Ms. Gülen was a very good hostess. The house was so sweet. We had everything we needed. We felt like we were in our own home. In addition, the house is in the most beautiful compound of Kalkan. There are 2 pools in the compound that you can use and a private sea swimming area. Free transportation is also available on site. I can say that we were very comfortable and had a pleasant week. If I come to Kalkan, I would like to stay here again. Thank you for everything.

If your goal is to visit an expensive resort like Fethiye, I think it is a very convenient place to stay, it is a place that can be preferred because it is close to the bus station. The room was also quite sufficient and nice. Only the toilet and shower could be better, it can be a nuisance for those who will be staying for a long time. But we were satisfied with the price performance.

As it says in the description this is more of a hotel rather than airbnb, it has reception, a lobby and all. The place is extremely comfortable, very well organized, clean and quite central I would say. Moving around in Fethiye is better if you have a car, however minibuses are also an option and not so far from this place. Also the host/staff were nice, always ready to support you in any way. Definitely worth it!

We are simply very satisfied with our stay in the villa, everything was very clean, very comfortable and well equipped, the reception team at the top: warm welcome, activity recommendation, extremely responsive to our various requests. Mr. Erhan and his wife are extremely hospitable, they helped us feel at home, the house was very clean, everything was considered, there were treats in the refrigerator, Mr. Erhan helped us with the entrance and exit of the house, and if we come back, we would prefer the house of Mr. Erhan again, and we recommend the facility and the location to be very nice.

Thanks Ibrahim, all instructions were clear. The hyper-equipped kitchen with utensils and small appliances - Nespresso, Turkish coffee machine, kettle, mixer, fruit press,etc. Authentic decor. A breathtaking view. Flowered surroundings. Spacious rooms. Perfect value for money. The accommodation is located high up close to the supermarket rich in items of all kinds of food and non-food items, spirits, beach items,etc. A shuttle bus connects you in 3 minutes maximum to the pool and beach (every 10’ ). Super good restaurants on Kalkan but also nearby like ‘Aciktim’. The only problem is the lack of air conditioning at the ground floor, which is compensated by a fan.

Many thanks to Baris and Ersin. Both were very helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable . However, you have to drive. But the host has already said this before.The way up can actually be done on foot, only the heat makes it a little harder. Downstairs there are several beaches on foot or by taxi. Dolmuş is also every half an hour. To Kaş takes 5 min by car.. The sea is noptimal for swimming. Through the peninsula, the sea feels like a lake without waves. Absolutely recommended. Cengiz is a wonderful and down-to-earth host. He personally welcomed us, explained everything in the house, and made sure we were comfortable. He kindly picked us up from Fethiye bus station and even offered a ride to the airport. The house was impeccably clean, spacious enough for three people, and featured a swimming pool and a play area for kids, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The view from the house is very beautiful, especially the balcony was very enjoyable. The complex where the house is located is also very nice, with its own private beach that was both beautiful and very pleasant, with enough sunbeds available. The only issue is that you need to park your car outside the site, and the slope can be a bit tiring, but shuttles run every 2 minutes, so if you don't want to walk, you can use them. Both Lynn and the hotel staff were very helpful and quickly assisted us with the minor issues we encountered.

We loved Kalkan and our stay at Villa Nazli! We couldn’t get enough of the spectacular views and the infinity pool. The villa is very spacious, with multiple rooms that are perfect for 2 or 3 families to share. While Kalkan itself is pretty and fun to walk around, we spent most of our time at the villa, where it was quiet and away from the town’s hustle and bustle. The town is within walking distance, but due to the high temperatures during the day, we drove to the town and the beach. By car, the beach and the town center are just 5 minutes away. The pool was very entertaining for the kids, and the adults enjoyed the view. The villa was super clean when we arrived; the sheets, towels, pool, and kitchen were all spotless. We appreciated Rachel’s responsiveness and friendliness. She made local recommendations, which were very helpful. Overall, our experience was great, and we had a lovely vacation. We would love to come back again and definitely recommend Villa Nazli to others!

Club Patara Prince Villas is a very private beautiful place, tastefully arranged and well looked after. Villa 133 is charming and was cool even in September heat. We didn’t need air conditioning. It felt slightly dated, which is reflected in price. Some issues have been raised and mainly solved by Ahmet in urgent manner. Shame that shuttle boat wasn’t running at the time we were there. I liked SPA, lovely setting. It was disappointing to find so many guests smoking on the beach and in restaurants but that seems to be usual in Turkey. Overall we had a wonderful time.

We had a fantastic time at Ufuk’s villa. We were a family of 8 (5 adults and 3 kids) and the house was just as advertised - newly built and furnished, clean and spacious . The location was perfect, 5 min walk to the big grocery supermarket, 2-3 min walk to loads of smaller shops and restaurants, 5 min walk to a huge kids park and boardwalk, and 15min walk to the beach. We travelled in December so the weather was a bit temperamental, but thanks to amazing facilities at the villa we enjoyed even the most rainy days. The warm pool was perfect for our kids, super warm at all times, the outdoor pool we only used a couple of times for the cold plunge which was super fun. The highlight was the sauna and the hammam. Easy to use, clean, absolutely perfect. Thanks Ufuk for a great holiday!

Ms. Özge was a very caring, helpful host who responded instantly when we had a problem or request. The house photos were as they appeared, and we were extremely pleased that the bathroom and kitchen were newly built. There were all the tools to cook at home, it is a great advantage for those who want to stay for a long time and don't want to eat out all the time:) The facility where the house is located was extremely beautiful, it was very important for us that the facility had its own beach, and of course the sea is magnificent! In addition, we also benefited from the restaurant and tennis court located in the facility, finding a free tennis court on vacation is a great luxury :) Thank you very much for everything, we will be back!!!

This was our first visit to Kalkan and staying in a villa. We went with three adult children. Everyone had their own room with a wonderful view. The villa is well appointed, everywhere was very clean. The main living area is a wonderful social space. The pool was a bit chilly but we were there early in the season. We loved it.
