It is around 10 minutes' walk to the sandy beach at Cala Murada which offers supermarkets, shops, banks, restaurants and bars, including a local Spar and beachside restaurant. There are larger supermarkets in the nearby towns of Felanitx and Porto Colom. The Val D'or golf course is only around 10 minutes' drive from the villa. It is an 18 hole renowned golf course which welcomes non-members. It has an excellent restaurant (19th hole) which is the ideal place to relax and and watch the sun set.

We enjoyed our stay at Cristian's. The house was like shown in the pictures and description. We travelled off season, hence found a calmer town but with reduced offer for dinner. Cristian was a great host, very responsive and caring. We definitely recommend staying there.

Villa Maria was perfect for our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The parking was large enough to fit 2 cars, the heated swimming pool was fun for the kids even though it was a bit too cold for the adults, but what we did then was simply hop into the jacuzzi every night! There are 2 freezers for those large shopping moments and the kitchen was fully equipped for all our cooking needs. The only issue we had was that the TV was a bit outdated, we could not get Netflix or other apps like Disney+ on there but a more modern TV can easily fix that. The beds were comfortable and there were more than enough toilets and bathrooms for everyone. Daniela was super responsive and kind and even allowed us a late checkout when requested. The house is located next to a small beach which we walked to with the kids everyday and the area is really quiet. There is a small supermarket close by for shopping which you can walk to, but for any other adventures you really need a car.

Finka is located far from villages and cities, so I recommend it for those who value peace and quiet. You can really relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. A good starting point for the eastern part of Mallorca. One of the amenities worth mentioning is certainly the large swimming pool. Lidl and other stores are about 10 minutes away by car. Practical remarks: - Finka offers many cottages. Some have a mezzanine and a step in the living room. If you're traveling with a small child, ask for the one without the stairs. - in our house there was a coffee maker for powdered coffee - there are three bays near Finka. It is worth visiting the northernmost one. The road is behind the closed gate right next to the fence. Ask the owners for instructions.

Our stay at Antonia’s place was perfect! We have been travelling through Spain for the past month and this was by far our best Airbnb stay. The home is clean, comfortable, quiet and well located if you plan on visiting other areas of Mallorca by car for day trips. The town of Portocolom is very close, just a few minutes drive for really great restaurants and supermarkets. We appreciated the very generous and delicious welcome basket Antonia left us and her communication was always polite and kind. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals. We cooked daily and enjoyed eating outside on the terrace overlooking the pool. A special mention must go to Toni and Curra who are the friendliest donkeys! Their favourite treats are apples, bananas and carrots! If we could give 10 stars for this stay, we would! Thank you Antonia!
