Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Caicos Islands

OMG...this home is beautiful inside and out..this is perfect place to rent for your next getaway... the host will reply back quickly if you have any questions or concerns... when I come back I'll most definitely check here first to see if available.

House had tons of space for the 4 of us to be spread out when relaxing. The views were amazing, having coffee each morning on the deck looking out over the clean blue water is the best way to start the day. The location is private and very quiet. Sapodilla beach is a 5 minute drive down the road, we enjoyed it so much the first day there, we went back a second day before we left. Our week on TCI was so enjoyable it is on the "to do again" list.

Where do I begin… Dawnett was so pleasant and friendly. She made local recommendations to dine and beaches. The view in the back of the home is amazing. Dawnett cooked us a meal and we chatted. She felt like family or like we knew each a for longtime. There were plenty of towels provided including beach towels. Most Airbnbs usually provide only 1 roll of tissue but there was plenty. We had a wonderful experience, would recommend and will go to visit again.

Robin and Donna are excellent hosts, who went above and beyond to exceed our expectations! The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is exactly what we where looking for only a 2 min drive from Grace Bay beach and the city center, with the infamous CoCo Bistro restaurant right around the corner from our villa. Robins Villa is beautifully laid out, very spacious and immaculately clean with a detailed decorative touch in every room to make it feel all the more warm and welcoming. Thanks guys for everything!!! We had an amazing stay and hope to see you again soon!

Shirlett was very responsive and got us out of a bind when we had no place to stay with 2 young children after a cancelled flight at 9:30pm. We’re eternally grateful for her and her kindness and her place. The place was comfortable and clean.

This house has a lot of space for large parties and very convenient to the beach as well as the happening areas of the town. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Providenciales. Natalie was great with communication and hosting. Thanks

Bryan’s home was fantastic. So comfortable and stocked with everything a traveler would need. Beautiful and quiet and he was available to answer all of our questions within minutes. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay. Beautiful quiet beach and pool. We are not kite surfers, but many clearly come to this beach for this purpose and it was fun to watch! Only an 8 minute drive away from Grace Bay and the many nice restaurants/resorts there, so we enjoyed the restaurants for dinner, but spent our delays relaxing near the pool and beach that was much quieter. Place just as pictured. Had everything we needed for a great visit to Turks & Caicos!

5 Stars – Absolutely Stunning Stay! The villa was absolutely lovely with breathtaking views that made every moment special. I truly enjoyed my stay! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful—offering great recommendations for local restaurants, arranging taxis, and even suggesting fun excursions. It made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!

Ritama's place is simply perfect. The house was clean, cool, well furnished, and comfortable. Check in and out was effortless. The included vehicle was a relatively new compact SUV that was perfect for 4 adults. The hosts were quickly responsive with any questions we had and were very friendly/accommodating. They even allowed us to extend our stay an extra night free of charge as we had an issue with flight delays and arrived a day later than we had planned. The residence has everything you could ask for and the location feels much more secluded than touristy. the private pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. You will have your own private beach cabana and there are paddle boards, kite boards, etc available on site. The beach is picture perfect with clean white sand and relatively few people. We had a wonderful time on our vacation and Ritama's place will be our first choice when we return to Turks and Caicos in the future.

Wonderful stay in a unique location. It felt like paradise on earth. Would absolutely recommend or come back. Tox checked us in and was amazing!

While the house met all expectations, our host Lisa, exceeded anything we ever experienced with Air B&B or anywhere else. Available anytime of day, with whatever requests we had, and there were many. From her hands on approach before our arrival (car rental, boat rentals, restaurants, beaches, reservations, etc) to an even more personal approach once on the island. Whatever questions we had, they were answered immediately, and when we needed help, someone would show up at the house within 15 mins to help. Be it to get us to a certain destination and help us once there or just to deliver something we unexpectedly asked for. The best compliment we can give is we have already recommended this house to all our friends, and thats 100% based on Lisa. The house is amazing and we enjoyed every minute, but our vacation was amazing due to Lisa. I cannot recommend this place high enough. You will NOT be disappointed

We actually had the pleasure of meeting our host. He was amazing. Propane tank was empty. He came right over and replaced it so we can barbecue… Great space looked just like the photos. very clean .. spent some time in the pool as it was amazing nice and warm… everything you need in the kitchen to cook. I really love the fact that we had a refrigerator that had a filtered water dispenser on it and a ice machine as I drink a lot of water lol fantastic look forward to staying there again

When you look up the definition of a 5-star AirBnB this should be the picture. A friendly and responsive host looking to satisfy all your needs—check. An amazing location with lots to do—check. In paradise—check. Our stay at CoCo Gardens was absolutely amazing. We chose to rent a car and I would recommend this as it gave us access to enjoy numerous beautiful beaches across the island. Robin answered all questions we had and was always available in the lead up to our stay and while we were there. Loved the outdoor shower, Nova is the friendliest, and we will be back again. If the house fits your groups requirements then don’t miss out and book today!

Have you ever loved a place so much you don't want to do a review because you think too many people will love it and then it will be hard to rent in the future - that is most definitely this place!!! We have been renting places for years (Hawaii included) and this place by far had the best views and the most amazing host. The views that surround you are indescribable and cannot be captured in a photo - wake up to the ocean and sunrise - walk to the beach - end the day with a beautiful sunset. The home is lovely, and the infinity pool is amazing. Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful with just enough to do. Ed and Candy love Middle Island and have built lifelong relationships with local residents who extend their welcome and knowledge to all guests who are lucky enough to enjoy this home. Transition from airport in Provo, to boat ferry to rental car on middle island was easy, adventurous and FUN!! Thank you for a GREAT spring break trip with my daughter - we are planning our next stay.
