Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Çalış Beach

The villa was great, it had all the basic necessities you could need. The privacy was perfect. Sinan was a great host, he made sure that we had everything we could need and the villa was spotless when we arrived.

We had a great stay, the house was very spacious and the pool was amazing. Fergal was very responsive and if we had questions would always reply back promptly which was great. Thanks for a great stay.

The apartment was large, with a lovely and peaceful balcony that had a good view. The location was safe, quiet, and fairly close to the sea. Fatih was also a warm, genuine person who made us feel at home. If u return to the city, I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed for a total of 8 nights with our 9-month-old baby, we decided to stay here after intensive research for that area, and we said it was good. Mrs. Aybüke and her husband Mr. Turgay welcomed us very nicely, we felt like we were in our own home. They are very friendly and very professional, they really cared about our holiday. There was a problem with the baby food chair's table, and they provided a new one on the second day. Thank you so much. When you come home, you have everything you think you need at home, down to the smallest detail. The house is really nice and clean, Mr. Turgay came every other day and cleaned the garden and pool. It is located in a very quiet place and not far from the center. It exceeded our expectations in every aspect. I highly recommend it, especially for families with children.

Ali's place was very spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. Hot water is on solar power. the location is easy to get to the dolmus to get to town or the beach.

We thank Ms. Seda and her husband Mr. Tayfun for making us feel at home during our holiday. We were very pleased with the house, the care and the cleanliness, where we stayed as 3 girlfriends. In addition to all the amenities, we were happy that the host helped us directly in everything. The garden of the house was so peaceful that we even decided to spend an evening just enjoying a barbecue at home. Thank you for everything, it's a house we'd prefer to go back to.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Best accommodation I’ve stayed in Turkey! Amazing location to walk everywhere and shop and restaurants. Ayşe is the most amazing host and makes the most amazing coffee in her shop at the bottom of the accommodation. I would recommend this place for younger people looking to party and not worry about sleep as there is a lot of noise coming from the street and alley way, it was a struggle to sleep and the noise continues until 4am. Besides the outside noise, everything is perfect!

Great location. 10-15 walk to Calis Beach. Unit was well presented with lots of added extras. i.e air fryer, paper towel, dishwasher plus tablets, extra towels, beach towels Located about 5 km from Fethiye. Bus and water taxi were convenient

Lovely stay, literally the cleanest house I have ever been in, Fatih + his family are great.

Everything in the house was brand new and clean. Ms. Tuğba responded quickly and everything we needed was available at home. Although the vehicle sounds were heard a lot because it was just a roadside, it was a pleasant stay.

Nice calm place, near centre and very walkable.

Mr. Aydın welcomed us with a smile. Her place was spacious and comfortable enough. The sheets and covers were very clean. Since we were a little cold in the evening, we asked for a thick blanket and he provided it immediately, thanks to him. She offered us their homemade olive oil, we loved it. Large families can stay comfortably, we stayed for a short time, but for those who stay for a long time, the house also has a beautiful garden, and it can be very nice to spend time there. The holiday we spent in Fethiye was simply magnificent! The spacious and immaculate villa with a pool was thought out in every detail in terms of comfort. Everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathroom, from the bedrooms to the poolside was complete. Its quiet and peaceful location also allowed us to rest. The host was extremely caring and helpful; he responded quickly to all our questions and we felt really comfortable. Thank you very much for this pleasant experience. We had a great stay. The house was in the same photos. Bathroom, kitchen, kitchen items, beds, towels were spotless. We felt like we were at home. The pool was quite large and cleaned every day. It was simply amazing! I highly recommend a stay. The only little thing that I have to admit is that the beds are not so comfortable unfortunately. The mattresses are really hard. If that doesn’t bother you, you’ll have the best time there! Loved the rest, loved kayaköy! ❤️

Absolutely brilliant place. Saban was always available and helped our group immensely. There were 6 people in our group and we all agreed that it was a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The pool and it's sitting and sunbathing areas are fantastic and plenty of sunbeds and chairs. It was a short taxi ride to the shops, restaurants and bars.

Arifé has an amazing villa that exceeded our expectations. And the host himself is very responsive and did his best to make our stay the best. Most of all filled a huge pool with clean water, deep, we spent there all the time. Nice grill area that can accommodate the whole group. Each room has its own private bathroom, we were a group of 8 people and everyone felt super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need and 2 large refrigerators accommodated groceries for 3 days. The villa itself is a little away from the city, surrounded by greenery, there are no neighbors, so we were completely alone and could relax without disturbing anyone. At the same time, you could walk to the nearest store (20 min) or drive (7 min). The house has good soundproofing: you could sleep while the music was playing in the yard. I'd love to come back again!
