 minute walk from Kalkan which is a beautiful old town with a range of restaurants. Erhan showed us around and was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay, he welcomed us with a collection of fresh fruits and snacks. We would highly recommend this and will definitely be back!!

My fiancé and I stayed for 2 days for a holiday. We were very happy in every way. It was a great experience to spend time calmly, especially by the stream. There were all kinds of amenities. There were areas where we could barbecue and sit by the river. We also had a hot tub surprise that wasn't visible in the photos. Everything was very new and very clean. We were able to reach the host comfortably and he was very helpful with everything. We did not have any heating problems, you can stay comfortably in summer and winter. We look forward to staying again when we can.

Great place to stay! Location, cleanliness, landscaping, convenience , tranquility, everything is at the highest level! The kitchen has everything you may need. Several types of tea, coffee, as well as small things you may need for cooking, for example, salt, oil, all spices, etc.! In general, I recommend it!!! I recommend renting a car!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Thanks to Anders for this amazing apartment. I was for a week and it is the best flat which you can find for one or a couple in Kalkan if you looking for the peace, quiet and complete privacy. A wonderful apartment at the quiet Kalkan region - Kisla, which is located on the first floor of a 3-story building. On the 2 and 3 floors there were no one at home, so it was absolutely quiet for all my vacation. There is a blooming garden, sun loungers, bbq, table with chers and a swimming pool. The pool is only a 1,5 deep, but it’s 100% enough to cool down on a hot day. it is really magical how it is good. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large bed and a bed for children. I think this apartment would be great for 1, 2 or a couple with children. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The owners put a huge Welcome Pack. You can easily get from the apartment to the Patara or Kaputas beach It was a wonderful holiday and I will definitely come back again!

The beach is a 20 min walk and the airport is a 10 min taxi ride away. I stayed for one night for a long layover and enjoyed the pool
