Luxury villa just 50 meters from the beach, newly completely renovated with high quality finishes, swimming pool, solarium, BBQ. It has a fully equipped kitchen open to a large and bright living/dining room, on the ground floor it has two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and another full bathroom. On the upper floor, it has the master suite with a bathtub and terrace with a view and another double room. It is equipped with a/c and wifi all around the house.

Beautiful Holiday Home Villa Gaya with Pool

Lovely villa that me and my 4 friends stayed very comfortably in for 3 nights - is literally 2 minutes walk from a well stocked and reasonably priced supermarket, several restaurants in walking distance too. Pool was lovely and sparkly clean. Outside area large and plenty of seating. Everything you could possibly need for cooking provided in the kitchen utensils and pots wise. All in all a very pleasant stay and we have all said we would definitely stay at Oliver's place again/ Thanks Oliver for being so helpful and accommodating - Helen

We loved staying in Tony’s villa. He was a fantastic host, brilliant communication. Beds were very comfortable, outdoor area was amazing we loved the pool. Really close to dive centre, beach and gorgeous restaurants. The cheese and wine on arrival was much appreciated. Thank you for a fabulous stay in Menorca!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Joan was a Fantastic host and nothing was to much trouble. The villa and gardens with their abundance of fruit trees were wonderful. Very peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely be recommending to others who are looking for a private, well equipped villa off the beaten track. Beautiful cove nearby and easy access to Cala en Bosch and Ciutadella when there are numerous restaurants to chose from. The outside kitchen and BBQ was great for enjoying a meal in around the pool. Would definitely go back so thank you to Joan

Modern apartment 300m from Cala Blanca, Ciudadela

The apartment is modern and cozy. The Nespresso machine was great. Both the bed and the pull-out sofa bed are large and comfortable. We often sat on the balcony for dinner or a sundowner with a sea view. You can easily get a parking space without fees in front of the house. - Daniel responded very quickly to requests and found good solutions. He was always very patient and friendly and the housekeeping was also very kind. - The previously mentioned noise pollution (continuous sound with action films and loud music until after midnight) comes from the neighbors directly above the apartment. I asked these neighbors to stop this and from then on it was very quiet. - You should rent a car, as the surrounding restaurants, supermarkets and also the beach Cala Blanca are not recommended for swimming. On the way to Ciutadella, there is a large Lidl and Aldi, where you can also buy the right coffee capsules.

Very nice stay in Cala Blanca - two blocks from the sea and three from the local restos and supermarket. Lovey island where everything is within 45 min. The house is super practical and quiet, but there are few tourists milling around in the apartment above at times as I had a long stay. House is super practical for a nice stay and peaceful sleep.

Already 2 trips to Menorca and Cala Blanca is the best spot for me. And in Cala Blanca, this place is the best!! Everything was perfect: cleanliness, price, location, layout, etc. The best view from the shower in the world:) .
