Beautiful place, elevated decorations, super comfortable - beds, sectional couch. Great place to relax - enough space for family of four with two teenage boys, wonderful outdoor daybed with view of rainforest where I read and had morning tea. Convenient with washer/dryer and fully functional kitchen. Great location - easy 10min drive to central cairns for restaurants, coffee, Great Barrier Reef tour; botanical gardens is the backyard - lots of walking trails from there, even saw a pademelon. Super responsive hosts - personal welcome,had tennis racquets and balls available, great reco’s for what we needed - taxi etc. Highly recommend without hesitation!

Steven's apartment is a great jumping off point for exploring Cairns! We enjoyed our stay and the little details (like coffee maker, electric kettle) that made us quickly feel comfortable. We found the location to be a short walk to both the Esplanade and other places of interest in the city.

Our stay at David’s was perfect for a night in heart of Cairns. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, Rusty’s Markets, supermarket and parking which is awesome when that any parking in the city has meters. Highly recommend this apartment.

Do yourself a favour and stay here. The apartment is perfectly located. It’s a stone’s throw away from the shops at Cairns Central and it’s easily walkable to the esplanade. The kitchen is well equipped for whipping up meals but there are plenty of restaurants closeby too. The view from the balcony is one of the draw cards. You can see the activity on the street and the water beyond. Mary and Tammy are responsive and lovely hosts. They provide clear communication and directions. We loved our stay and you will too.

Anne provided a great unit to stay in, very bright and good views of the mountains and sunset! Very comfortable bed, unit was very clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay in Cairns. The apartment was huge. It has plenty of space and is very well furnished. A home away from home. The location is perfect. It's right in the thick of it and still very quiet and private. Our hosts were also very responsive and helpful. We'll stay here again. I highly recommend this apartment.

I booked Carolyn's apartment for my husband and son who were in Cairns for a fishing charter. They said the view was stunning and the location of the apartment was perfect being right next door to the marina. With a pool and restaurants on the ground level, everything was easy access. The apartment was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable with everything needed for a great stay in Cairns. Carolyn the host was very helpful with her instructions for getting access and keys - all very straightforward. Carolyn thoughtfully had air con and fans running in the apartment before my husband and son arrived - it was much appreciated with the Cairns heat.

Perfect location for supporting the Cairns Ironman! So many thoughtful touches along the way. Really appreciated Liz’s hospitality!

After the other AirBNB we booked turned into a nightmare situation, Char, at very short notice, got us into her place and by god were we thankful. The apartment is absolutely stunning, it has been gorgeously decorated and is spacious but homey. The amenities all worked perfectly and her super helpful recommendations led to an even better holiday. We could not be more grateful of the hospitality and information we received! It is within walking distance of the esplanade and yet isn’t noisy at night, the area is lovely and has so many different options for activities, water sports and eating. Absolutely nothing bad to say and cannot say thank you enough to Char for hosting us in her beautiful apartment at such short notice.

The Shira’s accommodation was amazing!!!! We came here from Melbourne for holidays and we had a great time in the city. The location was perfect 😍. We highly recommend it 🫶🏾🫶🏾

Great location, close to shops, transport and even had their own convenience store within the apartment block.

Jenni was friendly and kind, made herself available if I needed anything. The space was clean and fun with lots of amenities, appliances and information available to me. The unit itself was at the back of the house so away from road noise, private and safe, whilst also being a short drive to the city centre and esplanade. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely consider returning and staying again.

Great host Super central location. Neat tidy and well appointed. I was up for the Cairns Ironman so prefect easy walk after the race. Supermarket and great coffee across the road. The unit is on the side away from the street so no noise for so central not a problem. Everything in the unit worked as expected.

Anna’s two bedroom apartment was very well located being walking distance from the convention centre where I was going daily for my conference as well as walking distance for the beach, restaurants, wharf, and shopping. In fact the central mall as well as Rusty’s were just across the street. Apartment was very clean, had a certain homelike feel to it because of Ann’s touches in selection of the furniture, photographs etc. The cleanliness was great, with everything working in kitchen or the bathrooms. Anna had thoughtfully even provided tea, coffee, milk, sugar making it very easy to make our cups whenever we wished to. The showers in the bathroom were excellent with great water force. These I found better than many 5 star hotels I have stayed in. It was always a refreshing bath. Even the jacuzzi worked well. The only thing that I feel can improve is the brightness of lights especially in the bedrooms. The bathroom light intensity was much better. Overall, our stay was wonderful.

Great owners. Very accommodating. The fridge was stocked with items such as milk and bread. A lovely place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The apartment is spacious for two people, with a great balcony and two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. The living room also offers plenty of space.

Second time staying at Reef Retreat. Lovely well maintained resort with great value for money. Pool and spa very clean - leaves well kept under control. Nice book library in laundry and friendly service.

Excellent place to stay! Well positioned near everything without being noisy. Restaurants, shops, grocery store, esplanade, etc. all only a short walk away. Nice balcony space to enjoy the garden view!

Beautiful apartment and surroundings. Within walking distance to restaurants and beach. Owners and admin were very responsive to questions. Beds were so comfortable and everything was very clean. Appreciated the extra towels. Internet was a bit hit and miss and no shampoo in the bathrooms (lots of conditioner though) which may have just been an oversight. We would definitely stay again. Amazing accommodation! It's boutique and heritage, please Google it. Wikipedia has all story. Piece of Italy and Spain. I had unit 4 with balcony, lovely view to the ocean. Same family run their restaurant, highly recommend. I meet hosts another day, lovely people. I definitely would choose to stay here again.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Dianne’s place. The apartment was perfect for our family with two young toddlers, beautiful setting, clean, comfortable and all the extras for kids, toys, pool toys and a great outdoor spa bath. We had a lot of fun at the resort beach pool and the location in Palm Cove is perfect, by the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back.
