Ms. Charm is very kind and responsive all throughout our booking, as well as during our stay on her bnb and after check-out too. She is also very considerate as well on some of our request and queries :). I personally loved the interior and the layout of the bnb, efficient and spacious for family of 4 like us with 2 playful kiddos. My kids love the toys available in the bnb and the big screen too (TV). We will definitely come back and stay in her bnb when we have another chance for a family trip in Laguna soon :)

We enjoyed our stay here. Place is more pleasant in reality than in photos. Beautiful surrounding, clean and spacious room. Complete with freebies. Hosts were responsive and provided clear information and instructions.

what i really love about this airbnb is their location. hindi ka mag woworry about sa kung gagabihin man kayo galing EK kasi walking distance lang din sya. the place is also secured naman dahil two guard houses yung madadaanan so hindi ka mag woworry. accessible din naman yung lugar for deliveries. the unit itself is spotless and comfortable for short to longterm stays. very accomodating din ang owners when it comes to our inquiries. will surely book again if ever need namin ng pag stay-an sa sta rosa🤍

This is a nice and quiet unit away from the road noise. I will book here again if needed. The Wind Residences is in a desirable location.

Ms. May's place is cozy. It's minimalist but provides exactly what you need. It's clean and pristine. I only had one issue with the universal remote control. I initially thought it was a battery problem, so I changed the batteries; luckily, Ms. May keeps spare batteries in the kitchen drawer. However, it wasn't a battery issue; the remote and TV didn't work well together. But other than that, everything's good.

Very nice and clean place! It had all the right furniture - small sofa for lounging, small table for dining or working, comfy bed - well thought of design! Host was also quick to respond and very accommodating.

Had an issue prior to check-in but was resolved immediately. The owner is accommodating with the request of early check-in. Good deal and easy to talk with.

The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, accommodating all our requests. The property itself was comfortable and equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Its location near UPLB is a huge plus, making it a great spot for anyone looking to hike Mt. Makiking.

I had a great stay at this condo! The unit was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — fast Wi-Fi, cold air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. I felt safe and at home during my entire stay. Host was easy to communicate with, is proactive, and provides precise details to assist us in our stay. It’s a pretty great community because they also have sari sari stores and small businesses that offer food and drinks. Place is super close to EK and their condo parking is just outside the building

Stayed for 2 nights. Loved our stay. It had everything that we needed. Space was big enough, cozy and loved that there were so many movie apps to choose from. I only wish they had a tv in the room too . The receptionist was friendly, the host was responsive. Place was safe and quiet. I appreciate that it’s not a high building. Really nice to just stay a few days and rest with the weather so hot in Manila. Thanks Yen.
