House holiday rentals in Cala Blanca

Just returned after 12 days at the Villa. Lovely location with great views of the sea. Lots of coves to swim from. The Villa was very well equipped with everything thing you could possibly need. We loved the different areas to sit throughout the day. Very good restaurant just down the road. We walked to nearby towns Cala Toret and Punta Prima. All in all a wonderful holiday.

Myself & friends stayed for 3 nights. We’d arrived late with no shops open & very much appreciated the complimentary bottled water. Shame not many other hosts provide this low cost gift, this shows understanding & attentiveness. Daniels place is nicely decorated & well equipped with comfy beds. The area is quiet & within walking distance to small supermarket & a couple of restaurants as well as a lovely small beach with a bar.

For a group of 6 this was perfect! Great location with stunning views, and easy access to the beach. The steps are not for the weak! Fab host, always very proactive and accommodating, couldn’t recommend enough! A tad noisy at times due to some minor renovation next door, but no complaints at all! Perfect overall

We were very pleased with the accommodation. There were no unpleasant surprises, and everything was as described/communicated.

We had a fabulous holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and our two grandsons (2yrs and 6mth Olds). The Villa catered for all our needs and the swimming pool guard for our 2 yr old was a godsend. The Villa is so beautiful with a contemporary style. The furnishings are very stylish. We really couldn’t fault anything. The location is private and quiet with everything just 5 minutes walk away. We had a fabulous dinner at Francesca’s one evening which is very nearby and would highly recommend. Jose Luis was the perfect host ensuring all our needs were met! We can’t wait to return soon!

we are just back from an extremely enjoyable week in Carlo's villa. it was just as the photos showed it. a lovely house that we felt right at home in from the get go. the pool and gardens were excellent. peaceful, not overlooked and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. we barbecued on the patio and enjoyed our evenings there. kitchen was full of everything we needed and the lounge even had a record player. perfect. beds comfy. water hot. we thought it was a great location as a base. there's a hotel across the road for nightcaps. we walked to the beach at Punta Prima. had an excellent meal at Bambu. loved the bakery cafe at Cala Torret. even though we hired a car for explorering there is an excellent taxi service based out of Sant Lluis that Carlo gave us the number for. they were super quick and reliable and took us to Ciutadella and Mahon. we would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting this part of Menorca. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maria, très accueillante et disponible. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes : calme, central au niveau de l île un peu isolé, mais tout est accessible en voiture rapidement ce qui en fait le Spot parfait. Attention, les accès sont un peu étroits, une petite ou moyenne voiture est préférable, mais il y a deux places pour se garer. L’espace est vaste, fidèle aux photos, et très propre. La piscine est un vrai plus : chaude, calme, avec des transats impeccables. Il peut faire chaud, surtout à l’étage, mais des ventilateurs sont présents au plafond dans les chambres. Et bonus : un petit chat adorable de passage qu’on espère voir choyé par les prochains locataires. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix à Minorque, idéal pour se détendre, visiter et profiter de la vue.

We experienced comfort at its best here. Our stay was fabulous thanks to the tranquility, cleanliness and hospitality of Villa Joel and its hosts. We spent a lot of time in the house, as it is very well equipped. The garden is beautiful; we spent hours reading and enjoying the sun. It is important to highlight the cleanliness in all the rooms, which are cared for in detail and very well furnished. Each space has the essentials and plenty of storage space. A 10! The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, and it is very close to incredibly beautiful beaches, such as Cala Santandria, which can be reached on foot. I recommend Villa Joel to those who wish to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Menorca thanks to the accompaniment of its hosts Raquel and Matías. It is ideal for those looking for relaxation and nature.

