This place was definitely beautiful and very unique. There's so much space to lounge in so many places and relax. I loved it and the backyard/pool was amazing, surrounded by the beautiful garden and trees. It felt so private and relaxing.

Our 2025 Puerto Rico vacation was so enjoyable!!! The home was perfect just a describe and the pictures that are shown in the listing. The house is beautiful, private, and in a safe neighborhood. The backyard is perfect to relax, cook out and enjoy family time. The home truly came with everything you need for a beach vacation!! All you need to pack is your clothes. Already planning to book at the house again for our family 2026 Puerto Rico vacation. Luis is an amazing host!!

Christian was very attentive and made it super easy and comfortable to ask questions. The house is beautiful and the private backyard with the pool and pool table made the house experience 10x better! Definitely very clean and spacious!

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

La estadía en la casa de Alexander fue genial. La casa grande y espaciosa con una hermosa decoración para nuestro grupo de 8 personas fue perfecta y excelente con todas las comodidades necesarias. La casa es tal y como muestran en las fotos. La comunicación fue excelente, muy receptiva y nos atendió muy al igual que contestó rápidamente todas las preguntas realizadas. El área de la piscina y el jacuzzi en el patio un toque refrescante y hermoso para disfrutar en grupo o en familia. Un lugar muy encantador que te invita a quedarte en él nuevamente en un futuro.

El trato fue excelente,lugar muy limpio y acogedor. Me encantó el área de la piscina , muy espaciosa y muy buena atención del anfitrión. Lo recomiendo muchísimo, esperamos volver pronto

The home was beautiful. The surrounding was great, everything was close by about 20 minutes away to everything. Beds were so comfortable and the blackout winds had to sleeping like a baby. Julio was very quick to respond. Will stay here again for sure! Thank you Julio!

Great place neighbors do party lol so you may hear them turning up also the neighborhood is ok just dont walk after 7 or dark on the main street could get a little rough if your not used to a little urban living other than that this place will blow your mind and not your pockets!

Here’s your updated review with that detail included: ⸻ Luis was a fantastic host! His home was clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable, everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The check-in instructions were simple and clear, which made our arrival super easy. Luis also checked in with us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. The extra toiletries in the bathroom and a kitchen stocked with spices and cooking oil made a big difference and helped us feel right at home. The neighborhood is in San Juan, close to Guaynabo and about 20 min from Viejo San Juan. It’s worth noting that it can be a bit loud at times due to passing vehicles, not extreme, and personally I am used to it, but something to keep in mind if you’re expecting a completely quiet area. Casa Serena definitely lives up to its name. Absolutely without a doubt a 5 star property with a 5 star host. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to enjoy the true beauty of Puerto Rico’s countryside away from the city and the noise. Johanna was an excellent host. She was lightning fast to respond, friendly, accommodating, and patient. She made us feel right at home. By far one of my favorite stays to date!

Lugar súper nice , recomendado a ojos cerrados, zona súper tranquila , céntrico, muchos lugares cerca y restaurantes! Cerca de todo! Lo único fue que tuve problemas con el parking con el vecino pero todo lo demás súper nice! Sin duda alguna lo recomendaría

Gisselles home was beautiful! Did not disappoint. It was close enough to all the attractions we were interested in this weekend! We did not have any problems. It has a cute pool and outdoor seating! Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Puerto Rico!

Jenny was a great host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She shared great local recommendations, from restaurants to taxi services, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of 9, and the space was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made group meals easy. Would definitely recommend!

Maricelis' place is breathtaking. Her check-in/out instructions and house manual were extremely detailed. Maricelis was also responsive and helpful. The guests before must have smoked in one of the rooms although there were no smoking signs, I was able to address it with Maricelis and she was happy I let her know. She continuously checked in on me to make sure all my needs were met. I posted the house on my social media and got so many inquiries about the home! I would recommend this house a million times. Thank you Maricelis for your beautiful home and hospitality!

Loved our stay at the Angel’s apt! Host was very attentive, would check in regularly and gave clear instructions about checking in/out! Place was beautiful, neat and clean! 🎉Would definitely love to return again soon!

Great place to stay if you need to be in Bayamon and surrounding areas. The place is well located and Orlando is very responsive. Our flight got delayed and we had to make adjustments in our stay, and Orlando was very accommodating. His place is comfortable and super clean. He cares about having everything you need for your stay.

I would definitely say Puerto Rico has my heart after this trip! Casita Negra was everything i expected and more some. Waking up to the beautiful view was incredible. The house itself is gorgeous inside and out. I am definitely coming back. Casita Negra made it more of a reason for me to come back to PR! Jean Pierre is an amazing hostess. Help me navigate to the house with no problem. He recommend a few spots and was very responsive when i needed him. The stay was very heart warmed and welcoming thanks to Jean Pierre. I miss it already!

It was so peaceful and quiet you hear the nature around you and it’s beautiful! I thought it would be hot due to no ac and I was scared about that part but we were actually freezing we had to turn it actually turn it off. There were games and the house is so modern and picture worthy definitely. There was also a whole binder full of things to do and places to go we had so much fun we did not want to leave I definitely recommend this place!!

My husband and I love this places. Everything was perfect, Zaid is a friendly host and the apartment ws so beautiful.
