A very good place to stay!

Los Urrutias and specifically the apartment is a perfect place for tranquility and to be able to have a time to breathe and relax. The apartment is very good dining room and kitchen in the large and spacious dining room, a room with a very comfortable and spacious double bed… the terrace is one of the best spaces with barbecue and ocean views. I don't know how you will be in summer but in Easter it is a perfect place to relax. Cartagena is 15 minutes away.

We chose this apartment to spend a weekend and we couldn't have done better. Maria was super attentive and kind. When we arrived at the apartment everything was pristine and she told us about the purchase of two beach loungers, which was a nice touch. He recommended areas to go and places of interest. The service was unbeatable and we felt at home, and the place is fantastic.

The apartment was just as stated. The communication was perfect and the apartment had everything you need for your stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment with stunning sea views . The only complaint I have as I didn’t book to stay longer . Waking up to views of the sea is simply heaven . Location is peaceful and close to everything you need. Moises was very helpful with anything I needed. I can’t wait to return :)

We spent the days of Easter in Antonio's house and we had a great time, we can't wait to come back. The location is great and the group's room distribution for the 7 was perfect (5 Adults and two Children), even our pet has enjoyed a world on our morning hikes. Antonio has always been attentive, he gave us a lot of flexibility for both CheckIn and CheckOut, as well as many local recommendations.

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The accommodation is clean, well equipped and offers everything you need for relaxing days. The location is quiet and ideal for switching off - but it is recommended to arrive with a rental car, as this makes you much more flexible. The host was very friendly and easily accessible. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay due to repairs, which was a bit of a shame - but we were informed in advance, which we found very fair. As soon as the pool is usable again, that's definitely an even bigger plus! Overall, we can recommend the accommodation and would like to come back.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

Absolutely stunning villa in a beautiful location. Greet for our family of seven. The pool was great and regularly cleaned. The house was spacious and clean. Direct access to the beach from the garden. A quiet area.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

The house is perfect in the middle of Cabo de Palos . We had a small inconvenience with the house that was immediately corrected by our host.

The accommodation is just as it appears in the listing, although I would say that better in reality. Very clean. Good views. Quiet. Decorado very nice and with details, menu and welcome detail. Totally recommended.

Excellent place, roomy and in calm. Don't miss any details. The TV fails a bit, but it's the least in that beautiful landscape.

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Manuel’s place was gorgeous. The views speak for themselves. The location is perfect and you’re able to walk to a bunch of restaurants on the beach. You are also close to downtown Alicante. Manuel was the nicest man and so helpful sending so many recommendations! Would highly recommend staying here!

Very cozy apartment with breathtaking views of the sea from a large penthouse terrace (which is on the same floor of the apartment). The only problem I see him is that there is no elevator, you have to climb 2 flights of stairs from the street and 4 from the garage. And if you want to go down to the cove that is right underneath or the pool, keep in mind that it's about 4 floors that go up the stairs. Very good orientation, does not have air conditioning but is not needed or in the middle of summer as we were.
