It’s a beautiful apartment with a proactive hosting team. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and rooms are nicely furnished. We reported some issue late night, and it was fixed right next day during the hours that we were out. We would stay here again next time we go to Rome. I highly recommend this apartment.

Small but cozy apartment in a beautiful area, you go out and you are in a medieval village, you take a short walk and you are having breakfast by the lake. Anguillara is also connected to Rome by train, in half an hour you are at the station of San Pietro, logistically an ideal solution. Simona is kind, responsive and precise. I recommend her.

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

We found the perfect rental in Anguillara Sabazia. This home is even more lovely in person. We had everything we needed. The views from the balcony are amazing.

Wonderful apartment with a terrace overlooking the lake. Very well equipped to make it a very comfortable apartment to stay in. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and with beautiful views across the lake. Ludovico was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive to any queries. When we arrived he was standing on the roadside wearing a red shirt so he could ensure we didn’t miss the apartment. There was also a garage for a small car which we didn’t need to use as with a hybrid or electric car, parking in Trevignano within blue lined parking spaces is free even at the weekends. We hope to come and stay again sometime.

Natalia welcomed us immediately with a smile, and was very helpful to help us with any need. The accommodation is very clean and well-kept, with well-functioning services. Fully satisfied, if I were to be in the area again we would choose it again!

We were only staying for a short visit on our last day before we flew out of Rome., but the place and area was so nice we wish we could have stayed longer. Paolo was very welcoming and friendly. He booked us reservations at a local restaurant and allowed the kids to play on the property. The place was beautiful, clean and had all the ammenities one would need. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for the wonderful stay and we hope we can come back again in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at Barbara's place with my husband and 2 year old son. The house was wonderful, traditional, well kept and with everything you would need for a very pleasant stay. The location is stunning, with beautiful views from the house and from many vantage points around the old town. It was so peaceful and the local people very friendly. Barbara herself was an amazing host who went above and beyond to give us suggestions for routes into Rome, sights to see and the best places to eat. She was so responsive and we didnt need to worry about a thing. Would highly recommend for a relaxing, beautiful stay outside the fantastic yet exhausting chaos of Rome!

The treatment is good and the house is beautiful

If the location fits the schedule, I highly recommend this accommodation. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes on foot to the Vatican tour site. The advantage is that it is very clean. Actually, if you go to a European Airbnb, even if it is clean, there are parts that are different from Korean culture, so you often experience private inconvenience in your life (such as no towel rack, only a sunflower shower, and no shelf to put shampoo or body wash on) But this was the most perfect of the 4 Airbnbs I stayed in Italy. I really recommend it if the location fits the schedule. The disadvantage is that it is on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator (from the ground floor, so it's actually the 5th floor). Fortunately, the stairs aren't steep or sagging, so you just need to exert a little effort.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Guido’s place was perfect for our 5 nights stay. It was very cosy, perfectly clean and tidy and we loved spending time on the balcony. Guido was a genuine and kind host with fantastic communication taking time to make sure any language barrier was not an issue. When he welcomed us, he provided clear instructions and showed us all the facilities in the apartment which included everything we could need making sure we were ready to relax and explore straight away. We would’ve hesitate to rent any accommodation offered by this host in the future.

We stayed at Homaira’s listing prior to boarding our cruise out of Civitavecchia. The balcony views alone are worth it! It’s a very easy walk from the train station to Homaira’s apartment, if you follow the instructions she provides you with to take the train’s underpass (if you don’t, it’s a bit of a hill to take the public road with your luggage!). Please note, it’s on the 13th floor but the elevator only goes up to the 12th. We didn’t find the one flight challenging but keep in mind if you have lots to carry! The apartment was clean, and had all the essentials. We weren’t the biggest fan of the pillows (very stiff), but it didn’t make or break our stay. Overall, Homaira was very responsive to any questions I had! We would stay again if we go on another cruise.

The experience in Rome was wonderful, made special also by the opportunity to stay in a very refined apartment, furnished with attention to detail. The description shows a bedroom, but the second accommodation is in the living room with a sofa bed and a door, so it's as if there are practically two bedrooms...to our great pleasure! The area is beautiful, nice to walk and reach the Vatican, excellent restaurants. Thanks Paola, we'll be back!

The stay was absolutely amazing! The host was there to welcome us, even though we got there at 8.00 pm. He made us feel welcome and gave us instruction fore shopping and dinner recommendations. He was always available! Very good at answering fast, that was a great feeling! The apartment was beautiful good for two who is there to explore the city of Rome! It has the most beautiful view of the Peter’s church and is a great place to get some sun or have a lovely evening with a bottle of wine! I highly recommend this apartment for your stay.

Perfect stay with romantic jacuzzi! We stayed in this property and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house is very clean and well cared for, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight: spacious, well-functioning and incredibly relaxing, perfect for a moment of pampering. The adjustable TV is also adorable, comfortable both from the bed and from the bathtub, ideal for movie nights without sacrificing comfort. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, especially for those who love a cigarette break without having to go downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and the parking was easy to find. Highly recommended for couples looking for relaxation and a touch of romance! We will definitely be back. 🌟

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025.The location is central to everything and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The large outdoor patio was a great spot to rest and relax at the end of a busy walking day. The beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. The hosts were very flexible in allowing us to store our luggage a few hours before check in time. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Rome !

Lovely room, perfect for us, great location. Plenty of restaurants and places to go around the area and walking distance of anywhere you want to go in Rome really. Really comfortable bed and jacuzzi was a lively feature to have in the bedroom. The view from the apartment is beautiful especially at sunset.