Lovely villa that me and my 4 friends stayed very comfortably in for 3 nights - is literally 2 minutes walk from a well stocked and reasonably priced supermarket, several restaurants in walking distance too. Pool was lovely and sparkly clean. Outside area large and plenty of seating. Everything you could possibly need for cooking provided in the kitchen utensils and pots wise. All in all a very pleasant stay and we have all said we would definitely stay at Oliver's place again/ Thanks Oliver for being so helpful and accommodating - Helen

Antoni a été un super hôte ! Très arrangeant et très réactif a chaque demande. La maison est très bien située, dans l’hyper centre historique de Ciutadella. Le seul « petit » bémol pourrait être le léger bruit de la rue pour un sommeil ultra paisible mais c’est aussi le prix a payer pour être aussi proche de tout ! Super voyage en famille avec 2 mamies et 1 garçon de 4 ans et demi 👍

Logement calme très bien. Le jardin clôturé et la maison de plain pied est un vrai plus avec deux enfants en bas âges. Les équipements étaient très bien.

We had a lovely stay at Beatriz’s place. Lovely private garden, all the amenities you could need inside and the shared pool was also nice a quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Eva’s place. The location is wonderful, the view is stunning and the house has everything we needed. Eva was extremely helpful and gave so many tips and recommendations. We would highly recommend staying here and exploring the surroundings.

We stayed at the villa for 8 nights in June. Dan was highly responsive and provided clear instructions. The Villa is as shown in the photos - well presented with a nice pool/outside dining area and well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and thoroughly recommended this villa.

La villa Marcia nous a offert un beau lieu de vie pour ces vacances en famille. Nous y avons créé de beaux souvenirs. Elle est agréable, calme et parfaite pour y séjourner avec un bébé. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour, l’emplacement est vraiment top ! Dans le centre mais en même temps au calme. La maison est très propre, la piscine est plus grande que ce qui y paraît . Les hôtes sont très réactifs et encore merci pour la flexibilité !

Fuimos un grupo de amigas a pasar 6 noches en Menorca y disfrutamos muchísimo en gran parte gracias a la casa de Maikel y Carmen, amplia, cómoda y con una excelente ubicación. Nos recibieron muy amablemente explicando os todos los detalles de la casa, y con regalo gastronómico incluido. Una estancia maravillosa y muy recomendable.

Alfonso’s villa was just as described, well equipped and spacious. It had a good outdoor area, pool and barbecue. There is a good bus service to Cuitadella, a very interesting and scenic old town with harbour, many restaurants and shops and links to the rest of the island. Alfonso responded quickly and helpfully to our questions. Our only comment might be that the sun loungers need cushions.

We loved staying in Tony’s villa. He was a fantastic host, brilliant communication. Beds were very comfortable, outdoor area was amazing we loved the pool. Really close to dive centre, beach and gorgeous restaurants. The cheese and wine on arrival was much appreciated. Thank you for a fabulous stay in Menorca!

Todo muy bien. Rita ha sido muy amable y ha sido fácil comunicarse con ella en todo momento. Tanto la entrada como la salida han sido muy fáciles. La casa nos ha gustado mucho, estaba muy limpia y equipada, ha sido muy cómoda para unas vacaciones en familia. Justo al lado hay supermercados y la playa de Cala Blanca. La única pega sería que no hay muy buena cobertura (por lo menos con Movistar). ¡Muchas gracias!

Notre séjour de 3 jours dans la maison de Marc était excellent. Maison très bien équipée, rien ne manque et le quartier très calme ! Marc est une personne très réactive et vraiment sympathique qui nous a donné toutes les informations avant d’arriver. Un petit supermarché très pratique se trouve à quelques minutes à pieds de la maison. L’île est magnifique nous reviendrons !

Very large villa with a lovely pool. Lots of amenities, very well equipped. Lovely welcome basket on arrival too. Unfortunately the house opposite is having building works done so it was very loud all week and the road was dug up so we couldn’t leave the driveway. Overall a good location, a lovely small beach a 5 minute walk away, a shop and restaurant even closer. Or go the other way and there are plenty of restaurants 10 minutes walk away. A play park round the corner too.
